This 2 bedroom/2 bath North view gulf front condo captures the beauty of the white sandy beach, blue waters, and world-renowned sunsets. The condo is fully-equipped for a comfortable stay with a KING BED in the master bedroom and a queen in the guest room. Each room offers flat screen television and ceiling fans.

Property is self-catering, we do provide starter soaps, toilet paper & paper towels. We are not a hotel so these items are not replaced during stays.

Just bring your swimsuit/beach towel, sunglasses and lotion and be prepared to relax and let your cares drift away. It is a spectacular place to spend time for the whole family. Two pools- one kiddy pool and jacuzzi area and a large family-friendly pool with a jacuzzi too! Lounge at the beach, search for shells and sanddollars or unwind at the Tiki Bar for a cold tropical beverage (with the umbrellas). Sunset Vistas has a quaint cafe for those slow relaxing mornings on the veranda with coffee and a muffin or rock in the hammock listening to the fountains in the lush tropical courtyard.

A short walk/drive to popular John's Pass Village boardwalk of shops, restaurants and water excursions-dolphin watch, putt-putt at Smugglers Cove, or visit Clearwater Marine Aquarium to visit Winter the dolphin from the movie Dolphin Tale.

In Treasure Island, you will have access to all types of fun water activities including: fishing, parasailing, boating, and waverunners. You will be just a short drive to malls, theaters, and downtown St. Petersburg for museums like Dali or Chihuly, visit the popular Beach Drive for walks among the huge banyan trees, and dine at many fine/casual indoor/outdoor restaurants.

For our Sisters vacation, this place was perfect. We each had our own bed and bathroom and the view overlooking the pool and beach was beautiful. Loved the extra ammenities (gym and pool and cafe). friends came to visit us and were impressed by the ammenities and additional parking next door was convenient. Stores and shops were close by. We gals like it quiet and this was perfect, even though near the pool. plenty of water pressue in the master shower, not in the handsink and the 2nd shower needed more hot water, my sister says. Loved it though :)

My children are now old enough to enjoy a true vacation. It was the first time at the beach for my children and it was really hard to keep them out of the amazing pools here! It was a beautiful, safe and peaceful vacation.

Easy beach access. Good location. Didn’t receive an email from the management company regarding check in but the owner responded immediately and we were able to access the unit. No other issues after that!

We were extremely pleased with our stay at Cinnamon beach! From the cleanliness of the whole complex to the spacious unit, beautiful sunset etc. it was a great vacation! The kids loved the pools, club house and air hockey also. We will be back!

My friends and I have stayed at this building several times and I believe even in this unit. We feel the pool size and set up is one of the best in the area and the room has a great gulf view over the pool. It has easy access to the beach and chairs and an umbrella and toys for kids. Comfortable and clean. We would look to stay here again without question.

My wife, two daughters, and I stayed in the condo for 4 nights. We had a great stay. We all loved the ease to get to the beautiful, clean beach. The kids really enjoyed the clean pool as well. We liked that there are a couple bins full of beach toys that could be borrowed/used. We all liked the condo. It was perfect for a family of four. A few easy fixes for the owner or management company to address are: the refrigerator handle was busted and hanging, some basic items would be nice like: salt and pepper, coffee filters, laundry detergent, soap dishes in the bathrooms, and a good dusting. The ceiling fans are coated in dust and dirt. Also, when you turn the TV on in the living room it also turns the TV on in the bedroom. The washing machine is loud so I recommend not using it at night. All in all we had a great time. We recommend Fort DeSoto Park which is a short 30-40 minutes drive south. $5 admission fee. My family and I would stay at this condo again. Thank you. We also had good communication with the property management company as well.

Condo was a great location! The condo floor had some dirty spots and counter needed to be wiped down. The bed was awful in the master bedroom and the pull coach needs a mattress pad and sheets! Loved the location and security was great! Pool staying open late was great too for my teen kids!

