Beautiful setting. Spotless rooms, equipped with all that is needed. Pretty decor. Loved the bathroom door. It was most unusual. Also loved the feature of the old dresser turned into a sink and storage unit. The Nespresso machine is a lovely touch. Beautiful pool to cool off in the Summer heat. Thank you to the Hostess.
I could not fault anything.

Location was prefect, thanks.
The gas shower

The beds and rooms were more than comfortable, the environment is quiet and beautiful,
the gas geyser takes some getting used to, as it is either full blown hot or ice cold

The location, the scenery and the dogs on the property were all wonderful. It’s a beautiful place and the hosts are incredibly kind, understanding as well as accommodating. We ended up extending our check out time very last minute and the hosts were wonderfully understanding and helpful with this.
Unfortunately we found an expired and opened bottle of milk in the fridge in our room, the coffee machine did not work and the shower (although beautiful) was horrible. It was a constant struggle to get warm water for a couple of minutes, the water was either freezing cold or burned the living daylights out of me. It was disappointing because we were there for a wedding and obviously had to clean up relatively well for the event and the shower hindered that quite a bit. The walls are also very thin so you can hear fellow guests in surrounding rooms.

we were upgraded to the Ruby room, very nice and cozy with a stove bath that we really enjoyed
no space to unpack your toiletries or clothes- just needed small shelve in the bathroom and bedroom

The coffee machine was a plus.
The shower was abysmal. The water was either scalding hot or ice cold. After taking what was a terrible shower - we discovered that the shower leaks into the bedroom and our bags got wet.
The blinds of the bathroom were also broken.
No staff available when contacted. After calling 3 times we didn't get any assistance.

Attended an evening wedding at a venue close by. Was very happy to only have to drive 700 metres to sleep in a very comfortable and clean room! The check in procedure is super easy and effective, lovely rusks and REAL coffee provided for the next morning. All in all a seamless exercise!

We liked nothing
An extra family member was added and we were moved to a pathetic cottage where there were no cleaning materials, not enough towels or linnen or utensils. Family that traveled with me left after the first night and booked elsewhere. I had to pay extra for moving to cottage but it was really a downgrade. Definitely not value for money.
