Property is conveniently tucked away in an established neighborhood. This is a townhome so there is one attached neighbor.

Paper product starter packs are available (paper towels, toilet paper). Anything beyond what is provided can be picked up locally at Target or HyVee.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the city, yet close enough to be where you want to be within 15 minutes. Crestview Park is basically in the backyard! Go down two doors west and you can walk through straight to the park. Antioch Park is just a short drive and it features multiple playgrounds, a walking trail and a beautiful fountain.

We booked both this house and the host's neighboring house next door. It was past 10:30 pm at night when a group of men approached one of the properties. Our guests were of course spooked. We tried to reach out to the host (over message, phone call) to have the code of the house changed. **It took 10 hours for the host to get back to us. ** The police said it was probably some people "looking for a party." We were looking for a quiet safe neighborhood, and not a "party" neighborhood. Some other notes: The homes are very cheap construction. For instance, the walls are very thin, the floors creek loudly. I also felt pressured as a guest to give 5 star reviews. The Wifi password has mention of it, there are signs hanging up asking for it, it was repeatedly mentioned in messages to me. I did not appreciate this pressure and made me enjoy my trip less.

Everything was as stated. We appreciated being able to use the laundry while we were there, which does have to be requested if you're not staying more than 7 days, but they accommodated without any fuss. The only thing I did not read and was mostly likely a miss on my part was this is a townhouse, not a single family home, my concern was space, but we had plenty of it. The BEDs were amazing, so if you're looking for a good night sleep and close location to downtown, you might as well stay here! Thanks for hosting us!

The house was very clean and well taken care of. Great communication with the owner and we enjoyed the stay. House is located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

For the cost of a nice hotel, instead we enjoyed having a full kitchen to utilize, 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The furniture was comfortable, the location worked for us and our needs. The last evening we walked to the Smokehouse restaurant for dinner, cute little BBQ place. We would not hesitate to stay again if visiting Kansas City! There were 4 of us, if our other son came, there would have been a separate bed for him and still plenty of room. For the price per night, it is most definitely a 5 star! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

This was a perfect place to stay for a large family! Plenty of space and had everything we needed. Loved that there was an onsite washer and dryer, especially since we had small children with us. Would definitely recommend!!!

This house was very clean, and great for someone with allergies to pets because carpet is new and I had no problems. Lots of room in bedrooms. The back porch could use a nicer table and chairs, and the back yard is very small - but it fit all our needs. Everything we needed was stocked in the property, and the host was very responsive to any of our needs. A/C worked great also!

This property was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cutlery (There were only 3 regular size spoons but since the rest was service for 12 I think that previous guests may have used them. Baking dishes and pans were plentiful I even got to make 4 batches of my famous chocolate chip cookies the week .that we stayed here.)The location is great - close to the grocery stores and lots of restaurants

This home was a perfect fit for 4 adults and 4 kids. The bunk beds made a great room for the kids to sleep in. All necessities were provided. We only needed food. The interior of the home as nice and well kept. The beds were exceptional! Easy access to anything you might want to do.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed our moms weekend away, and this place just the perfect location to every place we wanted to visit. Exceptionally clean, fully stocked with any thing we could think we needed. Comfy beds and pillows. The owner was quick to help us with any questions or needs that may have came up. Definitely on my list to rent again next time when visiting the area.
