Disappointed.

The view was great.

The toilet ran, the spare bedroom has a significant water leak causing slipping hazard. The oven did not work, a light was out on the master bath and the couch was disgustingly filthy.

La vista y todo equipado.

El horario del check in y check out nos quitan mucho tiempo y no permiten entrar antes solo a las piscinas. También que no tenía televisor en el cuarto

Perfecta!!

El lugar reúne una serie de características que lo hace perfecto. Con todas las comodidades, muy bien cuidado, totalmente equipado, limpieza de primera, tranquilo, ubicación perfecta y todo el staff del lugar súper amables y dedicados a que la estancia se la mejor!!

Lo único que podría mejorar es la hora de check in 4 pm y check out 10 am, ya que normalmente en otras estancias es 3 pm y 11 am.

Dulce y amargo

Limpio y muy bien equipo. Cercanía todo y primera línea de playa

Buenas tardes El apartamento bien cuidado y bien equipado. El condominio en general con muy buen mantenimiento y las piscinas muy limpias. Sin embargo, a la hora de entrar no tenían listo nuestra autorización para entrar y se tardaron casi 45 minutos para ingresar. Existe una descoordinación entre la administración del Condominio y Vacasa, tanto así que nunca contestaron mis mensajes. El tema del parqueo fatal porque a pesar de haber campos disponibles dentro del condominio por ser un fin de semana de temporada baja, nos hicieron parquearnos a un estacionamiento del frente pagando 10$ diarios. Lo que sí me pareció una falta de consideración para el turista fueron las horas de entrada y salida. La entrada es a las 4:00 pm y logramos ingresar casi hasta las 5:00. Y la salida fue a las 10 AM. Se pierden el día de llegada y el día de salida. Se pagan 4 días y realmente se disfrutan solo 2. El disgusto más grande es el día de salida, prácticamente es levantarse, alistar todo y salir en carrera. Lo lógico es que si el ingreso fue a las 5 pm la salida debe ser igual o un poco antes pero no a la 10 am. En la reserva no indica la hora de ingreso y de salida, pero hasta el mismo día de mi entrada me manda un msj indicandone que la entrada era hasta las 4 pm y salida 10 am

Muy bien todo, cómodo limpio y agradable.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del lugar, muy cerca de la playa y con acceso directo a la línea de playa.

El hecho de que el parqueo sea tan caro y que debería de estar incluído dentro del precio de la estadía. Difícilmente se visita un condominio moviendose en transporte público.

Nice family-friendly place to stay in Jaco.

Mini splits were easy to use and keep the rooms cool. We felt very safe. Local staff were friendly. Super close to the beach. Safe place to park our rental car. Nice pool. Mostly quiet. Nice view of the ocean from the balconies. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Lots of channels on the TV for when the kids wanted to watch something. Kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates, and pots for us to fix basic items to eat.

We asked for additional washcloths and kitchen towels, but never received them. Drier hose was not attached to the exterior wall or the drier so the laundry room got very hot and humid when we ran the drier the first time. We tried stuffing the hose in the wall vent and the drier hole, but it fell out a couple of times. It needs to be clamped on both ends. The dishwasher was broken, and there were parts just sitting inside it, so we had to hand wash dishes (which really wasn't a problem for us. We're used to handwashing on trips, but the owners likely will want to get that fixed for later renters.) There was a water leak through an old outlet cover in the small bedroom when it rained. There were three lightbulbs out in the larger bathroom which made it hard to see in the mirror. Vacasa sent an employee when we reported the water leak, and I showed him the other repair needs that I had previously reported. He said he would come back the next day with lightbulbs, and we did see him on the property the next day, but he did not return to our apartment.

Sparkling clean with great views and easy beach access.

Everything. It was sparkling, clean, spacious, with a wonderful balcony, view, and a great vibe. The staff, especially Adele in the office were lovely. We were able to cook our meals and also go out where we wanted to. It was the best being able to go in the pool and then walk right onto the beach and back-and-forth all day long. Of all the places we stayed in our Costa Rica trip, this apartment was by far the family favorite. Also take a surf lesson from Julian, the resident instructor! Pura Vida!

Je conseille l’endroit pour aimer Jaco.

