Kiva rauhallinen hotelli lähellä ostoskatua

Sijainti hyvä lähellä kulkuyhteyksiä. Rauhallinen hotelli, jossa mukava pieni sisäpiha. Aamiainen hyvä ja kattava. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Huone oli melko pieni. Ei sovellu liikuntarajoitteiselle portaiden vuoksi.

Lage und Personal waren gut, aber der Rest leider für uns eine Katastrophe und das für 190€ die Nacht, obwohl im Zimmer

Personal, Lage

Dreckige Gläser im Zimmer und Preis- Leistung geht absolut gar nicht. Altbau= immer eine zwischen Etage, also für Rollstuhlfahrer oder Familien mit Kinderwagen wie wir es waren absolut nicht machbar.

Tolle, zentrale und trotzdem sehr ruhige bzw schöne Lage. Geräumiges Zimmer, sehr schöner Frühstücksraum mit Balkon.

Das Preis-/Leistungsgefüge passt nicht mehr.

Tolle Lage in sehr schöner Nebenstraße zum Kurfürstendamm.

Fehlender Aufwand in Betrieb und Erhaltung eines Hotels im Stil der Großeltern. Daher vom Mobiliar, den Gardinen und Teppich doch sehr “in die Jahre gekommen”. Der Glanz im Prospekt ist daher eher Schein als Sein. 🙁

Outstanding

We arrived early and our room wasn't quite ready. The lovely receptionist took our bags and brought us coffee out onto a lovely balcony while we waited. The room was fabulous. Very large and comfortable. Beautifully decorated, comfy chairs and large bed. Really pleased. Great location. Nice restaurants nearby.

Everything was excellent.

Tolle Lage, super Frühstück. Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht überall Aufzug.

Die Lage. Mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem ruhig. Super war das Frühstück auf dem Balkon. Die Zimmer sind groß, der Hinterhof ruhig.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten renoviert werden. Die Zimmer im Hinterhof verteilen sich auf verschiedene Gebäude. Da könnte die Beschilderung verbessert werden. Nicht alle Zimmer können mit dem Aufzug erreicht werden. Mit viel Gepäck kommt man ins Schwitzen.

The overall vibe of the hotel is very charming but the service was slow and be aware that you have to drag your luggage up / down a flight of stairs because the lift doesn't go straight to the floor where your rooms are located.

Poor communication by staff.

room 24 had a very high. ed which had a thick very soft mattress roper making it very uncomfortable. a dirty sock was left under the radiator. when we arrived dirty laundry was left on the staff kitchen worktop which we could see when we checked in. not a great first impression. Noisy courtyard below where smokers gather and the smoke drifts up in through the guest room windows. only noisy portable air con units which were ineffective and very loud. From the pictures and previous reviews we felt totally disappointed.

Definitely coming back!

The location of the hotel is prefect on a quiet leafy street, the room with the balcony was beautiful, and the room was very quiet ie there was no noise from other rooms, the elevator was far enough not to hear it. The breakfast had a great selection of things and yet privacy as you could also have it at the breakfast balcony. Friendly staff and good cleaning!

Good hotel in a good location.

I liked the style of the hotel, high ceilings, wide staircases, nice furnishings.

The room was a little too warm and I couldn't see where to adjust the air con.

It was spotless and the room was huge in an absolutely excellent location I also loved the balcony, it was amazing to sit there in the mornings and evening after a long day, just listening to the hum of the Kurfürstendamm below

Quick Stay!

Location.. the hotel is so close to all the shopping areas, restaurants

Didn't have time to explore more. Was a short stay. Souvenir shopping. Weather was great as well for early June.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay in a comfortable clean location ,,Wunderbar Deutschland…

A lovely clean, bright and well decorated room . Ideally located for my needs, near to the rail network for ventures further afield , but also plenty of shops bars and restaurants in walking distance. When I inevitably revisit Berlin I will definitely revisit the Augusta .
