You can be in the city center, the station, the beaches, the supermarkets, cinemas 8 rooms in 3- 4 min (2 km approximately), the port of Arcachon 2 min (1.2 km) and circle of veil,, the charming district of l'Aiguillon at 800 m (less than 2 min) with various shops and restaurants - the charm of the Winter town (3-4mn), Thalassotherapy, Golf 5mn (4 Km), Tennis courts (4 -5mn) the ocean beaches 20 mins (Petit Nice: 17 Km), the Gujan-Mestras theme parks 9-10 mins (Aqualand: 5.1 km), the "Dune du Pyla" at 13 min (10 km) ...
At the bottom of the building you have the very efficient municipal bus services Baia -Eho which serve the whole basin and its beaches.
Rental conditions:
Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday during the summer period and school holidays, or for a minimum of 2 nights outside the school holiday period and July-August to mid-September.
A deposit check of € 600 and a cleaning deposit check of € 55 is required on arrival at the premises, not cashed and returned on departure if everything is in order.

A bedroom with two bunk beds (90x190) equipped with two large closets.

Linen not provided but possibility to rent it (13 € per person including: Duvet cover or sheet - hand towels - kitchen towels.
