Logement agréable.

Le logement était sympa, confortable.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait aucun contact humain. Plus de précisions pour récupérer les clés serait un vrai plus. Pas pu entrer dans le parking donc j'ignore si nous avions la possibilité de rentrer à l'intérieur ou non. Aucune indication pour le wifi au logement. Nous avons réussi à nous connecter à un réseau sans savoir si c'était celui du logement ou non.

didn’t let these problems sadden our holiday but some aspects were unacceptable for what they are advertising.

the beds were comfy, Wi-Fi, shower and space was great.

in a complex that seems very tired and run down and felt like a residency complex not a holiday. the staff couldn’t be anymore unhelpful if they tried. we requested things such as an appropriate sun bed and they gave us one which was unusable in the beginning and refused to replace it for a decent one like the other two (one of the decent ones was also broken so therefore we only had one and a very unstable one for the whole duration). we requested to have another key as our son and us may not be wanting to come back home at the same time and more pillows. was told a flat out no to all of these which I understand if it’s completely not possible but when the apartment is for 4 and not 2 I find unreasonable and unacceptable! the bungalow needs a full redecorate as the walls were marked and made the accommodation feel unclean. and to almost end our experience the kitchen sink fell through, I understand this is probably just an unexpected accident that happened however it took them almost 24 hours to finally answer our message and fix it. the staff were not very accommodating at all during our stay and spoke very little English so couldn’t speak over the phone and took them ages to reply over WhatsApp (hours). we come Lanzarote multiple times a year and this is the most disappointing experience we’ve had. overall very disappointing as had high hopes for this property but did not achieve.

The coastal walk a minute from apartment took you to Teguise centre, approx 25 minute walk, and not strenuous. The variety of resturants, tapas to Mexican and all at a great price. Good quality and very enjoyable. The accommodation was basic and for the price, overall good value for money. The pool bar is open 5 days a week, and offers soft/alcohol drinks, burgers, toasties and the again good value for money. Across from accommodation there is a supermarket and further down Avenida is shops/resturants etc

The facade of accommodation Playa Rocha (not known as Seacoast Teguise), was tired and dilapidated and on arrival disappointing, broken tiles and uneven paths. Be careful of an early arrival as cannot gain entry until 3pm, and although I contacted to ask and pay for early entry, I am still awaiting reply. We were lucky that someone let us into complex and sat a pool bar until 3pm. No where to keep luggage until entry also. The pool bar is closed Wednesday and Sunday, so if you have an early arrival, not sure what you would do. But the worst thing about accommodation was that there was only one set of keys, so everybody had to go out or stay in, locked in. The sun lounger screw had fallen out (my husband re screwed) and couch had a broken leg (not even replaced by a similar leg), which was placed under couch and not attached, so could only sit on left hand side. I was also advised that there would be a change of linen on day 7, and it didn't happen, I was there 10 days. These are silly things and should be taken as constructive feedback.

Great Terrace - lots of sun

The apartment was exactly as shown. The kitchen was reasonably equipped with everything we need to make breakfasts, lunch and a few quick dinners. The terrace was excellent with 2 sun loungers and a few chairs, the area was in the sun from 10am until 5pm and as it was walled there was little wind. We were sent a video with instructions to access the apartments which made it really easy. There is a supermarket and a few restaurants 5 minutes up the road which was handy and you could also access the beach promenade from the complex, you could walk to into the main town in 30 minutes.

As we were there in January it could be a little cold in the evening inside the apartment, but we just went to bed early which was fine as the beds were comfortable.
