About this villa rental
Villa Lluc is a sunny house near the bay of Puerto Pollença, in the residential area of Siller. It is located in a magnificent place, at the foot of the mountains of Boquer just 10 minutes walk to the center of the town and 15 minutes from the beach. In front of the house is covered with vineyards and a garden full of tall palm trees, roses, hibiscus and jasmine. This plantation makes this a lovely place to eat and relax outdoors. Inside, the house has the typical Majorcan design of white walls, ceramic floors and ceilings with wooden beams. There is a large kitchen with fitted units and marble surfaces, a breakfast table and a large pantry. Kitchen appliances include an oven, dishwasher and a microwave. The living room and dining room has comfortable sofas and a long dining table. There is satellite television (all foreign channels), and wifi. There are four rooms with air conditioning. The double room is spacious and well lit and simply furnished, with space for a cot. A door leads from this room to the terrace next to the house and the gardens full of fig, lemon and orange trees and potted plants. There are also three double rooms. All have large fitted wardrobes and one of them has a door that opens onto the garden terrace. These rooms share two bathrooms (the newly renovated central bathroom is wheelchair accessible with shower) and another bathroom with green tiles. Two of the rooms are ideal for a family of four. The garden on the side of the house is very well designed and maintained, with tall palm trees shading the gardens and the pool. It is also very private with hedges and bushes. It is a lovely place to spend the day swimming and sunbathing. There is a large 26.2 square meter covered barbecue area, with plenty of space and a large table and benches so you can eat outdoors, from breakfast to dinner. All very well taken care of by their owners Ana and the gardener Pepe .... It is in a very convenient location to walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and shops of Puerto Pollença. Although the streets are dark at night so you have to carry a flashlight! It is not necessary to rent a car, but it is convenient for the transfer of purchases in the supermarket and if you have children it is advisable to choose yourself. We have cots and high chair available. We also have security alarm for the welfare of our customers.

What a lovely family home. Welcoming owners. We loved the garden kitchen and pool area where we spent most of our time. Well equipped kitchen for every need. Very peaceful with stunning views but access to many Pollensa attractions. Uncle Pepe gifted us lunch on arrival and fruit during our stay from the gardens.

Amazing Villa and host. Pizza and cake on arrival. The Villa was perfect and the outside BBQ area a great place to eat in the evening. Big thanks to Pepe from all of us!

We had a lovely few days at Villa Can LLuc despite the poor weather. The house is spacious with a beautiful garden and BBQ area. Not only was it well presented on arrival but also we found some lovely local produce as a welcome gift. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your house.

Villa can lluc is wonderful. Suitable for disabled with easy access. Suitable for families. A lovely short walk into town. Has a great barbecue area with the pool beside it. And the owner is more than helpful. Have stayed before and will again. 5 stars.

As two families with children aged 8-12 we had a fantastic holiday in this lovely villa. The villa is clean, comfortable and well equipped.
The outside area is just perfect and very well maintained.
We decided not to hire cars, it is a 10 minute max walk to the supermarket and a good 15-minute walk down to the seafront but this was fine for us and we did it daily. There are plenty of taxis available if required and easy to hire - this was useful for doing our ‘big shop’ at the supermarket.
The walk was worth it to be located in such a nice quiet location with the mountains as our backdrop.
Pepe is a lovely host and was very helpful throughout with nothing being too much trouble.

Lovely villa in a quiet area but only 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Puerto Pollensa. We met Pepe and his wife when we arrived - this was several hours before our official check in time as agreed - and they were so welcoming. They provided a lunch of local produce and they placed a food delivery order for us with the local supermarket. This we took advantage of, to get heavier items like water, beer, wine etc as the supermarket is 10 mins walk away.
The villa is comfortable and well equipped and surrounded by firstly Pepe’s large garden, then countryside. The backdrop of the mountains makes it a perfect setting and it felt like authentic Mallorca. There are other villas close by though so it doesn’t feel isolated. TV has access to multiple channels in different languages and lots of kids’ options for when they’re not in the pool or at the beach. One minor point which we asked Pepe about, was that one of the bedrooms is accessed via another and they both share a connected bathroom. This wasn’t a big problem for our family group but could be for groups of couples?
Patricia provided great pre-arrival liaison and Pepe was attentive to us throughout our stay, providing local knowledge for places to visit as well as fruit from his garden. The apricots were delicious straight off the tree! Our Spanish speaking daughter was chatting to him and his wife from the start and we felt we got to know them as friends.
Thank you for a lovely relaxing week in your family villa.