Great location. Very clean. Guest BR very small. Needs new mattress. Pull out sofa only good for very small kids. Bring a blow up mattress if you want to sleep 6 adults. Had to buy furnace filter because the one in unit was very dirty. Had to get property manager to bring mop and vacuum so we could clean the unit. Need a secure WiFi. Would definitely go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Vistas. We sure enjoyed the Tiki Bar and Cafe' on the property. Publix, Walgreen's, and John's Pass is very nearby, which was very convenient. The sunsets were spectacular, as was our time at the beach, which was just steps from our building. The pool and hot tub were so relaxing! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for making meals at home. Be sure to visit the Shake Shack next door for a yummy treat! So many things to do and see in the area. Will most definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having an on-site cafe and Tiki Bar. The cafe has Tide pods and other basic necessities available should you need them. The staff was quite friendly and made you feel at home. Although we had read parking was an issue, we had no problems whatsoever. The beach is just a few sandy steps away. We would definitely return.

BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY. LOVED THE CAFE FOR BREAKFAST EVERY MORNING. THE BAR NEEDED MORE HELP SO WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO STAND IN LINE SO LONG. MORE LOUNGE CHAIRS AT THE POOL SINCE RED TIDE WAS IN FULL FORCE AND WAS EXTREMELY BUSY. LIKED THAT WE WERE ABLE TO CHOOSE OUR ROOM/LOCATION, VERY CONVENIENT WITH GRANDCHILDREN. PARKING IN OUR SPACE WAS CHALLENGING SINCE "VISITOR PARKING WAS ALLOWED RIGHT BEHIND OUR VEHICLE. IF WE RENTED AN SUV, WE WOULD HAVE EXTREME DIFFICULTY GETTING IN AND OUT OF PARKING. WE PLAN TO RETURN.

Overall the property was great. Great view of the beach & the storms moving in. On the negative side, parking (as we were told beforehand) was a mess especially if you have a large vehicle or truck. Another negative, the grills were in a bad location but we made it work. All in all, a great vacation.

The condo was clean, with easy access to the pool and beach. We were happy it was easy to social distance and when indoors everyone wore masks! The only suggestion I would have is to bring your own cleaning wipes and hand soap. We were glad we did.

Great communication with the property manager. The unit was clean and fully equipped to live like you are at home for the week. Beach towels, toys, shovels, buckets, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas were in the closet. There is also an area by the beach with random beach items. The pool is one of the larger ones on the beach. John’s Pass is about 1/2 mile walk to tons of shops and restaurants. If you use Shipt, they deliver to your door. Super convenient to enjoy meals from your condo. We would definitely go back. One of the nicer properties on the beach for a family with kids. Thanks for letting us use your property.

We had a wonderful stay for our Thanksgiving Holiday. We stayed in 311-North, we had a great time, had beautiful weather, beach, food, cocktails and sunsets! There are a couple things that would have made it perfect. The parking was a problem, at least where our assigned space was. They allowed I guess visitors to park along the curb perpendicular to our spot. We have a rather large vehicle and getting in and out of our spot was a hassle every time we were coming or going. The second thing we would recommend for this particular unit is to invest in some new/better mattresses, they were horrible, extremely uncomfortable in both bedrooms. None of us slept well and our backs were hurting because of the beds. Other than those two issues, it is a great place, not our first time there and we will definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful time away with friends also staying in the property. The condo was well equipped with everything you would need. If I had to make a suggestion it would be to replace the pillows in the bedrooms. Especially the master suite. They have seen better days. This condo was so nice! I was worried about the veiw since we have always had an ocean front. The veiw was amazing! The room was also equipped with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. It had a closet stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, toys for kids and we added a nice pop up tent to the collection! We will definitely be staying at this condo again!

The condo was clean and had all the amenities listed online. The location is nice with a gulf view and close proximity to the beach. Parking is an issue as the assigned space is tight and hard to access with all the “visitor” parking on the curb adjacent to the space. Many of the vehicles parked at the curb are actually not visiting anyone at Sunset Vistas. They are there from other hotels nearby or even residents of the neighborhood who come to use the pool! For the entire week we were there we were unable to get a table at the pool. When we asked several people how long they were there for or where they were staying, they openly stated they were from the hotel next to the property or from across the street or that they lived nearby and came to use the pool. There is zero oversight of the pool by the on-site property management. A rather unfriendly security person comes around at 10 PM to lock the gate. That is the only presence by property management. The pool rules that are posted are not enforced by anyone.
