Cypress Estates is one the most desirable and exclusive neighbourhoods in Whistler. The is house is located on cul-de-sac and backs on the Whistler Valley Trail. The trail meanders throughout Whistler - perfect for safe hikes or bike rides. In the Winter, the house is also on the natural cross country trail that winds through the Nicolas North Golf Course. For your enjoyment and pleasure- this property is also located only a few blocks from the world renowned Scandinave Spa. The Nicolas North Golf course is a quick stroll from the home where you will find a beautiful Club house and one of the best outdoor patios in Whistler. For the kids: the Meadow Park community center is also walking distance which has a gym, pool and water-slides. During the summer enjoy the "River of Golden Dreams" where you can grab your tube and relax while the slowly moving river takes you on a trip you wont forget.

- 3rd bedroom: 1 Queen and 2 single ( twins) in bright loft with "jack and jill en-suite bathroom
- 4th bedroom: 4 TWIN beds in custom built bunk room. 2 bunks with trundle below. Full bathroom
*Each bedroom is on the upper floor with 15 foot ceilings, wood beams, luxury bathrooms.
- Living Space: 28 foot ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. Incredible living room with custom sectional, modern art and decor. Forest Views. Open floor plan. Dining with seating for 18 people.. extra large Chef's kitchen. Large den with 15 foot ceilings. Huge covered deck with hot tub, BBQ, patio furniture, fire pit and overhead heaters. Heated in-floor radiant heat throughout. 4 big screen TV's ( living room, den, master bedroom and bunk room)

We spent a wonderful week at the beautiful Cypress house reuniting with family. There were 6 adults and 6 children ages 2-11. There was plenty of room for us all. The house and views were stunning. We loved the open floor plan, windows, patio, master balcony and hot tub. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. The hosts provided plenty of towels ,bedding and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were quick to respond to our many questions and were very easy to work with. We also used the Baby’s on the Go company that they recommend for baby gates and pack and play. That worked great! The location was fantastic. It was a short drive to the village, golf courses, lakes. The walking/ bike path was directly behind us which was convenient as well. I would highly recommend this house. We loved it. Thanks for the use of your beautiful home.

We had an incredible stay at 8067 Cypress Estate last week. It is an immaculate home, upon entry it’s beauty just takes your breath away. It comfortably housed all 6 adults and 6 children. It’s in a convenient location, a short drive to Whistler Village. It has a magnificent kitchen and the rooms and bathrooms are big and well equipped.

We had a great stay in whistler at this beautiful modern house in Cypress Estates. It is a brand new house and had a couple technical glitches that were addressed immediately. The house was well equipped and very comfortable for 3 couples with young children. Highly recommend!

My family and I completely fell in love with this house! It is amazing! Everything is in perfect condition and really beautiful. The views from the house are unbelievable! It is the perfect place to relax with your loved ones and it is not far from Whistler’s marketplace. We will definitely be recommending this house! Thank you to Bob for making sure we had everything we needed and to the Jarvis family for welcoming us into their lovely home!