Dobbies Malloran Cycling Adventure
We came to Mallorca to experience the first rate cycling opportunities available for cyclists of all shapes, sizes and abilities as well as the wonderful Mallorcan hospitality. It didn't disappointment and the villa just made it all a cosy welcoming stay. Pepe made sure that we would have a fantastic time.

Easy and friendly with good communications. Fab figs and peppers thank you! Tranquil setting. Comfortable and basic bedrooms with air con. 10 mins walk to port. Good WiFi. lovely home. not wheelchair accessible !!
This was our second time to the area.
the villa is traditional, clean and in a lovely quiet location.
we had great communication with the owners prior to our holiday.
I explained that my daughter is a wheelchair user, that she uses her chair full time. we were assured the villa was suitable.
sadly, it was not suitable. we arrived late at night to find the first hurdle was the step into the villa which measures 16cm. no ramp.
I emailed the owner to ask for help, got a quick reply to state someone would be there in a couple of days.
owner arrived two days later with a piece of wood that did not fit the step. he left without helping us.
we followed up the email and was assured a ramp was on its way.
we waited for another five days for a ramp to arrive !!
during this time we had to lift our daughter and her wheelchair in and out of the villa. not easy.
in addition the garden and pool area is also not accessible, no ramp access, only various height steps. which we were not warned about.
it made for a very difficult holiday, more lifting work than we expected. it was very disappointing.
the positive was the accessible bathroom, very good, easy access.
this villa should not be advertised as accessible, it simply is not.
when i emailed the owner, they replied they had other disabled guests with no problem. I did ask if the guests were full time wheelchair users, but not no reply.
It is a shame, as the villa is in a great location and could easily be adapted with the addition of a a few short ramps.
I have been booking our holidays for many years and I do my research very carefully, but on this occasion I was let down.

Perfect Villa for a Family Holiday
Six of us (all adults) rented this villa for a family holiday and loved it. The location is just right - a little out of town, so it was really quiet and secluded, but just a ten minute walk down to the nearest supermarket and another few minutes into town and down to the seafront. The villa is exactly as it looks in the photos on the site and there's plenty of both outside and indoor space for all six of us to relax without getting in each others way. Pepe was lovely, greeting us there on our arrival and then turning up three or four times to make sure the pool was ok, but staying to tend the garden and often bringing us food from his trees and plants - we had homegrown plums, figs and grapes during the holiday. The outside kitchen/bbq area is an excellent idea - we bbq'd and ate out there several times during our stay. The aircon units in the bedrooms were a blessing on hot nights. Overall, we all had a lovely holiday - thank you Pepe and Patricia.

A memory making experience.
We were 3 generations of 17 holidaying together for the first time abroad staying in 3 villas.I stayed here with my daughter, son in law and 3 grandchildren. We were met by Peppe who very kindly showed us around and had a welcome meal ready for us which was such a wonderful surprise and the best pizza ever.!
The villa is in a very quiet, rural position with great mountain views. That said it is 15 to 20 mins walk to shops and beach. We drove the car sometimes and could always find a spot to park.
The villa was spotlessly clean and exceptionally equipped. The air con in the bedrooms was very much needed and worked well to cool the rooms at night.
The pool and surrounding large garden area was beautifully kept by Peppe who came a couple of times having informed us beforehand and left fruit for us.
We had wonderful memories of Puerto Pollensa some 30 years ago and now my children have made new memories for their children.
Thank you Peppe and Patricia.

Villa can Lluc
Lovely property, beautifully maintained gardens and pool. Quiet rural location. We did not hire a car as the property states 10 minutes walk to pp, however to the shops and seafront it was about 25 minutes and a busy road to cross. We had 2 small children who struggled in the July heat to walk easily even though they are very fit. If you are slightly immobile or have young kids consider a car. The villa could do with a full size electric kettle as boiling water meant heating up an already hot kitchen with gas. Bedrooms were air conditioned and lovely but the rest of the villa was very hot. Also if you’re there in the summer stock up on insect repellents and joss sticks as loads mossies. The main bathroom is beautiful but needs an extractor fan as after a couple showers it became a hot sauna and no way of getting rid of moisture. Pepo and Patricia were very helpful and efficient and overall the stay was lovely. We would have appreciated a small starter pack of say 1 or 2 toilet rolls, a small washing up liquid and a couple of clothes washing tablets and dishwasher tablets as we had to immediately walk to supermarket to buy loo rolls etc just after arriving as we only had half a roll. A lovely pizza and dessert we’re waiting which softened the rough edges. I emphasise a car as lugging water and shopping was hard in the heat.

