About this apartment rental

This apartment is a newly completed apartment in 2016 with all the refinements. It offers three separate bedrooms with a king-size bed, two single beds and an exceptional sofa bed with bed comfort. The bright and spacious living room invites you to linger. Whether gourmet or menu, the structured and functional kitchen in a modern style leaves nothing to be desired. You will be enthusiastic. The bathroom shines with a wellness shower that can be walked on, as well as other pleasant highlights. We will of course provide bed linen and towels for you. You also have the option of using a washing machine and dryer, which is located in a separate laundry room. The best thing is to go on vacation in our beautiful apartment and see for yourself. You are also welcome to book a holiday in one of our other great holiday apartments in the heart of Trier. Worth it!

Honestly more than we expected, very spacus, plenty of sleeping room, the living room got kind of hot a night if you try to sleep there on the sleeping coutch, so its the choice between getting muskito bites or sweating. Also if you fill it to capasity 1 bathroom can get anoying in the mornings, but nothing to bad. Overal a very good stay, and good quality for the price.

We loved it here. It was a short walk from the town center. The apartment was very quiet and relaxing. It had everything you need. Owner was very responsive, neighbors were kind. It was a beautiful place to stay. Good for kids and adults.

Die Wohnung war sehr modern, aufgeräumt und gemütlich! Sehr gute Raumverteilung. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön um spazieren zu gehen und neues zu sehen. Sehr netter Vermieter. Wir können es jedem nur jedem weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank Herr Pascher!

Wir wurden von Thomas sehr herzlich empfangen, und haben uns in der sehr schönen Wohnung sofort wohlgefühlt. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben, zumal das Wetter im Herbst wirklich schön war. Wir werden sicherlich Gelegenheit haben wiederzukommen.

Wir waren über das Wochenende in Trier. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geräumig, sodass wir mit 6 Personen genügend Platz hatten. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unser Wochenende in vollen Zügen genießen. Von der Wohnung bis in die Innenstadt sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Also sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.

Der Ausflug nach Trier hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine Stadt, die viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und guten Wein bieten kann. Mit der Wohnung waren wir auch sehr zufrieden, es war sehr sauber und total schön aufgeteilt. Gerade das Wohnzimmer mit der großen Fensterfront ist besonders und lädt zu gemütlichen Abenden ein. Insgesamt kann man die Immobilie weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung war sehr ordentlich. Alles recht neu und funktionsfähig. Insgesamt funktional eingerichtet. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig: ein Innenbad ohne Fenster, sowie die Gegend, in der die Wohnung liegt. Wir im Rheinland sagen "hänger de Bahn", also hinter der Bahn, in einem zumindest auch gewerblich geprägten Gebiet. Innenstadt in ca 20 min zu Fuss erreichbar.

Prima te reserveren en snelle reactie van eigenaar. Communicatie verliep prima, verblijf is top, van alle gemakken voorzien! Centrum was voor ons iets langer lopen met 2 jonge kids maar alsnog prima te doen! Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug

Die Wohnung entspricht genau dem Inserat ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und liegt etwas außerhalb vom Stadtkern dafür aber sehr sehr ruhig und somit erholsam eine Nutzung als Familie oder mit Freunden für einen kurz Urlaub in Trier und Umgebung funktioniert sehr gut und der Vermieter ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit kann Anmietung des Objektes nur weiter empfehlen

This is a lovely third floor apartment! Everything was new and stylish. Technically there are two bedrooms, kitchen and a living room, but because the living room is separated from the kitchen by the wall and has a door, it can work as a third bedroom. We absolutely loved the heated floors and the automated outside blinds! The owner was responsive and very accommodating. We did communicate in English because I don’t speak German. Finding a parking space in front of the apartment was difficult, but there is a gravel parking lot behind the building with the reserved parking space for this apartment, therefore parking was not an issue. I only had one problem - I could not find a laundry room. Apparently it is not in the same building as the apartment and I just could not understand the directions how to get there. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it!

Sehr saubere u ruhige Wohnung, die etwa 15 -20 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt liegt. Küchenmobiliar neuwertig und gut ausgestattet. Lediglich könnte die Wohnung vor Anreise etwas vorgewärmt werden, da die perfekt funktionierende Fußbodenheizung etwa an Aufwärmzeit benötigt. Wir können diese Wohnung unbedingt weiter empfehlen

Leider wurde der Flur renoviert. Der Zugang zur Wohnung war dadurch etwas eingeschränkt. Da die arbeiten auch früh am Morgen gestartet sind und die Wände etwas hellhörig war nur wenig Schlaf möglich. Ansonsten keine Porbleme.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well outfitted, and had great views. Our kids loved the bedroom with twin beds and were delighted with thoughtful details like a coloring book and pencils and board games. We cooked dinner one evening and found the kitchen very well equipped. Instructions for guests were complete and accurate. We really enjoyed our home away from home in Trier.

A lovely surprise when we entered the apartment: clean, light, spacious, comfortable and everything seemed new. In an ideal location and not too far to walk to the city centre. I would return again and I would thoroughly recommend it. Unfortunately the information/ instruction folder was all in German which I didn't understand. It would have been nice to have the essential info in English (I booked it using the UK site). Communication with the property manager was also in German. I sent 2 messages asking if it would be possible to check out 1 hour later but never got a reply which was a shame.
