We want your experience here to be filled with ease and peace. The house is located on a quite cul-de-sac close to grocery stores, international restaurants, mall, and about 5 minutes drive to the number one beach in the USA, Siesta Key.

THE LOCATION
Apart from all the lavish amenities, this property also offers an unbeatable location for you to enjoy all the wonderful attractions in the vicinity. Just 10 minutes from Downtown Sarasota, spend a day out on the town picking up fresh produce from the farmer s market and shopping for the perfect souvenir at one of the boutiques.
Only 5 minutes to Siesta Key, spend a day with the sun on your face and feet in the sand at Siesta Beach. The public beach with ample parking and a brand new pavilion is just 4 miles away, and Public Access 12 is just off of Stickney Point Bridge. No day spent on Siesta Key is complete without a meal at Ophelia’s on the Bay, located across from Turtle Beach, an exquisite continental fusion and seafood restaurant with floor-to-ceiling windows for unobstructed views of the intracoastal waterway.
Other nearby attractions include gourmet restaurants and shops at St. Armands Circle and Gulf Gate and Westfield Sarasota Square indoor mall and AMC movie theater.

- Pets allowed with 150$ per pet, stay fee (max 30 lb). PLEASE INFORM IF YOU BRINGING ANY PET BEFORE BOOKING.
ATTENTION! ANY UNAUTHORIZED PET BROUGHT TO PROPERTY WITHOUT APPROVAL (PENALTY 500$).
- NO EVENTS, PARTIES and large gatherings.
-Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am (Please be respectful of the neighbors).
-Check-out is at 11am (NO LATE CHECK-OUT without approval!)
-Please report damages immediately.
-Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or inquires.
-In case of an emergency, dial 911.
