About this house rental
Tastefully redone Cape style home in a lovely residential neighborhood. Property includes four bedrooms and three full baths. The lower level boasts a large open kitchen with eat-in area and breakfast bar. There is also an adjacent dining room and living room with double sliders to private backyard and deck with hot tub. The first floor also has a very large family room with smart TV, large bedroom with king and full bed, full bath, and laundry room. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms and two full baths, one of which is the master suite that has queen bed and with Juliet deck overlooking the backyard. Bedroom #2 on second floor has four single beds and bedroom #3 has a queen bed and a pull-out single. Other features include parking, garage for storing bikes and kayaks, outdoor shower, and central A/C. FREE Wifi/Internet.

Great property for family vacation. Lots of areas to gather together in this home or outside. Also enough space to relax alone , if necessary. Location was convenient to supermarkets, beaches , restaurants, Nickerson State Park, CCRT, and many other beautiful scenic areas. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property, and hope to return again in the future.

This was a great house for my family over a long fall weekend on Cape Cod. Lots of spaces inside the house for guests. Great kitchen and dining space for the whole family and two living rooms meant that we could spend time together without feeling crowded. Paul was great to work with too. I appreciated that he called prior to our stay to connect in person. The house is also very close to the bike trail and beaches. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were a group of 6 adults, 5 kids & 1 pup! Paul’s house is so spacious that we didn’t feel like we were overcrowding each other at all! We had breakfast & dinners at the house while we spent our afternoons out & about exploring all that we love about the Cape! This was the second time our group stayed at Paul’s. The location is perfect & we can’t wait to come back!!

This is our second time staying at Paul’s vacation home. There is plenty of space for two families and the location is close to the rail trail, beaches, and restaurants. Paul is a great host and the check in/check out process is simple. We definitely plan to come back next year!

This house was a good fit for some of the family members that gathered here for our granddaughter’s wedding. Paul was always available either by phone or text. The house was well equipped with everything we may have needed. The only negative thing I can say was we had to bring our own linens for the beds and also towels. For a group of 12 that was a lot.

We had a blast! The place was so big and near by everything. Plenty of room for everyone and everything. 3 full bathrooms. Do not forget to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay. The place was very spacious and super clean. Multiple rooms large enough for us to hang out and mingle. Beaches are very close, it was a perfect place for a friends or family trip.

We enjoyed our stay! The rooms were inviting and nicely decorated. The location perfect. The wild turkeys around the neighborhood were a fun addition! The lack of bed linens and towels were the only unexpected surprise notified before our arrivals. I may have missed this on the information page. Our family nearby was able to accommodate us, thankfully!

Great Location, spacious home made for a perfect family getaway
Paul’s home is perfectly located on the cape, just a few minutes to downtown Orleans for restaurants, close to the bike path, and close to many beaches. The home is very clean and spacious, perfect for two young families with kids and toddlers. The bedrooms are spread out through the house so no one disturbs each other. Paul was communicative and available via text, the check in process was simple. This was a great trip, we would definitely stay again!

Comfortable and spacious
Everything was perfect with our stay. Owner was very helpful with any questions I had and responded immediately. Check in was simple and communicated perfectly. This place has plenty of room to move about and a great deck area. This was a five day golf trip with 12 guys and nobody was disappointed with any of the 5 courses we played. All were within 30 minutes from this location. Would highly recommend this house to anyone.

2021 Cape Golf Trip
The house was a perfect fit for our group of 12 golfers. There was plenty of room for all of us to have a place to sleep. The back deck was perfect for hanging and the hot tub was definitely a plus after each day of 36 holes of golf!

Great Access to Brewster and Orleans Attractions
A lovely house with pretty and comfortable coastal decor in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from our favorite Orleans beaches and Brewster ponds/Nickerson State Park. Plenty of space for a large family or two to spread out, with a big back deck. Well-appointed kitchen. Only complaint was that mattresses are very firm.

Great week on the Cape
We stayed at Paul’s wonderful home for a week this august. As others have noted in their reviews the house is actually quite larger than you would guess from the pictures. Plenty of space for our group of 10 to spread out and relax. The house is well equipped and has everything you’d need for a great vacation on the cape. And the location in Brewster is fantastic for hitting the beaches, exploring Nickerson State Park or shopping in Chatham. We loved our stay and would recommend this rental home to anyone. We loved our stay at this home! It was so spacious, close to the beaches, great restaurants (must get Brewster buns from Eat Cake 4 Breakfast bakery and dinner/drinks on the lawn of Ocean’s Edge Resort). We loved having such a beautiful and comfortable home to return to after a busy day of fun!

Amazing Cape Cod Rental
We are so grateful for the experience we had renting this beautiful house! The house is tucked away in a wonderful quiet neighborhood but close to main roads to make traveling anywhere a breeze. It is equipped with anything you could possibly need from kitchen equipment to baby gates and spare blankets, both living rooms are comfortable and seat many people. We loved having a deck off the master as well as plenty of outdoor seating off the dining room. The yard was perfect for the kids to run around and adults to enjoy kan jam (which we found in the garage). Double driveways allowed easy parking access for multiple families. And the owner couldn't have been kinder in our correspondences. We loved our stay and are hoping to rent here again in the future!

Perfect for large families!
This large home located in a quiet neighborhood was a perfect fit for our two large families (all adult kids and significant others)! The listing represents all it has to offer very well. Many in our group really appreciated the outdoor shower and use of the hot tub during our stay, as well as the well stocked kitchen, the dining table large enough to fit all of us at meals and for game time. The living space allowed us to congregate in different areas, allowing for different activities and conversations to occur. The location of the home makes for extremely easy access to Hwy. 6, many great restaurants, beaches...pretty much anything one might be looking for. Paul was very welcoming and set us up with the information we needed for our stay. We had NO issues while there so there was no need for his further intervention -- perfect, perfect, perfect! From our perspective, this is the home we'd like to rebook if he'll have us!

Spent a weekend at Paul's to relax and catch up. The house was perfect for the 7 of us! It had everything we needed. The yard, deck and hot tub were very nice. Neighborhood is beautiful and very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

First Time to Cape Cod
We absolutely loved the house! We took our adult children to Cape Cod for a family vacation. It was perfect for all of us! It was so clean and inviting. Three bathrooms gave us all privacy! We loved the big dining room table to play games at night and the deck was awesome for eating outside or getting in the hot tub! The location was also important to us as we liked the ease of getting to the nearby towns to shop or go to the beach. We would definitely go back to stay at this location! Paul was so easy to work with and answered all our questions before we got there! Thank you, Paul for everything!

A Family Reunion
Paul's home in Brewster was perfect for our family weekend. It was clean, uncluttered, and spacious. There was room for people
to be alone, in small groups or all together. Our 9 & 10 year old granddaughters enjoyed having "secret" places to talk and play. Our 6 yr granddaughter wanted to visit the Cape again, but had to stay at that same house and the 3 yr old thought Paul's house was Cape Cod!
Definitely would recommend Paul's home to other large families.
