Saint Jeannet is a quiet village perched over the French Riviera, surrounded by the famous « Baous », the limestone hills, paradise of rock climbers, that offer you a unique view and a real Mediterranean and Provencal atmosphere. Here the mountains and the hills join the sea, for you to experience all what you could imagine. This is why our “Alpes” in this area are called “Maritimes”! Short walks or longer hikes in the surrounding hills, visit of typical and non touristy French villages, local markets, or visit of the most famous places on the Cote d’Azur. Only 16km from Nice airportNice, Cannes, Monaco or Antibes, everything is within 20 to 45mns driving distance, accessible with local transportation too…
Italy is an easy 1 hour drive. Without forgetting the unique wine sampling at the local vineyard of St Jeannet, run by the same family from the past 4 generations.

A 2 minute walk to the village to French bakeries, butcher, grocer, restaurants and bars. Enjoy wonderful coastal views, terraces dining, swim in the private pool. We have furnished our home with everything you have at home to make it a true home.

The villa itself is extremely well equipped with everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutley stunning and perfect if you want to be away from busy city areas and stay within a picturesque historical village.. The owner thierry is very helpful and accomodating. All in all it was an amazing stay.

The view from this location and the atmosphere in the house was absolutely delightful. The pool was fabulous to cool yourself in during both day and evenings. It is just as lovely as on the pictures and our host Thierry was just so helpful and welcoming. The town of St Jeannett is laid back and the view of the Baous is stunning. Er truly enjoyed our two weeks in this House

We had a lovely week staying at this property in the village of Saint Jeannet. All needs supplied by the village. Spacious and comfortable property. Magical views and fantastic swimming pool. Thierry was very responsive and helpful. It was very warm but fans were provided in all bedrooms. Insect repellent was provided and is advised in the evenings. Thank you for a most memorable stay!

Presently on our home we re missing the place already- a wonderful House swarming with both considerate and stylish touches - at one with idyllic and luscious nature. Everything you can wish for on a summer holiday- A must-go back definitely!

The house is beautiful, very clean, well equipped and the location is unbeatable. The grounds are very well kept and the views are stupendous. Fresh fruit growing in the garden. Five minute walk to the beautiful village of Saint Jeannet, including a bakery, butcher, small supermarket, hairdresser and a couple of excellent restaurants. Everyone was super friendly. Having stayed in similar properties in France and Italy, this is the overall winner. Thierry was a gracious host and made sure everything was perfect.

Splendid views. Very supportive landlord. Really well equipped kitchen. A village radiating some medieval charm with a restaurant where we had delightful experiences (La Table de Baous). When returning from the coastal hotspots it takes time to negotiate the way up to this somewhat remote place, an invigorating retreat in hot summer days.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Saint Jeannet sehr genossen. Das Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Charme, da sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch der Pool ist toll. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft: man hat einen tollen Blick auf die umliegende Landschaft und bis zur Bucht von Antibes. Direkt hinter dem Haus erhebt sich die Felswand des "Baou de St. Jeanet", sehr beindruckend (muss man unbedingt "erklimmen", am besten in den Morgenstunden bevor es zu heiß wird). Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, vielen Dank an Thierry!

A wonderful two weeks in Santa-Jeannet. The villa is magical, very well equipped and perfectly located for the lovely local villages and countryside. The local feel of the ancient village and warmth of the welcome from everyone we met will remain with us and make us smile. A beautiful stay in an amazing villa.

Our stay in Saint Jeannet at Thierry's villa was one of the highlights of a recent mini-european tour. The villa is the penultimate home at the top of the village, making it a very private space which is not over-looked at all. The villa itself is fabulous - very well set out with a beautiful veranda giving way to incredible views down to the Cap d'Antibes. The swimming pool is a good size (12.5m?). We stayed with our two kids (4 & 5) and there were no issues for them at all - other than dragging them out of the pool at the end of the day! The village of Saint Jeannet itself is very, very pretty - there seemed to be may tourists coming just to explore the village itself. It's a 5 minute walk down to a boulangerie and a deli (everything you might need food-wise, but a little on the expensive side). I would recommend the 'La Table des Baous' restaurant - a bit of a spoil, but really good food. For more simple fare, then head down to 'Le Vieux Four' for great pizza. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend both the villa, Thierry as a host and the beautiful village of Saint Jeannet.

A wonderful villa in a great location. Thierry, the owner met us upon arrival to hand over the keys and explain everything we needed to know. The villa was spotless with a few provisions provided by Thierry and his wife to make our first night more comfortable. The terrace and pool areas are magnificent and a great place to relax during the day and eat and drink in the evening. There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus an extra area suitable for kids in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an outside grill for bbq's in the evening. The village is very quaint with all essential shops. We would definitely recommend and will likely return to this great place.

We are a family of 5 adults and 2 children that were staying in this house in Saint Jeannet for one week in the end of June. We had a great time! The house is very beautiful, well-functioning and clean. There are good opportunities to cook and eat both inside (kitchen and dining room) and outside (3 different dining places and 2 grills), and a lot of space for activities (inside, outside under roof, on the lawn and by the pool). And all around the garden you have the most fantastic views! It is walking distance to the village (2-5 min), which is small and nice. A few restaurants and not too many tourists. The land lord was very welcoming, pleasant and professional, and took great care of us. We would very much recommend this Place!

We spent a wonderful week in this villa and I have no reservations in recommending it. We are a family of 4 and had lots of space, the villa is large. Probably the most memorable part of our holiday was spending whole evenings on the deck enjoying the spectacular view: from the mountains, through St Paul de Vence to 30 km of Cote d'Azur coastline, we spent whole evenings just enjoying the view! The pool is large and well maintained. The village of St Jeannet is lovely with the necessary baker, grocers and restaurants. The owners are a lovely couple and went to some effort to make sure we had a very enjoyable holiday.
