The beds are absolutely awful. The master bedroom mattress was like 20 years old and had no structure left. The bunk bed was very unstable/shaky, so we could not use the top bunk and the person in the middle bunk couldn't move without waking up the person on the bottom bunk; and it also had uncomfortable mattresses. The location is great. Next time I'll stay in another chalet. On the surface it was clean, but it needs a deep clean under furniture, etc. It also needs a few more kitchen items and updates like kitchen scissors that actually cut and a larger cutting board. When we messaged the property manager during our stay, we did not receive a response.

Very pleasant condo with lots of room and oversized garage for two vehicles and all your gear. Very quiet side street but you can walk to pub, store, and Skibowl tubing area. Very close to the pool and hot tub. Kitchen is great, fireplace great. Plenty of blankets and pillows to keep you cozy. The problems were: main bathroom commode on 2nd floor clogged twice and overflowed once. It needs attention. Also, I don't think this place can comfortably sleep 10 people. The two bedrooms were fine, but I don't think the triple bunkbed in the upstairs hallway could safely hold 6 adults as advertised; even 3 was an issue. It is pretty rickety. We ended up taking the upper mattresses off the bunk and slept on them on the floor. Overall, very pleased with our stay though!

Everything was great except the downstairs toilet didn’t work as many others have mentioned. I messaged 10 minutes after we arrived and they assured someone would come fix it. 2 days later and never heard a word from anyone. Not that it’s a huge deal but who wants to walk upstairs every time you need to use the bathroom? Other than that it was clean and nice.

Overall, our stay was great! There were plenty of places to eat, sleep, lounge about, and chill for the weekend. However, there were 9 of us getting ready for an event, and none of the toilets were ready for it. The half toilet downstairs had trouble flushing, like it wouldn't refill with water after the first flush. We closed off that toilet for the rest of the weekend. The full bath upstairs would try to fill up the tank but needed a little assistance to close the plug in order for the tank to fill. The full bath in the en suite functioned the best of the three, but the handle still needed to be held in order to flush properly. We called for a maintenance request, but through the course of the weekend, I kept missing the repairperson's calls/messages (and that's totally my fault). However, I hope they were able to come by after we checked out to fix all the toilets. Despite the toilet issues, we had a fun weekend in the mountains. I would still recommend this spot, especially if you're looking for something in town.

Perfect location and very nice floor plan for families. Kitchen was well stocked with silverware, dishes, and pans. We needed some basic cooking items but the market store was a quick walk away. My only suggestion is to communicate with the cleaning agency regarding the importance of clean bathrooms. I own a rental property and even outside of COVID, making sure toilets and showers are spotless is a must. Given that COVID levels were high in the Gov camp for the entire stay, I would suggest making sure that the cleaning staff is at the top of their game. It makes a difference to people who care about remaining safe and who have family members like myself who have medical conditions. I recognize that this is out of your control for the most part but maybe emphasize with the staff that the "typical" spot clean is not enough.

I love how this location is so close (walkable) to the heart of government camp. The garage is big enough for all your toys and to feel like your care is secure. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.
