Leider zu kurz, (nur für die Nacht) darum kommen wir wieder!

Nice place, value the price

Cozy and clean place, I assumed there was specific teams cleaning the room before and after staying. There was a large balcony out of dining room. There was dish washer, fridge and tidy kitchen. The landlord prepared the transformers, it was quite nice! Good location in the city center.

I have to say that the pillow made my neck sore after sleeping. The plugs were a bit far away to beds and dining table, not a big problem. The lift was a bit out of control, once 5 people tried to squeeze in it.

Дуже зручні апартаменти в самому центрі Базеля. У квартирі було все необхідне для комфортного проживання. Поруч багато ресторанів та магазинів. Мої найкращі рекомендації!

Perfekte Lage, fußläufig zu allem, großzügiges Studio in renoviertem Altbau, schalldichte Fenster.

Lage hervorragend zum Marktplatz, zu allen Trämlis und zum Flanieren durch die Fußgängerzonen und netten kleinen Geschäften. Das Apartment-Studio ist großzügig, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet - obwohl ich immer eine ganz normale Filterkaffeemaschine vermisse, und es könnte das Lieblings-Apartment bei weiteren geplanten Baselbesuchen werden. Aber mal abwarten, was aus der für 2025 angekündigten Umgestaltung des Rümelinplatzes wird.

Das autonome Einchecken ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, vor allem für ältere Personen, die keine "digital natives" sind. Aber ein weiterer Gast, der die Prozedur schon hinter sich hatte, hat gerne geholfen.

The room is clean and the location is excellent

Poor check-in experience. Secondly, when I asked the staff whether I needed to check in or check out, they said no, and they didn't tell me how to use the key. It was the first time I checked into the apartment in Europe, but they didn't tell me what I should do after leaving. The notice in the hotel room said that I could leave the room at the right time. We just left the key in the room and didn't have to tell customer service, so we just left. On the way to tell us that we did not receive city tax, in my opinion we are passengers, do not know this rule, should tell us when we check in, rather than after we go directly ask us for money, of course I paid, but I think the overall stay experience is very poor!

Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig im Zentrum von Basel. Viele Restaurants and kleine Shops im Umkreis. Einfach zur Straßenbahn zu kommen. Bequeme Betten

Bellissimo

Posizione ottima, l'appartamento caldo, pulito e comodo, fornito di tutto. La cosa molto apprezzata - la disponibilità e risposta del gestore super veloce a qualsiasi ora.

L'unica pecca è che il letto era pronto per due persone soltanto e non era scontato dove trovare le lenzuona/ coperte per la terza persona (sotto il divano letto). Siamo arrivati la sera tardi dopo un lungo viaggio con bambino e avremmo apprezzato fosse già pronto. Forse il personale delle pulizie non era ben informato. Non saprei. Per il resto ci è piaciuto davvero tutto.

Geweldig appartement op een mooie locatie in het centrum.

Geweldige locatie, midden in het centrum. Mooi appartement, erg schoon vanaf de ingang. Drie balkons maakt de beleving van het appartement compleet, met een mooi uitzicht trouwens.

Geen opmerkingen, niets viel tegen.

Overall good, but a few niggles

Very well located and well kitted out. Cleanliness was good

Very noisy outside and the curtains aren't long enough to cut out the light completely. Also a bit of a cheeky ask that you have to do your own dishes and take out the trash or risk a fine!

Sehr Schönes Wochenende in einer schönen Unterkunft

Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Abwicklung - alles wunderbar. W-LAN hat gut funktioniert, Basel Card inklusive.

Die Lage ist großartig! Man ist mitten im Leben. In dem Zimmer wäre ich sehr gerne länger geblieben. Bei der Nespressomaschine gab es sogar 3 Kapseln, so dass ich Kaffee genießen konnte. Dankeschön!

Mir hat eine Leselampe gefehlt, ich lese ungerne im Bett. Aber das ist nun wirklich ein Luxusproblem, dass ich gerne das Sofa als Leseort genutzt hätte

Bâle est une jolie petite ville agréable à visiter où tout se fait à pied ou tram.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville. Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Réservation et système de récupération des clés simples.

Les clés n’étaient pas disponibles à l’heure prévue. Le canapé lit grinçait.

Wir haben bereits 1 x dort übernachtet, das HITRental am Rümelinsplatz ist sicher eine gute Wahl.

Die Lage ist super, direkt im Zentrum. Was wir auch sehr geschätzt haben, ist die Basel-Card für freie Fahrt mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr, und 50% Ermässigung in vielen Museen.

Die Heizung (Thermostat) im Bad hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Auch kann der Abfall nicht getrennt werden (PET, Glas, Papier). Im Bad hat es zu wenig Ablagefläche, und das Zahnglas fehlt.

Great place, nice location, if you are cool with harder than hotel beds.

Awesome location. 4 mins walk from parking place (paid parking, of course). 3 mins walk from tram station. Ease of access, everything you need to enter is sent in clear instructions. There is a dedicated lift for the guests. Room is clean, large enough. The kitchen and kitchenette are also good. Dishwasher is very useful to us.

The bed was a bit on the hard end for us. I actually slept better on the sofabed. But that may be just our observation. The kitchen exhaust didnt like to run on full strength and dropped a vent on us. May be no one used it on high setting till us.

Perfect location self contained apartment

Perfect location secure apartment within walking distance from tram stops at Marketplatz and Barfusserplatz for Christmas Markets. Self contained studio apartment with full kitchen and lovely bathroom!

No complaints everything was great!

Very good location for Basel old town

Location is very good. 5 minutes walk from Barfurserplatz cablecar station. Old city is walking distance. There are restaurants around. Room is clean. We didn't prefer to use but kitchen is very cool for long term stays.

I didn't like the installation of TV and the wardrobe. Both are unsafe. You have to walk from/to bath and kitchen carefully for not to hit your head to TV. In addition, wardrobe is not fixed to wall. So, it's unsafe when you open the door.

Un appartamento nuovo ben curato e con uno splendido terrazzino. Il letto matrimoniale molto comodo, i divani letto un pò rigidi ma spaziosi. Una vetrata bellissima ed una vista meravigliosa. Posto ideale per visitare la città ed i mercatini di natale con la famiglia anche con bimbi piccoli.

Komplikationsloses Einchecken über e-mail. Schlüssel vor Ort über Code im Schließfach. Wunderschönes im 5. Stock gelegenes Apartment! Grosse Fensterfront mit Blick über Dächer von Basel. Schöner Balkon. Zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sehr sauber!! Vielen Dank an alle Beteiligten, die uns so einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ermöglicht haben!

Perfect location. Clean and safe. Not noisy. Comfortable stay.

The apartment has large space and is clean. It was really comfortable. The location is great. Walk distance to center area. We really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen equipment is sufficienct enough for a short stay. Thank you.

Great location, clean and tidy I would stay again.

I didn't have breakfast. The location was fantastic so close to everything including the trams, markets and the old part of Basel. Having access to washing machines and driers was great, these were free. Apply plates and cooking equipment.

I did find the bed was very hard for me. Yes some noise from outside but you do need to expect this in an inner city location. This noise didn't keep me awake so it was OK.
