Sehr gutes Frühstück.
Für Radreisende ist die Anreise auf den sehr steilen Berg mühsam.

Vermieter sollte dringend in neue Handtücher investieren.

Booked for two night but was asked to leave
Because my brothers friend had an odor.
Treated very rudely, not kindly.
Also we’re charged fir two night and only got to stay one night.

nothing
it wasn’t an hotel it was just a couple of bedrooms out of a house. no front desk nor hotel appearance. The owner had issues with his POS machine - poor signal - and started screaming and requesting another credit card.

It was very clean and breakfast was good but that is about all!
Upon arrival hotel looks run down, there is no reception and no warm welcome, I had to call a number and the keys were in a safe. It's not a hotel, it's all sort of studios. There was no bar, luckily there was a bottle of water. If you are just looking for a good night sleep then this is good, of you are looking for a cosy hotel, then don't go here. Too expensive for what it was !

Great room very clean good location for our needs.

Breakfast was fine, the room would have been perfect less for the noise outside the door,
Hotel stated food and also a bar, there was nothing, so people sat outside in the car park, making as much noise as possible, the location would have been ok, but there was nothing to eat and drink near at hand,

Breakfast was excellent, parking for free.
Outside of city center. Windows and entrance door would need to change.

Breakfast buffet was good, a little bit more fruits would have been the finishing touch.
Bikes can be locked overnight in a former bowling hall.
As the name of the hotel suggests, it is located on a hill of Koblenz, so for visiting the city the options are limited: regular bikes (without engine): forget it, by foot it is about 35 minutes to the Altstadt (historic center). We have not tried public transport from the hotel, but it is most likely very limited. One day we walked down and up later on, another day we parked our car at ~ 5 km's from downtown and biked into town (which was quite pleasant). If you have an electrical bike, the location is likely ok.
Upon arrival on a Friday afternoon (around 17h00) there was no-one around, so we had to call the owner/custodian (the number was clearly indicated on the front door) who had to guide us through a procedure to take a key from a safe next to the front door. Based on our replies about our bikes, he first gave us a room which he then changed to another room. Not really a transparent process, and quite cumbersome for a customer on telephone roaming.

We needed a room for one night as a stopover. Small room with three comfortable beds, good shower and proper breakfast. Good bed, good shower and good breakfast is all I need. Room very basic, small but ok for one night.
On arrival at 19:00 the reception was closed so I needed to call to receive the room key.

Breakfast was pretty good.
Water pressure was very good.
Pictures on Booking don't give a truthful image (> Google Images)
Lots of dust and even trash under the beds.
Rooms have a funky smell, probably pipes.
No information about restaurant being closed, which was highly advertised as part of the hotel.

nothing I will never come back
the entrance, reception and the rooms stink! The room we got was in a kind of underground level: humid and very bad smelling (toiled most of all). Breakfast very poor, furnishing very poor too. The atmosphere unpleasant: how can this place got such a high rate on booking? I am really wandering. For this reason I give a one, it has to go down otherwise the lookup filters will be messed up. The rate of this place should be 6, not more!

I was extremely satisfied with the staff members, they helped me a lot to work, the offered me free Coca Cola/ Water, asked if they could help get to the train station, amazing customer service, I will be glad to be back there, extremely great emotions !!!! 😉
