This property was beautiful. The condo was clean and in great condition. Well appointed for everything we needed. Our only complaint was there was only one pool card. For a large group, that could have been inconvenient, but for a couple of days the gate of the pool was under repair and no key was needed. Beds were comfortable. The view is amazing. We would definitely reserve this condo again.

Our condo was perfect for our family! We had our children, grandparents and our family dog. The place felt like home. Our only complaint is that we were not prepared for the distance between the condo and the beach. We are BIG beach people and that walk was killer. We couldn't even use a wagon due to all the stairs. No wonder the beach was empty. The board walk was also blistering hot where my kids burned their feet. Although the walk was long, it was pretty and cool seeing bunnies and tortoises in the grassy area. The pool was great- wish their was more shaded options to sit at but we made it work by rotating chairs with the sun.
Our only complaints would be for the HOA of the condo building. The owners did a great job and we would consider coming back in future years!

Stayed with extended family in several condos in Beach Walker. Two of them were beautifully updated and charged the same amount as this unit. This one had a very weird layout: enter on one level, go down steps to kitchen/ living area, go down steps to two bedrooms and bath, go down more steps to another bed and bath. We bought a baby gate to block off the most treacherous set of stairs. The balcony facing the beach was very narrow and crowded with rocking chairs and a table intended for bar stools.
The condo was dated but clean. There were just so many decorative items jammed on the shelves in the living and dining rooms that it made the place seem smaller. We actually didn’t notice the thermostat on the second level until the last day because it was hidden by stuff on the shelf!
The property management was responsive to our inquiries about why the pool was closed to swimming for our first 4 days. The HOA apparently never answered their emails, but it eventually opened up and we never learned why it was closed.
We had great weather and enjoyed the beautiful beach. The boardwalk was pretty long with steps in places which our family members with toddlers and babies in strollers navigated.
We love Amelia Island and have stayed here dozens of times at different locations. We’ll stay elsewhere next year.

We were very pleased with the unit as it had a balcony and several large windows to watch the sunrise and the waves!
The pool area was well maintained and had washroom accommodations. There were several hoses strategically placed to wash off sandy feet before coming back to the condo. The unit we had was extremely well supplied with items that added to the convenience of our stay. Overall we were very happy with the stay.

Beautiful spot in Amelia Island Enjoyed the beach , pool and amazing sunrises ! Also had nice shaded trails for our morning walks. Community facility could use a few minor refreshes but the condo unit was perfectly fine.

Overall stay was just ok..several issue with property upon arrival felt it wasn't as "luxury" villa as stated on VRBO ...management compnay did get notified and send maintenence men out same day as arrival for all the problems we encountered.
Villa had many stairs which wasnt exactly presented in detail. On property- there was three days that tree trimming took place right oustide condo which made entire day loud and cut off shortest walk to pool and beach...so we had to walk all the way around.
Pool was closed on day all day (11-5) for "cleaning!" ...well do the maintenance/clenaing at 6am if needed not moddle of day during the busiest times.
Overall unhappy with condo...resort ...and overall experience.

Thank you for the enjoyable week in the summer sun! Our family of four enjoy the views, beach access, bike trails, pool, and more. Amelia Island is a gem we discovered this week and this property was the perfect choice for our summer destination. Every was smooth sailing from start to finish and we would love to return one day.

Excellent views!!!
We enjoyed our stay at Beach Walker Villas. The views from the condo were wonderful! We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony taking in the beautiful sunrises. The condo was well furnished with towels & linens & dishes & cooking supplies. The proximity to the pool, the beach and Omni Resorts restaurants was very convenient.

Amazing Holiday stay
Amazing views from this VRBO rental. The kitchen , living room , abs balcony offer spectacular views of the beach and ocean.
Villa just as pictures display. Plenty of space with 3 spacious bedrooms. Clean.
Amelia Island has the most beautiful colored evening sunrises and the seashells are plentiful !!

Thanksgiving
It was not a penthouse, it is a 3rd floor villa with 3 sets of stairs. Pictures were deceiving to make it look a lot bigger than it was. Bathrooms and kitchen were too small. Two people could not be in the kitchen at the same time and we were there for Thanksgiving. We left our clothes in suitcases as there was no where to put clothes. Dresser in one of the king bedrooms was not even accessible. We’ve stayed in other properties in Amelia Island, but will not stay at this property or any other units on this property again.

