We didn't get instructions in advance and had a hard time finding them. We didn't get instructions in advance and had a hard time finding them. Everything else was great.

Clean, big apartment, separate bedroom

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable and well/-stocked with linens and other supplies. Nice balcony overlooking the street. Helper Sarah was pleasant when we had prblems gettting into and out of the parking lot . I would give this apt a 9 rating, but the parking issue was a real irritant/worry
Gate to underground parking lot is opened via a phone number. Guest does not learn this number. in the apt is an elderly nokia phone where somewhere the words “parking lot” can be found. I had no idea how to find this number, nor did my travelling companion or 9 passer-by Israelis. A man working in the store below the apartment laughed and said getting in the parking lot was always a problem. Someone who lives in the ape eventually saw my car sitting outside the gate and opened it with her modern cell phone. Emails about this to SEAUTelAviv were not answered. Eventually I found a number for Sarah who did come and showed us how to use the antique phone. We were able to exit the apartment using the phone on our final day, but the next occupant may not have such luck. The charging plug to the antique phone was bent and we could not get it to recharge. A refund would be nice. And future bookers should be sure the parking entry/exit problem is resolved. For such a nice apartment, the Nokia phone is nothing but cheap and cheesy.

The place is in a modern building, with inside parquing, cosy, spacious, good location. It was very clean and comfortable, no complains about that part.
1. =======Beware of FORGED STAY REVIEW! =========== After I stayed in this apartment, I saw that a review and scoring was left on behalf of me. This was a second case while travelling in Israel, people there just honestly dnt realize how crazy bad that is.. I am investigating with booking.com fraud dept, before I got their verdict I am not pointing fingers. 2. =====COMPLICATED AND ANNOYING Check in process. ======Right the reservation, I began to receive NUMEROUS automated and hand written messages from the property operator - in whatsapp, , booking.com chat ... and emails frim some system called "guestly" (wtf). those were was very demanding request of IMMEDIATE attention to share copies of my passport, visa ( several days before I even entered the country and obtained it), that they want to lock deposit on my card and I need to give more cards, etc. there were duplicated messages via several channels and when I was asking - could you guys grab your crap together and start writing in ONE channel, the answer was - no we cant help some of the messages are automated. And they were switching to... yet ANOTHER whatsapp. Amazing.
====My requests were ignored========
within this flood of tens of messages I was bombarded with, I asked them for 1 thing - I want to see that place beforehand, 1 or 2 days before. This was ignored 3 times, never happened.
Finally on the day they told me to come and grab the keys on their office, told me its next door to the flat. After I came there I realized thers 1 kilometre to walk on an excavated street with all my luggage to this appartment. Noone had any slightest care for this.
----- Really annoying check out-------
It was set at 11. AT 10-50 a cleaner entered the flat without knocking (sic!) and when I politely asked to give us 2 min, she said - yes, but only two. And literally kept standing outside the door, entered it at 11 and began to clean it.
HOW BLOODY SWEET AND FRIENDLY.

Good lication and good size apartment
Not very good cleaning, one bathroom for 6 people and very noisy at night.

The apartment is cool and almost new. Inside you find everything. Shared with a group of 5 friends, enough space for all. Location close to the city centre, bus stop on the corner. Thanks Jessica for your support!
I believe is quite common if you travel to Israel, but the check-in may appear a bit complicated with different documents to attach before receiving the key.

The parking garage required going upstairs to pick up a phone that had a number to call to open the garage, whereas it would've been easier if the owner would have simply buzzed me in or shared the number. I had to stop in the middle of a road and leave the car running in a dangerous spot.
My photos are from the moment I checked in. Everything was filthy.

Amazing location near the sea, a couple of shops nearby and a great bakery on the corner. In a 100 meters there is Cafe Popular, a great place for a dinner. We went there on Monday for a dinner. And later to the bar located in the same place downstairs. Surprisingly it's a very lively place even on Monday. We spotted a pop-star visiting this place.

Great location a few minutes walk from the beach and plenty of restaurants, clean and well equipped apartment, private parking.
The apartment needs a little extra maintenance.
4.1
A very nice, modern and comfortable apartment in a great location, close to countless eating and entertainment options, just a couple of minutes from great beaches, and with private parking in the heart of Tel Aviv
The parking garage is very tight for larger cars to maneuver. Don't even try getting in there with a minivan or a truck...

Excellent location. Nice accommodations
I received an email everyday since making the reservation. On the day I traveled to Israel, there was an email saying I needed to give a credit card for security deposit. I didn’t receive the email until I was outside the building as I had no WiFi on the flight or in the car. This could have been done a day or 2 in advance. The code to get into the apartment was not available until I provided a security deposit and sent the visa which we received at the airport. So when we arrived at the apartment building, we couldn’t get in, to get the phone, to allow us to get into the garage. Once we got the necessary documents sent and got access to the apartment, we were told to “call parking” on the phone found in the living room. The phone is locked. We did finally manage to figure it out along with how to turn on the hot water. The A/C never worked either.
With some written instructions and a little more information, this whole process could have been so much smoother.

Parking, elevator, washing machine, close proximity to places to eat.
There was construction on the road so it took an additional hour to find a way to get there.
4.1
+ The location is very central, the apartment is rather spacious.
- But we are absolutely disappointed - huge cockroaches (!!!!) in bedroom, no front desk at all (!!!) as mentioned in the description, dirty windows, a broken elevator etc… And on the top of that a rude and inappropriate reaction on our problems of the owner of the agency!!! so if you want to spoil your stay - you are very welcome in this “luxury” apartment!!!

Location and modern
Aircon didn’t work so it was very cold! We were handed a heater for the night but it was still cold.

Excellent location for a typical Tel Aviv experience, and good access to the highways. Very high standard interior - well above the Israeli style. The French style is quite apparent.
Could not raise the windows blinds of the balcony doors.
Upon departure, a false fire alarm started at a deafening volume and pitch. I had to walk through the corridor and staircase enduring the painful noise, which resulted in a day long headache and ringing ears till this moment - I hope that this is not a hearing damage.
4.1
Excellent location 6 min walk to the nearest beach. The appartment is fully equipped, clean. everything is new. There was enough space for a family 2+3. Parking for free which is rare attribute in Tel Aviv. Highly recomended.
4.1
Excellent location, spacious enough for family of four or group of friends, nice central ac, parking included (rarity in tel aviv), close walk to nice beach and restaurants, bars, shopping etc few steps away. Grocery in same building as well as tiv tam grocery open on shabbat around the corner.
4.1
Everything was good. From kitchen facilities to bath and bedrooms.
Not enough blankets. Squeaking doors.
4.1
Excellent location, and beautiful apartment!
Property was as advertised.
Most things needed for Shabbat were available.
The A/C drips on the floor near the bathroom, a serious slip hazard. We left a towel on the floor for safety.
The fridge did not have Shabbat mode, though we looked up the manual and tried for over an hour, it did not work. Not the host's fault but frustrating because we had to store food at my daughter's home 20 minutes away.
Paper towel, dish towels, face cloths were not available.
Bedroom wi-fi password was not provided.
"Cleaning fee" was hidden so that was an unpleasant surprise, and hard to find in the agreement. It pushed the apartment over budget.
Booking.com email communication adds new messages at the bottom, which was confusing at first.

everything!
4.1
location is excellent. Apartment well equipped, modern and clean. 5 min walk to the beach and in a newer building with a supermarket and lots of restaurants nearby.
Only one shortcoming is the fact that there is only 1 very small bathroom which for a family of 4 was not ideal. This is an upmarket apartment and for what we paid there should have been an extra bathroom
