The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 independent bedroom with private bathroom and 1 small kitchen. The rear part of the house has a large living room with room for 8-10 people, ther is a sofa bed, and there you can appreciate an amazing view to the sea. The kitchen-dinning room has a table for 8-10 people.
The terrace is about 30 m². It has a magic environment and views. It also has furniture, and a solarium with deck chairs.
You can appreciate wonderful views from the apartment. The house is located in a quiet place; you can go by foot or bicycle to town. All the services and entertainment activities are very close by. The small town Puerto de Pollensa has restaurants, shops, local market, sailing boats trips, water ski boats, and a supermarket.
Around the apartment: The apartment is located in the North area of Mallorca, an exceptional area in the island; here you can find Sierra de Tramuntana, a place chosen by famous painters due to the colours of its mountains, its sea, and green areas.
If you want to visit the surroundings, go to the small harbours with crystal waters with no crowds in Mallorca, they are easily access by foot.
If you like to sail, you can go there by boat.
When you arrive to Puerto de Pollensa, maybe you would rather stay in the beaches in front of the house since they are lovely and unique.

We’ve been coming to Puerto Pollensa since I was a child and this is by far the best apartment we’ve ever stayed in. Prime location on the Pine Walk with direct access to the beach, next to a lovely pizzeria and a stone’s throw from the other restaurants and shops. Beautiful large balcony with sunshade perfect for breakfast and lunch outside. The apartment is newly renovated with brilliant air conditioning and all the mod cons. It is perfect if visiting in a large group as everyone has their own space. Communication with Margarita was brilliant. Would highly recommend!!

Fabulous
The property is fabulous in every way. The position is (in my opinion), is in the very best spot on the Pine Walk. The beach in front of the apartment is a narrow strip that narrows to nothing, where the sea then laps up to the wall. This almost gives the impression of having your own private strip of beach. I spent many happy hours sat on a beach chair relaxing whilst the sea lapped around my ankles. (When I wasn’t actually swimming in the wonderful bath temperature ocean).
We were a group of 6 adults, a baby & a toddler and the apartment worked perfectly. The beauty of the location means that you can literally walk down the stairs straight onto the beach & into the sea. No planning required, no lugging bags, no joint decisions to be made.
My morning routine (about 9.00) was a dip in the sea when the area was totally deserted, then back up to the balcony for a coffee & breakfast. Idyllic & perfect.
A couple of minutes from town, a few yards to a Pizza place, and minutes to a variety of restaurants & bars, but whilst still being in a totally calm & relaxed spot.
The apartment was very well equipped, with complimentary items in the fridge, fresh fruit and bottles of wine to welcome us.
There is a small utility room with washing m/c and drying line which made washing clothes & sandy beach wear a breeze.
There was an abundance of large beach towels. Coffee m/c, toaster etc etc etc. It goes on & on. Nothing I can think of that was lacking.
The host Margarita was a joy to deal with, especially throughout the Covid period during which we had to postpone twice until we finally got there at the third attempt.
I cannot recommend the property highly enough.
I assume we will be back at the earliest opportunity.

A magical place
We originally booked our holiday in 2019 but were only able to come this year due to the pandemic. It was so worth the wait. The location of the apartment is perfect with beach on the doorstop and the beautiful views over the bay. The apartment was well stocked and very comfortable. We had a magical time.

Excellent!
We were three generations and the house had all necessaties for adults as well as children. Clean, plenty of space, wi-fi, tv and Margarita made us feel very welcome in her communication. The beach just next to the house - marvellous and breathtaking. We can deeply recommend a holiday at Magarita's house.

Lovely location
Family of 8 and baby stayed. Lovely apartment well equipped and a spacious living area. The balcony is shaded with the pine walk trees which suited us. We had a problem with the water supply one night but the owners quickly dealt with this and the next day was resolved .
Owners left fruit and drinks ready for our arrival. Location is excellent.

Lägenheten var jättefin, öppen , ljus och fräsch. Gratis parkering runt hörnet. Bra beskrivning hur vi gick tillväga för att få tillgång till lägenheten när vi kom hade vi fått veckan innan. Underbar terass med utsikt över strand och strandpromenad, lummiga träd gjorde att man fick lite skugga. Lägenheten var bra utrustad med porslin, kaffe/vattenkokare, solstolar, markis mm. Det enda minuset var att vi saknade en helkropps spegel . Vi har haft en härlig vecka☀️

Great Apartment for the 2nd time!
We stayed here in April 2015 and yet again in July to August 2017. The apartment is clean spacious and in my opinion the best location in the wonderful resort of Puerto De Pollensa. My wife and I have three kids but you could easily accommodate another 3 or 4 persons as the apartment is very well equipped, even with it's on "granny flat" which we did not use. There is nothing better than sitting on the large balcony over looking the pine walk as holiday makers are walking into town.....great for people watching! Once again presented immaculately clean.
The only slight shock st the end of the week was the cost of the Electricity....a whopping €174 for 7 days. I never knew air conditioning costs were so expensive.
Great apartment, once again a credit to the owner. We may come back again in the future.