Great time with a great view!
We had a wonderful time in this condo! The living area was a great place to spend time with the family and the rooms were great and accommodated a lot of us including kids. The best thing was the view!! Such a beautiful way to wake up each morning!

Great location but too many issues with this unit.
While the location is superb, we had a few issues. One chair we couldn't use because of a missing bolt and therefore unstable. We put it upside down on the table to keep the kids from using it. Some chair cushions were loose, one was so bad that it resulted in a foot scrape when it just shifted. A rather large -dead- roach greeted us in the kitchen and several glasses had lipstick smears on them. Kitchen is really not large enough for two people to dance around in and the whole apartment -including bedrooms- is rather cluttered with furniture. The elevator broke once and when talking to some of the cleaning ladies, we learned that this happens very often. Not too good if you have kids and bringing a beach wagon to the beach. However, we all loved our stay and would come back to the beach, this location but not this unit.

Beautiful villa with lovely views
My family and I loved it here. The villa was lovely and we enjoyed both the pool and the beach. Riding bikes around the property was a joy also. Hope to return sometime.

Pictures are deceiving
While the pictures show a roomy/spacious unit, The main floor kitchen-Living room-dining were very cluttered with furnishings/decorations that were not necessary. The 2 master sweets were small, but comfy. The 2 bathrooms were tiny, especially when you have more than 4 people.
Read the listing carefully as square footage is small to accomodate up to10 people.

Perfect for a young family!
I stayed here with my two kids and the condo was more than adequate. Kitchen well equipped. Very clean (managed by Amelia Island Getaways and I very much appreciated that they clearly cleaned things to top notch standards due to COVID).
Pool is not heated but the kids made friends and preferred to stay there. It’s very roomy with clean bathrooms so you don’t have to hike back up.
Beach was directly down the path. We enjoyed it both during the day and evening.
Although there isn’t direct access to all of the Omni facilities we made use of most of them. Long walks to playgrounds each day, etc.
The condo does have three beach towels which you have to launder yourself (no big deal with the washer and dryer right there).
Thanks again!

Great place to stay awesome view all day long
This property was well kept. The kitchen was narrow....we have a small kitchen so that didn’t bother us. The property was comfortable. We were attending a wedding. Many guests also booked in the community. This was very convenient for all of us

Great location, needs some care
The unit had a great view and was close to the pool and beach. The management was very responsive. The unit was nicely furnished. But- the master bedroom had a horrible smell of urine and obvious stains on the carpet. The management offered to bring us a spray and said the were planning to change the carpet. Otherwise it was a nice place, just bring air freshener.

Fun was had by all
The condos are dated but still provide a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The location offers nice walks and bike rides around the resort area.

Disappointing trip
The property was quite outdated. Both carpeting and furniture were dirty and worn out, there were a lot of pet dander and smell. By far one of the most unpleasant properties we have used via Home Away in the past 7 years. The building fire alarm in the kept going off apparently due to faulty alarm system, tenants had to leave the building many times between 1-4 am.

nice get away
great property for a long weekend. The sheets were great along with the beds being comfortable. The kitchen is really a one person kitchen if you are planning to do a lot of cooking. We really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing!

Nice, helpful staff - could have been cleaned a little better
Our stay started off a little rough because someone was in our parking spot but the staff was very helpful and stayed in constant communication with us until we got that resolved. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only downside was all of the dishes were very dirty and the dishwasher was left full with a lot of dirty dishes and yucky musty water in it. Other than that, we loved our stay and definitely would stay again!
Unrelated - but upon checking out I heard the cleaning manager telling one of the maids to spend extra time cleaning because a VIP was staying - and it seemed unprofessional especially since our unit was not perfectly cleaned.

OK
This unit was ok. The ocean view at sunrise is beautiful. However, this unit is SUPER small. Do NOT even consider for a group of 8. The twin room is not big enough to pull out the two trundle beds. I felt bad sticking 4 boys in this room, they were totally cramped. The kitchen is smaller than anything I have ever experienced, including my first apartment in college. Literally one person in it at a time and even then it's a tight squeeze.

We thoroughly enjoyed the unit. There were 6 adults in our party and there was plenty of room.
The unit was very comfortable and well decorated We would stay there again. A few things for the owner to know, the elevator was malfunctioning the entire time we were there , could include a few more fish towels and parking was limited and there was a long trailer that took up at least 3 spaces. Perhaps you want to let the property manager know. These were minor things and didn’t affect our opinion of the unit which was very satisfied
