With easy access to everything The Cape has to offer and ample room for 12, including large sleeping and dining areas,, this home will provide everything you need to enjoy a fun, relaxing vacation for everyone in the family. Located on the corner of two cul-de-sac streets, this quiet neighborhood provides all the relaxation you will need, whether its lounging in the sun-filled family room streaming your favorite shows over Wi-Fi with high-speed internet access, or sitting on the large deck with a cold drink waiting for the burgers to cook. With ocean breezes filling the house, a tree filled yard and large outdoor deck, everyone will find a place to relax.

This house was great for a family with all ages. The young parents and their 2 children were able to be upstairs. Old folks on the first floor and two 30 something with their own rooms in the basement. Everyone was able to spread out. Great TV room and large deck!

This was a perfect stay for our extended family looking to enjoy summer on cape cod. The three living spaces made it easy for everyone to relax and spread out, and the large dining table was ideal for us to have dinner all together at night. This is an ideal location for visiting Chatham, the beautiful beaches of Orleans, and exploring other parts of the Cape. The only minor complaints relate to excessive spiders and dust, especially in the basement. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

We had a great week because of the people we were with. The location of this house is convenient because Chatham and Brewster are both within a 10 minute drive. However, the listing photos on this house are inaccurate and outdated. The owner should update the home with new beds, carpet and pillows. It needs a deep cleaning in order to continue charging the price they are charging for one week. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere, we killed multiple deady long legs spiders daily. There were flys inside all the time. The upstairs and basement smelled so strongly of must. The basement bedrooms and bathrooms were unusable because of the must smell. The beds, pillows and carpet upstairs are in need of replacing. The king upstairs is not actually a king, it is two twins pushed together, which is not what you expect when it states it is a king. The outside landscaping is a complete mess and overgrown with weeds everywhere. There is a hazardous spiral staircase in the family room, which leads to the pool room. Small children could fall through, this was not in any of the photos. The owner did put a small fence around the staircase, but it is not attached to anything and anyone with small children knows this would not keep them safe. The rental also does not come with towels or sheets, which is inconvenient for people traveling or makes you wonder if they wash the comforters or mattress pads in between guests. We were a bit disappointed in the cleanliness for what we paid.

The house was excellent. The a/c was well up to the task during the hot, humid week. Didn't lack for anything in the house. The rooms and layout are spacious and attractive. One small recommendation: put an A/C unit in the 2nd floor room that has the pool table. Overall, everyone was very pleased with the house and its amenities.

We loved everything about this property! The large family room and rec room above the garage are huge. Our entire family spent a lot of quality time together there. Then we all had our own spaces when we needed some quiet. The elevated deck and back yard are beautiful. It’s also very close to everything we wanted to do on the cape. I needed to ask a few questions of the manager and he was very responsive. We very highly recommend this property.

We needed a home that had enough bedrooms for multiple adults gathering after a family wedding. We also needed a first floor bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower for our 86 year old father. We also wanted a large deck with a grill and large tables to enjoy dinner together. This house met our criteria. The house had plenty of space and kitchen had most items we needed. We did feel that the deck and deck furniture was very weathered and not very comfortable - it could have used some updating or at least cushions. Most of the beach chairs available were sized for children, there were no outdoor lights working on the deck near the grill, a few lightbulbs were out in indoor lamps, and the kitchen could have been a little cleaner when we arrived (there were lots of crumbs around the toaster) so we questionned how well it had been cleaned. One of the burners on the stove also did not work. I think there could have been a few more instructions provided and notes on anything not working to save the trouble of trying to figure things out. Overall, we had a good week and the house worked out well for us. Just wanted to provide feedback on things that could be improved.

We spent a week in Orleans and this house was wonderful! It accommodated extended family perfectly. My son is 18 months and he had a blast playing on the porch and in the outdoor shower. The property is beautiful decorated and well equipped. We spend a lot of time in Dennis, so the location is a bit further than our usual spot but worked out fine. We will definitely stay again!

This place was very spacious for our party of 11. We enjoyed the various living spaces and the wonderfully stocked kitchen. We loved having the deck to sit out on at night and in the morning for to sip our coffee. Having 3 bathrooms is a bonus. You never had to wait for a shower or for someone to get out. The bedrooms were spacious. We do wish some of the beds were more comfortable but it did not ruin our stay! We also wished there were sheets and towels included as well. But again it was not a big deal as there was a washer and dryer. We had a great time here and it was a very quiet neighborhood!

This was our first stay at this house and we loved it! The house was big and spacious. We mostly went to Orleans beaches but enjoyed a few visits to attractions in Chatham. Great location and we will come back again!

This property was so lovely. Clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished and with so many amenities. The outdoor shower is amazing. The location was perfect for us. Nauset Beach, Skaket Beach, and Crystal Lake were an easy drive. So nice to have so many options for outdoor fun. We enjoyed grilling and eating outdoors on the large deck, from which we also could watch our kids play while we had a nice cold drink. :) My personal favorite spot was the hammock, where I escaped many times to read my book under the shady trees. Beds were comfy, kitchen was very well stocked, and there was more than plenty of space for everyone. We hope to return for a longer stay in the future!

The location of this home is pretty perfect, being situated between Orleans and Chatham. Communication with the property manager went very well. That said, I can’t give this property anything more than three stars. The home was old, and smelled musty like grandmas. The amount of spiders we had to kill on a daily basis in the home was absurd…to the tune of roughly 10 per day..on the walls, the floors, the beds, the sinks, everywhere. It badly needs regular extermination. There were also large cobwebs on the ceilings… which made us wonder who the heck was cleaning the place. We paid too much to have to deal with it all week.
Other than the musty smell and the critters, we did have a great week in the home. As I mentioned, the location is absolutely perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. The home also had all of the amenities we needed.

