A home in a very nice residential community. A visit to this home will make a repeat visit a must. This cozy home is quaint and inviting. The entrance brings you to a warm and welcoming living room with a comfortable sofa, chairs and TV which is great for family and friends to gather. The living room leads to a kitchen well equipped with all the amenities you will need for preparing meals if or when desired. It includes a breakfast bar and a full dining room. A patio door leads to a relaxing deck with outdoor tables and chairs. Enjoy breakfast or an evening dinner on the open deck. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bed room has a day bed which may become a queen size bed or two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own personal charm and character. This was a great place to stay for the Ocean City USSSA Nationals softball tournament. As a U16 team, we played on fields that were 5-25 minutes away. The neighbor was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The place had everything we needed for a great week.

This house was perfect for our family. With its close proximity to the softball fields we were able to quickly get to the fields. The host were quick to respond and willing to help out as needed.

This was a great house to stay in for our family vacation! We went to Maryland to visit family and this was very close to not only our family but also to places to eat. It was also not far from both Ocean City and Rehoboth beach so we were able to easily go to a beach one of the days we stayed there. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet as well. There was wood provided in the fire pit outside we just didn't have the time to go out and use it this stay. The only thing about the online listing was the quick description of the bedrooms showed two of the rooms having queen beds and the written description said full beds and they were definitely full beds not queen. I would adjust the descriptions to match if possible. But other than that we were extremely happy with our stay and would consider staying here again if we take another trip down next year.

Home was well furnished and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes , utensils and glasses. Very cozy home . Highly recommend.

Very clean; some things could be fixed…front storm door doesn’t latch; master bath sink didn’t drain. Beautiful new Keurig machine in kitchen not mentioned in VRBO details so we didn’t bring supplies (pods) from home. Otherwise all great

This comfortable home looks even better than in the pictures (and has 4 flat screen TVs). It was only 7 min from 90% of our daughter’s USSSA Fast Pitch Softball National Games in Salisbury Maryland (and it was only 13 min from the others). We could go back and forth to the house between games if we wanted. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with a large back yard. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great week long stay while in town for a dance competition. Short drive to the ocean on our day off and minutes from the convention center made managing schedules for 3 kids a breeze. House is clean and spacious. House is more updated than pictures do justice. Would stay again.

We were in Saulsberry for a family wedding. I rented this home for my daughter and her family. It was great. Plenty of room to spread out. Very clean. There was nothing we needed in the kitchen that was it provided. Hopefully will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. The home was located in a safe property and even though we did not get there until late the evening of check in, the front entry light was left on for us which we appreciated. Home was spacious and clean and perfect for our weekend trip to the area. The only reason we gave 4 stars for the overall rating is that the locking mechanism on the front door wasn't working properly and we did not like the fact that the door did not lock when we left for the day.

First time using Vrbo so we weren't sure what to expect. We were very much satisfied with the whole process and the home was all that was advertised. In fact, we think it looks better than what is shown! Easy access to Salisbury and Ocean City. The house was modern and updated but still had a "homey" feel. Well pleased and would stay again.
