Alojamiento muy cómodo y muy bien situado pero necesita una reforma y mayor limpieza

La ubicación perfecta para moverse por la isla. La terraza muy maja y muy cómoda para poder, incluso, comer allí. Las playas cercanas al apartamento muy bonitas, el Jablillo ideal.

Necesitaría más limpieza y una reforma del mobiliario.

Biggest 2 bed Apartment we have ever stayed in . Its a nice quite place no panic with getting a pool lounger . Pool bar was good . Shout out to mariella also behind the bar .I asked for top floor I got it thank you .on arrival at 1130am our Apartment was ready this was an added bonus .its what u pay for you get its not the Ritz but as I said u get what u pay for . The staff at reception were very nice

Only thing is day 4 we had to go down and ask for fresh towels .with 4 Adults in the Aparment this was poor 1 towel change out in a week is shocking . And we also asked for fresh linen on beds we were told that when u stay for only a week u don't get fresh bed change this was poor also . I'm not going to run the place down over this but it don't take much to change out the linen mid week . And I've always had towels changed out every 2nd day I'd still recomend this place if u can look past this as everything else was good

Location was excellent, accommodation clean, pool area beautiful and clean, staff really friendly, gardens well established and very well kept. Lovely large apartment with great balcony.

Apartment was just a little tired and would benefit from some renovation but everything was in good working order and obviously well looked after.

A great base for exploring the interesting island of Lanzarote and enjoying some winter sun.

We were allocated a spacious apartment with a private, outdoor area, overlooking the swimming pool. The shower was good and the beds and settee comfortable. The location in a quieter part of Costa Teguise (ideal for us!) was less than 5 minutes from the extensive coastal promenade. There were some lovely local restaurants and a convenient supermarket. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The pool was well-maintained

Although the reception staff are very friendly, we were surprised at the short opening hours of 0900-1500. We found our key in an envelope, stuck to the window of the reception, which surprised us slightly. By way of feedback, some soap in the bathroom and a tea-towel in the kitchen would have been useful. However, we would still recommend these apartments to our friends and family.

Spacious, clean, basic accommodation. "Softening" the edges with some simple quick fixes would go a long way ie, a few sofa cushions, softer lighting (what is it with hot countries and those harsh white light bulbs?)

Hosts very friendly and helpful. Pool was heated which was a bonus and there was plenty of sunbeds for the size of the property. Two bedroom apartments had lots of room and again a bonus two bathrooms. We would return to the property as it is good value for the money

The property was a little tired although I believe they are in the process of upgrading. There are a lot of steps so this makes it very difficult for people with mobility issues to move around the complex

FANTASTIC

Everything was perfect from location to complex itself, brilliant staff. Small complex so it felt really "homely", where one could have a chat and laugh with ogher guests. A place we have stayed before and highly recommend it.

Well managed, excellent staff, can't wait to return!

The location is great, 5 minutes to supermarkets , restaurants and shops. The sea and beaches are at the end of the road. The pool area is exceptionally clean and well cared for. There are plenty of sun beds and seats. The pool bar is not over priced (as many often are) and ably looked after by the pleasant and friendly Sylvy.

No negative comments at all. there was everything we needed for a perfect holiday.

Great location, close to beach, nice restaurants and promenade. Bus stop & supermarkets all within easy reach. A quiet location but within close proximity to amenities.

Lovely Apartments for a get away in Costa Teguise

Small quiet apartment block just on the outside of the main town. A short walk to the centre with lots of bars, restaurants and beaches. A shorter walk takes you to a small beach and local restaurants. The apartments were really spacious and clean, great for a family of 4, our children had their own room and bathroom. They had everything you need for a holiday and are comfortable. The pool area has plenty of loungers and a cafe bar, perfect for a snack/drink. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I would recommend these lovely apartments.

Excellent stay would highly recommend!

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating as they allowed for us to stay in the apartment for the day free of charge due to a flight change. The rooms were always kept clean, the pool was great to swim in with a bar right at it and the location was excellent as it was only a short walk to bars, beach and shops. The room has been renovated since the recent pictures, and was extremely clean and up to date. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend!

Minor detail but if possible a fan or A/C for the bedroom.

Very clean and quiet location but within easy reach of bars and restaurants. Beach within two minutes walk.

There was no safe in our room but the management were more than happy to put our passports in the main safe and a safe was due to be installed after our visit.

Would stay again, but hope the building work is finished!

The staff were friendly and the pool bar did lovely food. The view from the balcony was outstanding. The location superb for shopping, restaurants and bars. Very clean apartment.

The room is very dated and scruffy in places. We were very disappointed that we weren't warned about the (necessary) renovation work taking place as this was very loud and made the whole apartment vibrate at times. I appreciate it can't be helped, but it made it hard to relax on the balcony and enjoy the view whilst it was going on.
