This is an excellent 4 star hotel, located over looking the Mediterranean Sea. It has everything you want, big and comfortable apartments, friendly and helpful staff, great food options. It is a smaller hotel which for me is even better, with beautiful open courtyards and stunning flora. The hotel was near a local beach or travel by bus to Cala Mondragó or Cala D’or for more choice. One very big plus was we could go out to the local beaches for the morning and still be back in time for a late lunch (finished at 3pm). For the price I couldnt fault it all and can’t wait to go back next year
The weather wasn’t great , it rained for 5 days out of 7 in August! But the entertainment team didn’t give up hope

The staff of the hotel entered our room twice without the permission of the guests. The first time we entered was at 8.30 a.m. We were sleeping when we heard someone swipe the room card to enter the room and leave again about 3 minutes later. (The room we live in is a living room + bedroom. We slept in the bedroom and heard someone entering the living room, and all the luggage and belongings were left in the living room. )The second time was before checking out, we were packing our bags. Both times, she didn't knock on the door and swiped the card directly to enter. After checking out, I found that my new brand of sunglasses was lost more than 400 pounds. I'm very sure it was lost in the hotel. Because this thing is newly bought, even the boxes, bills, etc. have not been taken out in the suitcase. I contacted the hotel after I found it lost. The response to me was that it was not found. And there is no surveillance camera at the door of the room, so I can't prove that my belongings are lost. So far, the hotel has not given me any response to the entry of the staff into the room. It does not admit or deny that it does not even apologise. I don't know if it can be understood as the hotel's neglect of the safety of guests' lives and property? This is the first time I have seen such irresponsible behaviour. Please consider this hotel carefully!

Great view from the restaurant, easy walk to bus stop and town area, family oriented
Had a bad smell from the drainage in the room, having 2 single beds put together to make a double bed. Overpriced for what we got. Buffet doesn’t change and is the same everyday really other than a few small things - not much variety. Had a room at the far end of the accommodation. Room was not worth the price we paid. Room was very basic with very little feature - didn’t have the kettle and coffee/ tea like it said, no kitchen utensils.

We stayed here for 3 nights all inclusive. The view and pools are the best thing about this hotel. Free parking, friendly staff, good WiFi and plenty of sun loungers at the adult pool. There was lots of food and drink options.
The downfall for this hotel is the rooms. The floor was dirty and needed to be washed, the sink was blocked and the water from the shower and sinks are salty. The aircon bothered us the most! It’s set at 28 degrees celsius and can’t be changed! The heat in the middle of July with aircon that don’t work is unbearable at night. We asked for a fan at reception but she didn’t have any left. The stay would have been so much better if the aircon went to at least 19 degrees.

- friendly staff
- big apartment with balcony
- clean room
- nice showers
- adult only pool
- plenty of sun beds
- no water provide in the room, even when we were all inclusive. Asked at reception and got told we could fill up water at the reception. The tap water is too salty to drink
- the safe in the room was €3 a day with a €10 deposit
- towels were €10 deposit a person
- food was okay, not much choice. Nothing was clearly labelled so wouldn’t recommend if you had an allergy.
- only one bar outside by the family pool so had walk round if you were at the adults only pool.
- no adult entertainment in the evening
- gym was small and there were no gym classes

Great pool. Reception area was very nice. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to a cute town full of great shops and restaurants, all spoke good English. Great location.
Room aircon didn’t work. Tap water undrinkable (so salty it may have been sea water). Not a great combo for 37*C weather. Pool doesn’t have enough sun loungers so need to wake up early to get one. Towels cost €10 deposit per towel, only accepted cash.

We couldn’t have chosen a better hotel. The location is absolutely incredible on the cliff. They also have a stairs down to the sea where you can jump in. With all the pools there was always enough room and enough sun beds all day long. The whole hotel was very very clean and the rooms too. The all inclusive food was pretty good as well. The walk down to the marina is 15 minutes which is perfect, and a taxi to the main centre costs like 6 euro’s.

No bar in the adults pool area.

The sea view apartment was a welcome view on waking up. The offer of a complimentary cold dinner on arrival after midnight was appreciated
The air conditioning didn’t work in the bedroom.

The chilled pool area was lovely. The sea views from the pool area were stunning. the bed was very comfortable.
The air conditioning wasn’t working in the whole complex for our entire stay.
There was entertainment at the outside area each night which our balcony faced onto - so very noisy.
The food in provided is not always very good quality. It was very hit and miss. There aren’t enough outdoor tables.
we were disturbed at night by noise coming from staff using a room below us as a staff room/smoking area which filled our room with smoke.

The view from the room
We were giving a room with an important water damage (mushrooms on the walls), we asked to change it and the personnel was very quickly responsive by giving us another room. swimming pools were not heated up despite we are at the end of may in a 4 star hotel. breakfast was not very good with poor choices.

the location was ok just 10 min from Cala D’or beach
well not sure where to start but let’s say there was no hot water to shower and no towels to dry yourself from a cold shower. the AC and heating didn’t work properly , and they didn’t have the right bedsheets or bed cover sizes. probably the worst hotel on the island. when confronted the manager didn’t know how to help and only made excuses. overall sad for a nice facility to be run so poorly.

The property is very family friendly. The staff are welcoming and there’s lots of place for children to run and play in the months where the pool is too cold. Although you have to drive to get to places it is in a good location near some beautiful beaches.
The accommodation itself is very spacious - we had a two bed and it was a small apartment which was perfect for us. There is even a hob in the kitchenette however no cooking equipment - I’m sure they would provide if asked for.
The food is decent - travelling with a 1 year old it was very convenient and there were even options. However, by the third morning we were getting bored with the same breakfast.
The hotel is very big - although it doesn’t feel too big, there are lots of different buildings and rooms. This results in a huge amount of upkeep which didn’t seem possible whilst we were staying. We stayed on their first night of reopening for the season and the hotel just wasn’t ready - rooms not clean and water running through dirty. However, the staff were accommodating and gave us another room and upgraded us to all inclusive.
In my opinion it seems unrealistic to keep such a large hotel to a high standard with what seemed like a small cleaning team.

Nice views.
Friendly staff.
Pools are nice.
Relaxing atmosphere.
Great activites for young and old alike.
Free filtered water downstairs near lobby for filling own containers.
No bottled water in the rooms.
Sofa bed was uncomfortable.
Breakfast buffet was quite average.
Coffee machines in the restaurant must be using unfiltered tap water because the coffee tastes brackish.

nice and spacious room with sea view; friendly and helpful staff; great restaurants near the harbor, which is a short drive away (ask at the reception for recommendations; we went to Botavara for dinner and Porto Cari for breakfast - can highly recommend both!);
there was a 20m wait as the room was not ready or they couldn’t find the booking, but we got a free upgrade so actually nothing to complain;

lovely view, lovely staff, lovely food. Good location, a little bit further than the marina if you couldn’t walk well but fine for me. plenty to do near by anyway.
the snack bar could do with some work since there was loads of bugs around. not a big deal though.