A really lovely apartment
9 members of my family ranging in age from 17-83 had a fantastic stay in Margarita's lovely, clean, brilliantly located and well equipped apartment. It's close to everything you'd want - we didn't need a car - restaurants, bars, shops and beach. With a great balcony overlooking the little beach below and a very spacious open living area inside if the weather isn't good. Highly recommended!

Amazing location and great apartment too
My family and I (8 adults and my baby niece)... had a great stay at the apartment. Everything that we needed was there, and when the toilet in the "granny flat" malfunctioned someone came the same day to fix it! Great. The terrace was wonderful and we enjoyed lovely family breakfasts and BBQs. I would very highly recommend.

Located with direct access to the beach and the Pine Walk in beautiful Port de Pollenca, this apartment is fantastic! The apartment is spacious, very well maintained and equipped and exceeded our high expectations on all levels. We stayed 8 persons incl a baby and the separate studio was perfect for 2 adults and the baby. Although we had the restaurants around the corner, our evenings with dinner in moonlight on the spacious terrace are unforgettable. Just perfect in every way
What a superb apartment frontline pine walk just past little Italy. We were a party of 6 adults, most comfortable and roomy. Well equipped. Separate granny flat with own terrace, also self sufficient. Margarita was great to talk to, the booking was straight forward. Romana was on hand locally if there were any concerns, we had none. Would give this accommodation 5 star. Thank you Margarita you have a beautiful apartment in my favourite place.

Amazing location
Thank you Margarita for renting your apartment to my family for the half term week. The apartment was clean well equipped for day to day living. My parents stay at the Bahia and we were so close to them this year. This apartment is in a great location for all things.

Fantastic Apartment
This Apartment is a real credit to the owner. Great modern facilities, very spacious, clean, and probably most importantly an outstanding location. As a family we have travelled to Puerto Pollensa every year since 2007, due to expanding to 3 children we found it difficult to find a hotel or hotel apartments. We previously stayed at the Playa Mar and latterly the Illa D'Or apartments. However neither cater for 3 children. We searched high and low and came to the conclusion that this one suited us...we were right. At around 1500 euros for 5 days in April it is not cheap but it is worth the money for facilities and location. The one blemish on our stay was the the apartment below and adjoining one to the left were both getting building work done, the one to the left was getting floor tiles removed and this entailed drilling and loud knocking for 4 days. However I gues we were just unlucky with the dates we stayed that all this was going on. Great apartment...would stay again if they would have us!

Excellent accommodation and fabulous location!
We had a fantastic week in this well-equipped, modern apartment, right on the shore of Puerto Pollensa. The first floor balcony enabled us to eat al fresco whilst watching the sun and boats on the water and the people passing by below us on the Pine Walk. At night it was cool (due to the efficient air conditioning) and incredibly peaceful. There are many good restaurants nearby catering for all tastes. It as a wonderful week and we can recommend the apartment (and the location) without hesitation.

Perfect location and apartment
Just returned, cannot fault this beautiful apartment. There were 9 of us in here without needing to use a sofa bed. 4 children and 5 adults. Aircon works really well, and is quiet kept us cool. Apartment well equiped Wifi, DVD all mod cons, charcoal BBQ, sun loungers.
Watching the world go by was lovely in evening from our 1st floor terrace, (got numerous envious glances). In our opinion best location in Puerto Pollenca !

Fantastic location/beautiful apartment
We have just returned from a weeks stay in Mallorca. We have 2 children aged 7 and 4 and this was the perfect place for us. The location is idyllic, everything is within walking distance, great restaurants, supermarket and shops. The beach is beautiful and very safe for children. The apartment is very well equipped and is beautifully clean and spacious. The owner was very helpful and really cared about us, lovely touches like fresh fruit basket and wine for our arrival.
We would love to return here. Very relaxed holiday in perfect surroundings. Nothing to fault this apartment or the area. We hired a car but it wasn't necessary as the bus service in Port de Pollenca is good.

A great apartment in a great location
We loved this apartment and its location right on the beach. Although central for everything it is quiet and peaceful too. One of the apartments has its own door and en suite and is ideal for a granny flat or a teenager wanting a little independence. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the owner very helpful.
