Angenehmer Aufenthalt und sobald alles fertig ist, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Nähe zur Altstadt und die außergewöhnliche Wohnungseinrichtung sowie der Balkon, der von uns aufgrund des schlechten Wetters leider nicht genutzt werden konnte.

Fehlender Hinweis darauf, dass das Haus und das Umfeld noch im Umbau befindlich sind.

Beautifully appointed apartment in a quiet residential area along the Rhine with access to public transport at your door

Easy check in, key left at apartment. Beautiful and spacious renovated, thoughtfully refurbished and well appointed apartment with well equipped kitchen. Immaculately clean. Bus stop with bus into Koblenz almost out the front door. Parking on property

No information about local restaurants, supermarkets, local transport services. No information about how to use appliances, heating/cooling. Air conditioning not working No information on how to use or change TV to English subtitles. No access to streaming services or English TV channels. Supermarket 20 minute walk away Only one restaurant (Italian) nearby Had to ask about Bin and recycling system. No iron and ironing board

We liked it there, maybe we will come back.

beautifully renovated. It had everything we needed except for the air conditioning, that happened to be out of order. Good mattresses. Big windows that we could open.

The not working air conditioning but that‘s what happens sometimes and it was not the owners fault.

Just perfect to use as a base for the Rhine en Flamen festival

Fantastic, quirky location with excellent host

Excellent information from owner and house keeper. Clear communication about our arrival. Excellent facilities and well fitted out appartment

The location was further from the centre than I anticipated but public transport into the centre was excellent

Natalie the host was EXCEPTIONAL. Arranging additional extras at little notice including MTB rental.

A little bit of a hike, 25 minute from station with packs on a hot day. But once there, the accomodation was GREAT.

A hidden gem

The in unit washer was amazing for a couple bike tourers. The bed was comfy, and the apartment was beautiful. The host was super helpful, spoke excellent English, and let us know about all the amenities. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Loft Staycation

Host was very responsive. The loft was unique. Location is great, a perfect getaway area with reasonable access to restaurants and shopping too.

Home away from home!

We were completely impressed with how comfortable, well furnished, and the thoughtful touches of this apartment. We could have stayed another week just to have enough time to appreciate the large common room. Though it required street parking, our host met us at the property and ensured that we had parking adjacent to the building. She was wonderful for providing familiarization with the property, area, and provide recommendations for our stay. The location is walk-able to downtown given sufficient time and has a nearby bus stop for those who choose to ride public transportation. We will look to stay at this apartment the next time we visit the area.

No dedicated parking, however the property host made up for this very easily and ensured that we had a place to park our vehicle.

Superb

The host was very helpful and friendly. It was easy to move along the riverbank to the central. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked simple meals.

Needs to be a little careful to go up to sleep in the attic.

Her home is just as warm and welcoming as she is.

Beautifully designed apartment with everything you could need and a really awesome vibe. The bath was beautiful and the host is such a friendly and welcoming person. She accommodated with parking even through we were driving a massive 9 seater van.

While it’s an absolutely beautiful walk, the old town is a good 30 minutes away - only an issue if you’re exhausted. It really is a beautiful view the whole way. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful accommodation in a lovely location not far from the banks of the River Rhine. Very well equipped, and the host is very responsive.

No immediate parking, but able to park on roadside nearby.

Wonderful renovated apartment as a perfect basis to explore Koblenz

Everything was perfect in the apartment with a special mention of the bathroom and the kitchen: simply amazing. There is a closed shelter for bicycles, the Rhein promenade is practically in front of the apartment, so that it’s a pleasant walk to the bridge. There’s also a bus stop in front of the building: the bus runs also in the evening and it’s just a 10’ ride to the center.

clean, super comfortable, and newly renovated apartment

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has AC to cool down the heat of the summer. Check in and check out process is easy. The owner provides many tips for traveling around the town and finding tasty restaurants.

Perfect stay in Koblenz

We were cycling along the Rhine and decided to stay on the quieter side of the river. And we're we glad we did. The accommodation was beyond what we expected. Everything was immaculate. We had wanted to explore Koblenz but once we arrived, it was so difficult to leave! Our host was very friendly and even offered us private bike storage off the streets.

The staircase was rather narrow
