One of the few places that can fit large group of friends. Clean and adapted for 11pax without trouble. Location is a bit far from the centre though

The apartment itself very comfortably slept six of us, and the balcony was a treat to be able to have meals and smokes on. The location of the apartment is ideal - around the corner from the S-Bahn and U-Bahn, as well as grocery stores, the shop McHurt, and the club Insomnia. A quick 30-minute ride on the train got us to Alexanderplatz, Museum Island, and other historic sections of the city. If we go back as a group this size, we'll absolutely plan to pick this place to stay!

We were a couple and three single adults who were running the Berlin Marathon. We all had a large room with king bed. Large dining table. Very clean. The building was safe and located near transit, shopping and restaurants. Just one negative: community stairwell and elevator dirty and smelly BUT did not affect our stay. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable for a family or 4 couples to enjoy a home away from home with 4 comfy king-sized beds which is hard to find especially in the city. The living space is small, but adequate seating for all, especially when you utilize the outside balcony. The balcony could be spruced up a little with some plants to make it more appealing, but very spacious. Local Turkish restaurant and nice little coffee shop was very good and close by. Also, being close to the train station makes it easy it get to all the main attractions.

Sehr guter Gesamteindruck der Wohnung. Ohne die Dekotapeten an den Wänden, wäre sie unserer Meinung ein noch größerer Hingucker. Die zwei Badezimmer, die riesige Terrasse und der große Esstisch sind super geeignet für große Gruppen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ist die Klingelanlage defekt und uns wurde überraschenderweise etwas vorgehalten, dass wir erst so spät (?) zum Check-in kamen. Wir waren kurz vor 20 Uhr da und haben wie vereinbart 1h im voraus angerufen um Bescheid zu geben. Ansonsten sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Host.

Wir hatten ein Familientreffen mit 9 Personen. Dafür waren die Räumlichkeiten perfekt. Einen Parkplatz muss man suchen, aber das würde uns vorher gesagt.

Sehr schön um ein Wochenende in Berlin zu verbringen. Gut ist auch die Nahe Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Nur die Autobahn war Nachts etwas laut.

Wir haben die Wohnung mit neun Personen genutzt (zwei Familien). Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt in der Nähe eines großen Parks, den man abends noch gut nutzen kann. Wir können die Wohung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte noch verbessert werden.

The apartment was as advertised. Four good rooms and two nice bathrooms. Both showers have great water pressure. The place was very clean, and the location is good (just down the street from Tempelhof). The only issue is that we found out the elevator was broken when we arrived. I got the impression it had been broken for a while, as there was no mention of if/when it was being repaired. My 76-year-old mother was traveling with us, and the six flights of stairs were very difficult for her. It would have been nice to have been notified about this ahead of time.

Hartelijke ontvangst met duidelijke uitleg en goede tips. Het appartement was ruim en licht, perfect voor 8 personen. Prima voorzieningen en goed geoutilleerd. Alleen het houten meubilair op het balkon is aan vervanging toe.

There is only a 2 slice toaster, which takes a while to toast the bread! Worth noting that there are no condiments in the kitchen so bring some salt and pepper if you plan on cooking. Lack of a washing machine would probably make a longer stay an issue , not sure if there is a laundrette near by.

Wir waren mit 12 Erwachsenen übers Wochenende in der Wohnung. Großer Esstisch, Küche mit viel Geschirr, Fahrstuhl, Parkmöglichkeiten direkt in der Straße.

Big rooms, very spacious, huge balcony, nice view over the old Tempelhof airport. Good location with shops, cafes and transport all a 2 minute walk. Got a taxi from Schönefeld airport to the property was just off the motorway, so very easy and quick to travel to. No issues with the place at all. Thank you.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hell. Der Balkon ist groß und bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick! Leider ist es auf der Straßenseite laut vom Verkerslärm bei offenen Fenstern.

Mooi appartement ,goede matrassen.Genoeg opbergkasten op de slaapkamers.Een pluspunt is de ligging ,vlakbij de u-bahn en de lidle.Wat ook fijn is dat het dicht bij de autobahn ligt, ja je hoort het verkeer.Maar dat vonden we niet erg.Auto konden we op de ringbahnstr. parkeren. Het enige minpuntje is..geen wijn en bierglazen. We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Es sind ausreichend Zimmer vorhanden und die Übergabe klappt reibungslos. Auch die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war gut. Die Wohnung ist direkt an der U6 gelegen womit in wenigen Minuten ins Berliner Zentrum gelangt.

The flat was cozy and spacious, it had a wonderful 360° view and a lovely balcony. The neighborhood was ok and it was well connected. We've never had the chance to meet Oliver but it he's always been very available and he sent a very nice person to show us the house. We had a wonderful stay!
