Over 1800 sq.ft. in this charming , modern farmhouse. Private driveway with a north and east entry. Large, beautiful trees surround the property. A large family room with 75inch t.v. and kitchen/dining room perfect for gathering. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch in a rocking chair or on the back patio. Every room has a smart tv, for your viewing enjoyment. There is a desk area in the sitting room for those who might have to catch up on work, while enjoying their stay.

Bedroom 3 has Daybed with trundle and bunk bed. 43" smart tv and desk area. Play space with toys for those traveling with children. Baby gates and playpen provided as well.

Guest have access to the grounds. There is 3/4 acres that you can use. Barn is inaccessible. Garages are by request.

Other Things to Note:
There is potential for some periodic home construction noise along the adjacent property in the back of the home. There is also some occasional street noise. There are fans and noise machines in all the bedrooms.