This is a great house and was a great size for our family. The location was close to lot of things and beaches. The only critique I have is that the property was not as clean as I would have liked. The baseboards were covered in dust. There was crumbs in the kitchen on the floor and the mattress pads on some of the beds had stains.

This house is in a great location. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. Awesome outdoor shower. We enjoyed the time just at the house, spent time on the big deck grilling dinners, we enjoyed laying in the hammick. The house had everything we needed. Made for the best family vacation!

Comfortable and Treasure filled home away from home
This home was spacious with a big deck /grill, living spaces and back yard. Filled with artistic touches and artifacts which we totally enjoyed. Very clean, great outdoor shower. Nearby Pleasant Bay. Our family has been vacationing on Cape Cod for over 30 years, and this year expanded to include two new babies. This home had perfect space for all - young family with babies, millennial cyclist, boomer kyacker - and diversity of reading nooks for each and every reader!

Family vacation
This was our long awaited getaway with our adult children and two beautiful grandchildren. Home is layed out perfectly for our larger group. Close proximity to both bay and ocean beaches as well as shopping and restaurants. Yard is perfect for bocci and corn hole. We can’t wait to return 😊

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood
We had a lovely stay at this property. The large table on the deck was perfect for eating outdoors. The furniture inside the home was comfortable and inviting. I loved the artwork displayed on the walls. The house was clean and had all of the amenities you would need while on vacation. The grocery store was only 10 minutes away by car and the beaches within 15 minutes. The yard was perfect for outdoor games. We had a very relaxing vacation and would definitely rent this home again.

Beautiful Cape Week
We rented this lovely home for our large family, 7 adults and 3 children 5 and under.There was so much room for all of us. All the bedrooms were wonderfully appointed and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone loved the new outside shower and we enjoyed the large deck for after beach drinks and conversation. The large yard was absolutely perfect for the kids to burn off their energy. We were able to have a lobster feed to celebrate our dad’s 92 nd birthday. The dining room table was large and able to accommodate all the delicious seafood. The house is close to many fabulous beaches. We went to Skacket and First Encounter which are bay beaches and we also enjoyed the excitement of Nauset Beach in Orleans and Coast Guard beach in Eastham. We were blessed with great weather and would definitely rent this lovely Cape home again!

Wonderful Stay for Big Family!
We had a fantastic week staying at this beautiful house. It suits the needs of a multi generational family perfectly. One family stayed in the basement bedrooms, one family stayed upstairs and grandma stayed on the main level! The big deck was great for dinners outside and yard was wonderful for the kids to play. The outdoor shower is heavenly and the family room is super cozy and big enough for all. Since we flew to the Cape, we were thankful for the beach chairs that were provided by the owners. We lost power while we were there due to a big storm, but the owner reached out to us quickly to check in and inform us about candles/flashlights, etc. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spacious home
The house is great for a family or large group. Very large family room. We’ll equipped r kitchen. Very large deck which can be secured for young children. Beach equipment provided. Close to beaches, stores and restaurants.
The only reason we didn’t give 5 stars is because the dining area and kitchen as well as basement bedrooms are not air conditioned. This is probably not a problem most weeks but we had a week of very hot and humid weather.
Overall a really great spot, we had a wonderful family gathering and would definitely recommend this house.

Excellent Cape Location
Our extended family found this location to be the perfect spot for a week together. The kitchen was especially well-equipped to prepare the family meals we enjoyed, even including colorful dinnerware for the grandchildren. The home is spacious with plenty of room for play and quiet time, as well as a large deck to enjoy. The location provides easy access to both bay and ocean beaches.

Our family enjoyed a great vacation in this large, beautiful home located in a lovely quiet setting. The home is immaculate and tastefully decorated. If you love to cook you will find everything you need, including high-end appliances, to prepare any meal. If you prefer to barbeque a Weber grill is available on the large deck. We enjoyed every meal on the private deck; it is a beautiful setting. The house has a great room where the whole family can enjoy time together. However, if you want some privacy, there is a living room and a lovely room in the completely renovated basement. The house is located about 10 minutes from two great beaches. All the beach chairs and umbrellas you will need are furnished. The home is also a short drive to shops, restaurants and a supermarket. If you have a question, Peter will respond quickly. This home was absolutely great. You will not be disappointed if you choose this one!!!

This home is spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable vacation. Within close proximity to great beaches, both Chatham and Orleans restaurants and shops, we were very pleased with this quiet location. Not to mention the beautiful yard and gardens. We had a wonderful time in Orleans and highly recommend this home, especially if you are a larger group with children. Peter is clearly very attentive to detail. First off, the house is beautiful and immaculate. It is also extremely well equipped. The kids were pleased to discover a large bin of lego, puzzles and plenty of books. Should we return to this area with a large group, we will definitely rent this home again!

We arrived to a beautiful and spotless home. The size and layout was perfect for our size family. The great room was such a plus especially in the early morning hours before the beach for our little ones and perfect in the later evening for all the adults. The deck was large. The yard was great for frisbee and for the kids to play and run around. The location was also a real plus. Beaches close by. Skaket was our favorite! See you next year👍

Wonderful home for extended family
Great home! Especially for extended family. Played in the huge yard, enjoyed the deck, had more than enough plates and cookware, kids had toys inside and at the beach, and grandparents could stay downstairs and on the main floor. Hope to return someday! Wonderful and comfortable home!