Lovely semi rural villa, walking distance to town, fantastic outdoor space
We had a great family holiday in this villa. The house is large with 4 spacious bedrooms and good living space in the lounge/dining area. Its big advantage for us was the outdoor space and facilities, which are fabulous. The pool is a good size and the gardens and grounds are wonderful, filled with lemon, lime and walnut trees and beautiful flowering bushes. I really liked the view of the hills just behind the house. As well as this, there are two large outdoor tables, one ideal for breakfast and the other for bbqs. We had a number of bbqs for this reason - the only downside is the heat in July as you cook! It's totally peaceful and private - the villa is not overlooked at all. There are a few houses around but they are all individual and private to each other. We walked to Port de Pollenca regularly. It takes about 15 minutes. The owners are genuine and kind people and willing to help with anything you might need. I'd really recommend this rental for people looking for peace and seclusion but with easy access to holiday facilities in a town within walking distance. The pool has a shallow end but deepens quickly, so young children would need supervision. There are mosquitos in July so come prepared.

Amazing Villa and a close walk to Puerto Pollensa!!!
Absolutely loved this villa! All 8 of us were here for a friends wedding and we all want to stay here again! Patricia was easily contactable and replied to emails before we arrived to the villa. Pepe welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a traditional style Mallorcan pizza, a beautiful ensimada and bottles of water to get us started. The pool was lovely and clean, the bbq area seated 8 of us comfortably, the flowers and gardens were beautifully kept with lemon and fig trees, the air-conditioning was individually controlled in each room and the bedrooms and communal areas were of good size. Throughout our stay Pepe was in contact to check we were all ok and if we needed anything.
I wouln't hesitate in recommending this villa for groups and families!!
A great standard and great value!!
Thank you Pepe and Patricia and we hope to see you again in the future xxx

Wonderful villa! A little piece of Heaven!
On arrival Pepe met us with toys for our 3 year old grandson, Majorcan cake, wine and lemons from the garden. The villa was spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a superb location. We didn’t have a car. It didn’t matter as its 20 minutes walk to the town and beach. The location is so peaceful, great Mountain Views yet close to everything.
The pool and outside area was perfect for playing and extremely well kept.
Pepe responded very quickly to a couple of queries and was extremely helpful. We had such a great family holiday. Would definitely recommend this lovely homely villa.

Great villa close to Puerto Pollensa
Great villa a 10/15 minute stroll from Puerto Pollensa beaches, restaurants and shops. Nice and quiet with pool which kids loved. Has everything you need to cater at the villa and great bbq. Pepe, the owner was always available if needed, but not intrusive. Would recommend if looking for a place close to the town, but far enough away so not noisy.

A lovely peaceful family holiday at Can Lluc
This was our first three generation holiday - six adults with one toddler and one baby. We had a fabulous two weeks, to and fro to the beach in Port de Pollensa, and a lot of time enjoying the pool and the garden.
It was great being close to the sea and the shops (only 20 minutes walk to the sea and beach) but in a peaceful area away from the town and on the edge of wild countryside. We all enjoyed walking straight from the villa to Cala Boquer and Cala Vicenc. Other short local walks were up the Puig de Maria and the Puig de Santuiri.
The villa was clean, relaxing to be in, and pretty well equipped. We appreciated that there were plenty of good size pots and pans as most days we cooked at the house - and ate on the terrace. Pepe brought us olive oil, peppers, aubergines, figs .... a joy to cook with.
In advance we asked for two high chairs and two cots, and this was all there (cots with sheets) when we arrived. The little ones enjoyed the buckets and spades which Pepe brought out for them! Pepe was most helpful and responsive whenever we had queries

Very nice villa in lovely location
The owner meet us on arrival, and made us feel very welcome, the villa was very well presented with all the things you would need to allow you to make the most of the wonderful location.
Pepe the owner came over about twice a week to make sure the pool and facilities were all okay, he would always bring some produce from garden for us to enjoy.
A very special holiday in a lovely location.

Ideal family villa
Located about a mile from the beaches and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa in a rural location at the foot of beautiful mountains Can Lluc is the ideal villa for a family vacation. Spacious and well appointed with a lovely pool, attractive gardens and barbecue building. A welcome meal of pizza, ensomada, water and wine awaited our arrival. Our party was 4 adults and a baby, all of whom loved the place! The attentive owners ensured the holiday was perfect.

