We only stayed one night so we could visit family on Siesta Key but here's what my family thought:
The good first....
1) Very clean*
2) Nice, trendy decor
3) Beds were SO comfortable
4) The communication with the host was very timely and pleasant
The not so good....
1) *There was a faint smell of sewage throughout the home that I couldn't figure out. Then... we opened the door, off the kitchen, to the laundry room and WOW, there was a horrible sewage smell in it. I'm not sure what was going on, but they need to address it!
2) Missing some vital items:
- No soap in any bathrooms besides a bottle of V05 shampoo that we all had to use to wash our bodies
- No pillow cases. We had to sleep on the pillows with the decorative shams. Not a huge deal, but it's not normal not to have pillow cases.
- No coffee. There was a coffee pot but would have been nice to have some coffee for the one morning we were there.
3) The neighborhood was just ok. Not a huge deal but I'll just say I wouldn't have wanted to walk around if we were there any longer. The nice thing is that it really was very close to Siesta Key, where we had spent the day.

The house was very clean and all the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is very small and missing a few staples-for example a pizza pan, pizza cutter, and pot holders. We had bought frozen pizzas since we arrived late and then there wasn't a pan, cutter, or hot pads to take anything out of the oven. Other than that, the house worked great for our short stay. It was an easy drive to the beach! Communication was always great with the owner before and while we were there.

The house is in a good central location. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had the things we need to prepare light meals and snacks.
It is in a quiet neighborhood. If felt safe going for a walking in the evening.
The day we checked in the dishwasher, garbage disposal, under microwave light and ceiling fan remote were broken. The dishwasher was repaired as soon as it was reported. The other things were not fixed when we checked out. The heat and air stopped working on the third day.
We had adequate towels but only four wash clothes for a five day stay. The manager provided four more.
We opted not to use the king bed. It was flush with the wall which made getting in and out difficult for the person sleeping by the wall.
The reservation pulled into my calendar with an incorrect check out date which led to a late check out. I offered a cash compensation for the next guest. The property manage was gracious about an awkward situation. I appreciated his kindness.