Nous avons tout aimé de l’emplacement. La propreté de l’appartement comme du site. Le fait que ce soit excentre par rapport au cœur de Jaco, donc très calme, sans être trop loin. La gentillesse de toute l’équipe sur place. Le stationnement sécurisé. On y serait resté plus longtemps si notre circuit touristique prévu nous l’avait permis.

The place was great, but Vacasa (or someone) needs to compensate for all of our stress.

We loved the property and enjoyed the location and the staff on the premises.

The electric was turned off 2 days into our stay. Vacasa arranged for us to stay at another location; HOWEVER, the relocation services and time that it took for all that to happen was seriously unacceptable. On Monday, we came back from an excursion at 4:00 to find we had no electric. After 45 minutes trying to connect with someone to help, we had only an hour left of light before the sun went down. After a few hours of waiting in the dark, with my 2 kids (who were crying and scared) we finally got an email offering options. I was told to reply to the email (after talking with Charmaine) and she said she would be able to help. Again, we waited for 2 MORE hours, in the dark, trying to stay in a wifi spot for contact, with 2 very upset children and a husband who was very frustrated. I finally called to find out that no one bothered to read my email. This was extremely frustrating and scary. We were in a foreign country depending on someone to help us. …in the dark. We were finally given the relocation details so that we could take a cab to our new spot (Diamonte del Sol) and got into that location at almost 10 at night. This experience was extremely upsetting and stressful. We were able to stay at that location for 2 days and then had to check out at 10 in the morning, managing all of our bags and not able to check into our new location until 4:00. This made it so that we had to spend taxi money and miss out on a day of fun so that we could figure out where to stay. During that day, we were finally told that they might be able to take care of the situation (pay the electric bill) and that maybe we could return to La paloma Blanca. This happened at almost 4:30 that afternoon. This was nice to be able to return to our original location, but all of this could have been avoided and fixed in a more efficient way. We spent additional time and money trying to deal with a stressful situation that was not of our doing.

Lindo pero no volvería.

Las instalaciones están muy hermosas, todo bien cuidado y limpio. Bien equipado y muy confortable.

Demasiadas restricciones. Cobran el parqueo adicional. El check out es demasiado temprano, me parece que las 10am es una hora inadecuada. Ponen muchas trabas y requisitos para alquilar el lugar, se vuelve tedioso y molesto.

Beautiful complex, nice apartment. But very overpriced

The La Paloma Blanca complex is beautiful, it has three pools, is quite and in a good location. Our apartment B3 on the third floor had great views of the pool and the sea. The apartment itself is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also all the staff onsite were really lovely and very helpful.

The apartment is well used as a rental and it shows. A little attention is needed between stays like checking if all the lights work and that no bulbs need replacing. The tumble drier has a split in the vent pipe causing condensation to run down the walls, thus making the appliances rusty. Finally it is really overpriced. The listing on booking.com was $467 then on top of that there is 13% tax 18% service charge 9% location fee (what on earth is that) and a $65 cleaning fee totalling a whopping $715 so bookers beware. Perhaps Booking.com should advertise the total price from the start. We will not be caught like this again

Stupendous views.

Loved the newness and cleanliness! The pool is huge! We were in B3 and the Oceanview was spectacular! The kitchen was well stocked including wine corkscrew and blender. Staff was wonderful!

The living room a/c was warm but it got fixed so we were comfortable after that.

Pleasant

The guards were awesome. They helped us get the door code, fix the A/C, fix the WiFi and kept an eye on us. Loved the pool and the gardens.

The dishwasher was broken. The water never got hot in one of the showers. The wifi went down for a half a day. I emailed my contact to get the door code and they never got back to me.

Superb

Everything was great, the condo was beautiful and very comfortable. The pools were also great and the security guys were very nice.

The only negative thing was that the TV remotes were not working.

A diamond in the rough.

Location location. It was beautiful balcony that overlooked the ocean. The king size bed was wonderful. The units themselves are spacious and luxurious. It's far enough away from town to be safe.

The Wi-Fi had some challenges that were easily sorted out. It was quite lacking in storage for food such as containers for making drinks and a bread knife. Bring your own water because the water dispenser didn't work in the fridge.

Superb

Big apartment comfortable for four persons. Two bedrooms and bathrooms. Huge kitchen with all you need. So many small things are provided. Soap, salt, washing machine etc etc. we would definitely come back. Not to forget the ocean View from the spacious balcony.

Bed a bit hard.
