This home is spacious and clean and will make your vacation plans a breeze from this central location. Many families, groups of friends, reunions, wedding parties, boat racing teams and vacationers have enjoyed their stay in our home!
This charming, immaculate and renovated home on the tip of the Eastport peninsula is directly across from Horn Point Harbor Marina and can be packaged with a slip for up to 110 foot boat.
Walk to downtown Historic District or Naval Academy ~ Plenty of off street parking available, and lots of space for entertaining with a beautiful front porch, a large, fully fenced back yard or enjoy the marina property directly across the street.
We are certain you will enjoy your stay !
This home easily sleeps eight people and can accommodate many more for a get-together. Very nicely appointed and comfortable with Annapolis Charm.

The only downside and it was miniscule in relation to the overall experience was the amount of debris on the front porch that came from storms blowing off of the trees. Couldn't really be helped and again very minor issue. The rest of the house was fabulous!!

Lovely house, great fenced yard for dog, comfortable but not too fancy furnishings. Location is perfect—across street from marina where there is a coffee trailer-Oscar’s, can walk into Annapolis (we drove due to heatwave). Would definitely stay here again!

We've been coming to Annapolis for our family vacation for several years now. With a new dog, we needed to find a place that worked for her, too. We all had a great time here. The kids got their own rooms, and the puppy had a large fenced in yard to run around in as well as a nearby beach for swimming fun. Seth was very responsive as a host, and check in was easy. We appreciated the multiple copies of how to manage door access, wifi, and checkout. We also like the "take a bottle/leave a bottle" informal wine share in the kitchen wine rack. There's plenty of space for all to gather together or to find some private space. We also love the large front porch. We spent hours sitting there reading, talking, or listening to a band playing nearby. And since the location is walkable to downtown (or to a water taxi stop if you don't want to walk the whole way), we were able to walk and explore as usual. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location, can walk to everything and off street parking. House is much larger then what it appears in photos, great yard for gatherings. Great home in the heart of Eastport.

Our daughter was married at the Annapolis Maritime Museum and the property is literally right around the corner. The house is spacious and included everything we needed for a wonderful weekend. Would highly recommend staying at this property to anyone looking to visit Annapolis/Eastport!!!

This property is ideal for a family. Very nicely decorated and ample room. The off street parking in Eastport is rare and makes this property well worth a stay.

We were in town for the weekend and wanted to stay in the same neighborhood where we have had our summer vacation for years. This time, we had our dog with us. There was far more space than we needed, but it's making us think we might want to come back with friends or family. The large yard was perfect for the dog, and we loved being able to sit on the large front porch and to walk to our favorite places in Eastport so easily. Easy access to the house and parking--and Oscar's coffee truck/trailer across the street--made this even more convenient.

Home was lovely and very clean and comfortable for four couples. Easily fit four cars along side of house. Easy walk to nice restaurants and coffee/bagels right across street at the harbor. Hopefully we'll do it again for our 75th reunion!:-)

We greatly enjoyed this home. The location and proximity to downtown Annapolis was a major factor. As well as room for 5 of us (a friendship reunion) and ample off-street parking. The kitchen area, dining room and front porch are wonderful. Upon our departure, we did have a few comments and suggestions regarding the home. We have communicated these directly with the host. We would stay here again!

Older (think historic) house. Beautifully appointed. The little coffee shop (trailer) across the street by the water is excellent (With good bagels too). Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood. We were there for a wedding and it was perfect for us.

Stayed for a few days for our daughters wedding. Everything was going ok until 3am when the smoke alarms were going off. None of us smoke and no smoke detected. Called the owner and he kinda chuckled (not funny as it was the day of wedding) Thankfully my husband got them to stop but we had a hard time going back to sleep. I am sure the neighbors were less than happy as well. Place was clean and convenient

Very nice home on quiet street, off-street parking, with fenced back yard for children or dog, well equipped kitchen and within walking distance of marina, brewery, restaurants and downtown. We had a great time and enjoyed the good weather on the huge front porch.

The pictures did not do this house justice - the house is so cute, spacious, and well decorated. Seth was very helpful throughout the stay and he helped us access the boat which was exactly what we were looking for. No complaints at all!

Nice house with a large fenced backyard in the heart of historic Eastport. Plenty of bedrooms, nice living space and a fantastic front porch. Very walkable to lots of restaurant, marinas and downtown. Seth is a great host and made our stay so easy and enjoyable.

We stayed at this AMAZING property because it was right around the corner from our wedding venue (Annapolis Maritime Museum). The house is spacious, charming, updated in all the right ways, and was perfect as a place to gather while we prepared for the big event! The front porch was a fantastic outdoor space, and we were pleasantly surprised by the fenced and spacious backyard. Seth, the property owner, was responsive to all our questions and needs. Just a great place - can't recommend it highly enough!

The Eastport property was great! It was in walking distance of every place we needed to go. The size was perfect for our family. The front porch was our favorite place to gather. Seth, the owner, was attentive to our needs. The grill was not in good working condition and within 24 hours, there was a new grill.

Some old work friends and I get together once a year and this was an excellent place to meet. Centrally located, but quiet and cozy. Great porch on which to hang out. We all parked at the house and never had to move our cars. Easy walk to downtown Annapolis and also things to see and great restaurants right in Eastport. Highly recommend. Seth was easy to communicate with and the house was lovely and comfortable.

Our family, my husband, two sons and daughter in law were in the area for a service at Arlington. The house and location were perfect for us. Seth was easy to contact, was very cooperative with a few hours early check in and extended our check out time. We were within a few minutes walk to my sisters property. We actually walked the entire time we were there. Enjoyed the Eastport area and took advantage of the short walk over the bridge to all the wonderful restaurants and boutiques. The house was very clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. The linen closet had extra blankets making cuddling in the wet, colder than expected weather. We would highly recommend this property and will check on availability next time we visit the area.
