Bella Palma is truly one of the finest properties available in Coastal West Palm Beach! From a total top to bottom renovation of the villa to the addition of a stunning pool area and expansive back yard, this home is perfect for your getaway. The love and care given to Bella Palma is obvious at first glance.

The historic Mediterranean style was carefully preserved from the arched entry and steps with Spanish accent tile detail to the solid wood entry door.

Once inside Bella Palma, you will feel right at home as you are enveloped by a warm and welcoming environment created by solid bamboo floors, one-of- a-kind furniture pieces, compelling art accents and flowing white draperies. The comfortable living room has been created for family gatherings and includes a new 55" Sony flat screen Smart TV. The adjacent dining room has a large round dining table and hand finished chandelier.

French doors in the dining room open to a charming patio with cafe table and chairs for breakfast al fresco! Beautiful Travertine pavers bordered by Old Chicago Brick enhance the entire yard. Lush Palm trees and mature plantings throughout create a tropical old Florida ambiance. Go through the wrought iron gate to a winding walkway that leads to the private backyard with heated pool. Enjoy all-day sun as you lounge by the pool or dine at the outdoor dining table or cook on the new outdoor grill.

The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and is fully stocked with flatware, dinnerware, cookware and a new Keurig coffee maker. The three bedrooms are beautifully finished with clean lines and shades of blue and white. The private master suite has an en suite bath and French doors that lead directly to the pool area. The beautiful bright new white bath has a large shower and frameless glass enclosure. All three bedrooms include new flat screen Smart TVs. The two additional bedrooms are located at the opposite side of the villa and include closet space and dressers. The second bath is beautifully finished with a quartz vanity, deep soaking tub and custom glass shower enclosure . Two sets of sumptuous sheets and towels are available for each bedroom as are comfortable turkish robes. A large laundry room with full sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron is available for your convenience. There is a new vacuum cleaner and fire extinguisher as well.

Bella Palma is just a short walk to the Intracoastal waterway which is ideal for walking, jogging or bike riding. The Palm Beach Island beach is a short drive over the bridge. The Lake Worth beach is also minutes away. The home is superbly located in the historic neighborhood of Southland Park, close to numerous shopping and dining offerings, including Antique Row, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the Norton Museum of Art. You can drive to downtown West Palm Beach, the Palm Beach Zoo or the popular City Place outdoor dining and shopping venue. We rented this house for an extended weekend stay and really enjoyed it. The house is absolutely adorable and was perfect for what we were looking for. Cleanliness could have been better and the furniture in the living room as well as some decor (several broken frames and pictures) definitely need/s some attention. The beds were comfortable and the back yard area with the pool was absolutely wonderful. We swam every day, walked the beautiful neighborhood and ate some outstanding food while we were in town. Hosts were responsive which is always a huge plus.

We recently stayed in this property with our three children. The pictures online looked very clean and appealing. When we arrived, the house was not very clean. The appliances were dirty and the kitchen was not well equipped with different utensils. The best part of the property was the outdoor space, but the main access was through the back bedroom. There was no stepping stones in the back once you stepped out of the door, so we were constantly tracking mud into the house. It seems like the owners/property managers have just let the place go. It could be a very nice property.

Enjoyed our stay at the house. Enjoyed the location close to nice restaurants, park to walk dog, a little on the noisy side with planes overhead but they mention this. The good part is that it is so close to airport and Brightline and downtown west palm

We had such a great stay. The property was even better in person. The location was awesome, 1 block from flagler for us to run and bike ride daily on the water and over the southern bridge to palm beach! The pool and lounge area was so perfect to relax. We loved it so much we can’t wait to go back with our kids. Thank you for a great stay!

House was charming, if a little smaller than it looked. TVs were only hooked up to Roku so getting regular and local channels was impossible. However the backyard made up for everything else.

My three kids and I had an incredible experience staying here. We had the best time and hope to return here in the future. The property has beautiful aesthetic and foliage. The kids loved swimming in the pool and enjoyed the back yard and location.

This place is very well layed out. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. A spacious kitchen, and a great living area and outdoor pool. It is less than 10 minutes to town or the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family was attending a wedding at The Breakers and chose this property to serve as our home base. The property had every comfort of home that we needed or could have thought of. It was very close to one of the bridges to get onto the island so that was very nice. It was very clean and comfortable. We loved the outdoor space and spend quite a bit of time in the pool and on the patio for meals, etc. Lovely back there. Comfortable for the five of us. Neighborhood was quiet. The planes from the airport were loud but that was minimal really. There was some construction going on at a neighbors property that was loud and disruptive on the weekdays of our stay but not the weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Furnished very stylishly and comfortably. Clean. The best part was the ease of communication with the property manager and the flexibility. At the last minute we asked to extend our stay by one day due to a flight change and they accommodated us no problem. Recommend staying here if visiting the area.

Great property in a quite neighbor within walking distance of good food. The home is well maintained and cared for. Be advised that jets from west palm take off overhead creating significant noise throughout the day. We were working remotely and the noise was an issue when working outside on conference calls.

Joined with my family for some needed safe together time and this house was perfect. The home was clean and comfortable. The backyard is an oasis and the pool lovely. To stay safe we did our own meal prep. The house is conveniently located near shopping. There were some glitches and things that could be easily improved by servicing and/or upgrading appliances. Additionally the home is under the airport flight path if you are sound sensitive. All in all we would stay again if the opportunity presents.Robin

This is a small charming home that is actually quite roomy if travelling with a family. Very nice location in quiet neighborhood near the Intracoastal. Nice appointed interior and back yard patio/pool to relax in. Convenient driveway for parking. Property manager is very responsive. Would highly recommend and will rent again myself.
