I had an unpleasant stay

The place is close to the mall.

The house did not match the pictures on booking.com There were cockroaches roaming the whole place kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, literally the entire apartment The apartment had an odd smell The furniture is very old and not so tidy The host was rude There were no instructions whatsoever. I had to call to ask for the address, waited, then made a follow up call. The security made me call again when I reached the apartment. I struggled to connect the wifi, called the host to no avail.

Poor

The beds were comfortable, the place was clean and fully equipped with everything. The apartment is very big.

The location was not clear at all we almost got robbed on our way walking towards the location because I was on the phone talking to customer services trying to figure out where to go. Customer services was not clear or pleasant to deal with. The WIFi was not working and the fridge. We reported the WiFi problem and they said they would come check it out and never did. There were cockroaches in the place. It was cold only tiles no carpet or heater and one roll of toilet paper.

Got an allergic reaction from sitting on the couch!

The place was very nice to stay for the night

I think the couch might have mites because after sitting on it for a while I started itching and ended up getting an allergic reaction from my neck all the way to my feet and the bed in the upstairs bedroom was broken.

Horrible

The host didn't offer breakfast despite it showing here

The host was rude. The room was dirty, we waited for it to be cleaned but no one came The location to the place was only sent very late. Imagine how frustrating it is to move up and down not finding the place. The name :cosmopolitan accomodation group " is not the one used at the location even. What a bad experience

My stay was not pleasant as the place had poor hygiene.

The location was great

There were roaches in the building, the bed didn't have one of its legs so it was uncomfortable to sleep in, the drawer was broken, the place did not seem clean there was a weird smell in the building and the rooms were very cold.

Very Very disappointed 😞 lies lies lies

The place is Dirty, it has allot cockroachs even in the bedding, we booked for cosmopolitan accommodation, they took us to Bolton, the booking said it includes Breakfast, they said they don't give Breakfast, they lied on booking.com. I don't advance anyone to sleep there. Cockroaches are even inside the blankets!!!

The pictures on the Booking.com website are misleading. The place is disgustingly filthy. There’s an unpleasant odour as you step into the apartment. The price advertised is also misleading, as I was charged an additional R400 for cleaning service. Now, why would the host who charge such an exorbitant amount when her place is filthy. The mattress is worn out and there are tiny insects on the sheets. The bathroom is revolting, the shower has filth all around the floor, the glass shower door is placed against another wall and not in the shower, the shower ceiling has holes and it’s peeling off, the wooden toilet seat is wet and paint is chipping off and there’s water on the floor from the leaking toilet. I only got there late at night and I simply couldn’t sleep from the discomfort and the unhygienic state of the place.

Avoid at all costs.

Host did not give address to the property, the address given online is incorrect for "safety reasons". The host then shouted at me over the phone when I called to ask for directions. I had to call a few times, being shouted at each time, before the address was given. I waited outside the gate for 20 minutes before being let inside. I then was shouted at again for asking where to park. I arrived at my room to dust and filth even though there's an additional R300 for cleaning fees. There was no water and according to the receptionist this had been for a few days. The host then proceeded to talk to me rudely when I asked if I would be given water. The worst service I have ever received, I would not recommend this place.

I was disappointed

Location

The furniture is old and I was scared I would fall sitting on them, the bed is uncomfortable, the room had a weird smell and the towels are old and no longer white. Not satisfied at all.

Nothing at all, starting from the admin, and also the place it's self

1st of all, you displaying unexisting name, I looked around and couldn't find anything up untill I called the number which was on the app, to my surprise I was directed to "the bolton". The room I was given was horrible and the stuff was so arrogant, they didn't even give me the access card, I had to ask them to open for me everytime I was coming amd going out🚮.

I liked the way the security was, I felt so comfortable there's cameras everywhere, and you need security to enter in any facility, it's very safe that place

They didn't give us the access card, we needed to ask for the security to open us where there is a need of access card and most of their facilities uses cards or fingerprints, but all the people on the apartment had their cards and some they used fingerprints.
