This five-bedroom beauty on Lake Colby makes the perfect retreat. Blue Willow is a quick walk to Cinnamon Shore resort amenities, including three swimming pools, on-site restaurants, and a boardwalk to the beach.
AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: On the second floor, relax in an airy, open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen, professionally decorated in calm, ocean hues and rustic, antique-chic furnishings. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.

We enjoyed everything about our stay except for two issues. The first was that there was a single AC thermostat which kept it cool upstairs but less than cool downstairs. The second issue was that the noise level downstairs from anyone walking upstairs was unusually loud.

Our family of 13 loved our stay at Blue Willow. The property was clean, perfect size for us and management customer service was excellent. There was an issue with the freezer and they brought a whole new refrigerator. This was our first visit to Cinnamon Shores and we were impressed with Blue Willow and the community. We had a great week and recommend Blue Willow and the Cinnamon Shores community to others. One recommendation to the community management - have some shaded areas in the open play / community areas would be nice.

Overall the house was nice and was much larger than I expected. However, I gave it 4 stars because the air conditioner could not go below 70 degrees and the house was hot the whole time. I had a terrible time sleeping every night due to how hot it was in the house. The AC unit was very small for the size of house and height of ceilings. I don't think it could keep up. For how much you pay to stay at these houses you should be able to control the ac. The ac should actually cool the house. Everything else was great. The location was in the center of everything. The house was clean. The house had 2 refrigerators which was great since we had 11 people staying at the house and it gave us ample room. I will warn people the grill cooks really hot and we had a hard time not over cooking food. The beach was not crowded at all and it was a busy time. The restaurants within Cinnamon Shores are very small so make sure to get reservations before coming. We didn't eat at any of them because we didn't know they would be so small or that we would need reservations. We did not rent golf carts and I would highly suggest you do. It's a lot of work lugging stuff and kids to the beach every day. My only other complaint is the pools were very hot. They don't have pool coolers installed so the pools feel like bath water by about 12. It's like sitting in a hot tub while the outside temperature is 100 degrees. Overall this is a really cute community. I would consider coming back again.

Very good experience. House has nice location/layout and was clean. Issue with Refrigerator having no ice maker and temporary fridge. CS Realty did provide free ice which helped. New refrigerator was on property but not installed. Would have been nice to inform us of this at rental check in. Also house needs adjustments/updates on door handles/locks as several worn.

Loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore! It was our second time staying here and first time for some of our extended family members, who also fell in love with the quality and convenience of everything. We did have a hiccup with the rental golf carts but the Cinnamon Shore team more than made up for it and I'm so grateful for their hospitality and commitment to quality! Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality family beach vacation.

House was terrific in every way except for master bed. Mattress and frame were surprisingly poor- looked almost temporary? Apart from this (which was a nightly issue I hate to say- truly saggy and uncomfortable bed) everything was wonderful- location, lay out, supplies- truly a beautiful home. Thank you!!

In all, we really enjoyed this house. I would like to offer a couple opportunities for improvement.
1. Upper front bedroom fan knocks badly.
2. A/C is very unbalanced. Upstairs cools well, but not the master downstairs. This caused us to have to lower the temperature below where we would have normally.
3. We had trouble getting the dishwasher to work well.

The house was in an amazing location-- close to three pools and not a long walk to the beach. The view was lovely. The property was clean, but it needs to have kitchen cookware purchased that isn't for a regular family of four. This house sleeps many, and it needs to have cookware that facilitates cooking for that many. The pans were small and completely worn out. We had several towel racks that came off while we were there due to the set screws backing out. It was also strange that there were no hangers anywhere. The dishwasher had a lot of grime. However, the air conditioner worked well, and the beds were comfy. Overall, it is a nice home that accommodates a crowd, it just has a few minor issues.

This is the 7th home we have rented in Cinnamon Shore. While we always love the property, this particular home is in need of some TLC. It is a lovely, well situated and well laid out home; however, years of renting are beginning to show. The upholstered furniture and bedding are beginning to show signs of becoming more shabby than chic and all of the woodwork could use a good coat of paint. Kitchen utensils could use an upgrade as well. None of this detracted from our stay, it is just not up to the standard of other Cinnamon Shore rentals we have had. What was truly concerning to us was the state in which we found the property in terms of cleanliness. There were dust bunnies all over the floor, crumbs on the rug, cob webs on lamps, layers of dirt on the woodwork, cob webs covering all of the decks, filthy outdoor furniture and a dirty diaper in the bedroom trashcan! At $900 this is unacceptable. If Cinnamon Shore does not better manage its cleaning crews, I fear it will begin to lose its patrons to the newer property up the road.

We had a wonderful time. The area is beautiful, the house was in great condition, and the pools were amazing. My only complaint is that we got devoured by mosquitos. On the second day I had 50+ bites on me that left me scratching the rest of the week. Saying "bring bug spray" in your welcome email is disingenous, you need to warn people when it's that bad. That aside, it was wonderful and we had a great vacation.

Blue Willow was a perfect fit for our extended family group. The home was very clean, comfortable, and a quick walk to the beach. The Cinnamon Shores property still seems to be getting on their feet. It would have been great to have a small grocery and beach store on the property for supplies. However, we still loved our stay there.

We had a wonderful time at The Blue Willow. Our family had plenty of room to be together and have moments of alone time too. Just wanted to make this summer extra special. The matriarch of our family, my mother, is in a complex battle with cancer. All but one grandchild was able to come to our gathering. We were given a wonderful setting to make precious memories. The water view of the pond was especially relaxing for a restful experience. Thank you all for sharing this beautiful home with us. We will never forget.