Really lovely villa which worked perfectly for us - 3 adults and 2 young kids, booked again for 2019
We recently spent a week at Villa Can Lluc and rebooked for 2019 before we left! It worked perfectly for us as a family of 4 and taking along the mother in law! The new wet room is great and for anyone who is unable to use the bath this extra bathroom with walk in shower works perfectly. The different outside dining areas were so flexible for lunches/dinners/bbqs. We only ate out twice and the other five nights we enjoyed dining at the villa. If I could rate the owners higher than 5 stars I would as they were just so accommodating. When we arrived they had bought us a huge traditional pizza and also a sweet pudding which feed us that night for dinner without us having to worry about going out straight away and cooking, they gave us little extras throughout the week like apricots, lemons, oranges, home made olive oil from their gardens and roses! The villa was very clean and the gardens/pool were well maintained. Well equipped with a huge fridge/freezer. Plenty of towels, blankets, bedding etc. Definitely recommend this villa to anyone. The location is very quiet and surrounded by the mountains so pretty, however still in a good place to reach the beach and front. The only things I would say, which are not really negatives are: the picture of the living room on this website is different to what is there now, the settee is actually a black leather L shape one which seats 3 people, 4 at a push, however plenty of other chairs to sit on from dining areas and I guess the idea is you are in the BBQ hut! The electric kettle in the kitchen is quite small, more like a travel kettle so would be good to have a bigger one. Take plenty of mozzie spray/plug ins, due to location they are about on an evening. Overall we had a super time and as said before already booked for 2019.

Excellent villa with superb all round facilities. We have stayed in many villas and apartments in Puerto Pollensa over the years and this is no doubt our favourite and certainly will return.

Massive villa in idyllic location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at can lluc. The villa is spacious, generous size rooms, a lovely walk in shower and gorgeous outdoor area. Surrounded by gardens and orchards for the children to play in. The pool was too cold for us to use but in summer may be warmer. The owners are generous in their supply of towels, blankets and even had a huge pizza and dessert waiting for us upon arrival which was a lovely touch. I would only suggest perhaps extra toilet rolls, washing up liquid, cloths and maybe tea and coffee would be nice to have. You really do get a lot for your money and feels very private. The owners are very responsive, helpful and do their best to ensure you have a great stay. Would highly recommend.....

beautiful villa with mountain views
This was our second time at Can Lluc and we're looking forward to our next trip in August. Having stayed all over Puerto Pollensa in the last 12 years this is our favourite location away from any traffic, noise (or the occasional crane) and with stunning views of the mountains immediately behind. It's a traditional villa with large rooms and surrounded by its own land so you're not overlooked. Nice pool, separate BBQ area and well maintained gardens. Patricia and Pepe are incredibly helpful so it feels like a home from home. It's 10/15 min walk into the main square / supermarket / beach and 5 min in a car.

We had a wonderful stay!
Our stay at Villa Can Lluc was brilliant! 8 of us (6 adults and 2 children) had a amazing stay and would definitely return in the future. The villa is perfectly located just outside the town centre of Puerto Pollensa. It is perfectly and quietly secluded from the hustle and bustle of the main town, and directly behind it are absolutely beautiful mountain views. We miss them already! It is a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and another 10 minutes to the port. The house fit all of our needs: there is a bbq, a table tennis table, the most fantastic swimming pool that our children did not want to get out of, and a lovely front terrace to relax and eat our meals on. We encountered a few problems during our stay, but Patricia and Pepe sorted them out straightaway. They are lovely and hospitable people. I would highly recommend Villa Can Lluc as a great place to stay. We loved our holiday!

Beautiful, tranquil villa.
We stayed for 2 weeks with our 1 and 4 year old and really didn't want to leave. The villa is traditional which we loved. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked of all types of cooking and dining equipments. The brand new wet room was a welcome surprise and great for getting us all ready quickly. The pool area was amazing as was the gardens and surrounding land and mountain backdrop that took my breath away. It's a good 10 minute walk to the supermarket and where the shops restaurants begin and a further 10 to beach. We walked it every day and it was fine even with 2 young kids. It was worth it for the peace and privacy we got when we returned each day. Anna and Pepe the owner were fantastic. Nice welcome surprises in the fridge on arrival and some pool items for the kids which was well received Pepe was about most days working on the land but never in our way and would turn up with little surprises like flowers strawberrys and some of his own grown olive oil. Would definately return. The villa air con was great. Tv had quite a few British channels. Water constantly hot even after 4 of us showering. Great place.

Relaxing and Peaceful and not Overlooked
This Villa was truly an excellent find. A quiet, semi rural location away from all traffic noise yet within minutes drive to supermarkets, shops and beaches. The Villa was clean, comfortable, roomy, well equipped and very well maintained. It fully met the description given by the owners and there is nothing I can add to the excellent review given by Ruth S.
We used the Vila as a base, spending some days at the villa by the pool and other days travelling to various locations around the island.
The weather was reasonably kind to us for late September and we enjoyed a wonderful, two-week break. I would recommend this villa especially to those looking for their own space in a peaceful location.
Many thanks to Patricia and to Pepe.
