We choose Galena as our annual Sister's weekend. This cozy home is blocks from the downtown. Perfect! This house had plenty of room for all five of us including two bathrooms. The large table in the dining room is where we spent a lot of our time. We also enjoyed the downtown for hours and hours with the cute clothing boutiques, wineries and restaurants. Thank you Deborah for recommending Embe's, the food was very good. We also went to Chestnut Mountain for a ride down the mountain, which was awesome. Give it a try! Thank you Debroah for being such a good host.

Excellent cozy, spacious home with character. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed (much more so than other places we have stayed) for cooking and serving a variety of dishes. We had ample bed and bath linens and enjoyed playing the games available. The outdoor area in the back would have been great for grilling and conversation but we ran out of time to enjoy. The location was an easy walk for all ages to the shops, restaurants and bars on Main Street. The host was very informative with the process for checking in and out and making sure we had everything we needed.

5 sisters stayed at this perfectly charming home in Galena for a weekend. Everyone had their own space - everyone thought the beds were super comfy. Location was great! We were able to walk downtown every day; it was an easy walk even for the more elderly of our group. The host was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Easy check in and out. The house was so cute, clean and absolutely perfect in every way. We loved our stay here and Galena!! Thank you, Deb!

This property is so charming!!! We went for a girls’ weekend and had such a wonderful time!! Being so close to downtown and not worrying about Ubers and driving was priceless! It was so easy! The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths which was perfect for our group! The living room was so cozy and we spent each night and morning relaxing! We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone!!! The host was very responsive too! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

If you are coming to Galena for a girls trip, this is the perfect place to stay! We parked our car when we got there, and never got in it again until we left. Everything is within walking distance. The house is very clean and very well appointed. Contact with the owner was very easy and responses were very timely. When we come back to Galena, we will definitely stay here again!!

We 4 sisters came from different directions to meet in Galena. Our accommodation was spectacular! Deb was approachable and promptly answered all questions. The house was just what we wanted for a walkable location to main area of Galena. There were special touches as my kcups. My sister misplaced her iPad and Deb worked very hard to relocate the device with success. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

We had a wonderful time in Galena and enjoyed staying at this property. The location was fabulous and the accomodations/beds were wonderful! This home included four bedrooms which was perfect for our group. It is located close to downtown with parking for two cars! Communication with the owner, Deb, was timely and appreciated. This property is ideally located for walking to the restaurants, bars and shops. We enjoyed the back patio and the front porch for coffee and happy hour. I would recommend for anyone wanting to be close enough to walk to the activities. Beds were comfortable and our host checked in to make sure everything was going as planned. Great rental!

Our stay in Galena was wonderful, and this vrbo property met our needs very well. It was a nice walk to downtown and we didn't need to drive! The home was comfortable and decorated nicely. I especially liked the large dining room table to gather for coffee and conversation. I would definitely recommend staying here and would like to again!

The location was great! We easily walked to the downtown area. It's an older home with lots of character and plenty of space for 5 of us. The owner was very patient with me as this was the first time we've used VRBO. She answered all of my questions promptly. Would recommend this home!

This was an awesome house spot in Galena. We were with family of different ages and every one had different interests and agendas. We were all able to come and go easily from the house. We had tickets for the magic show and the haunted tour, both close to the house. We ate out at least once a day, all restaurants within walking distance. One more thing that was nice . . . there were three bedrooms upstairs for the kids and my husband and me. My in-laws stayed in the bedroom downstairs. That gave everyone a little space and more privacy. Coffee on the back deck or front porch every morning. Thanks for the great stay in Galena!

We had a great time in Galena. The house is located in a perfect spot for shopping. It was a beautiful old house and the bedrooms were quite large. My only complaint is that there could have been more attention paid to the details. For example, no hand towels were left out and some staples were not provided. Overall, we had a very nice time.

Everything was excellent! Great communication from booking to check-in. The house is in a really good location - close enough to walk to everything without being in the middle of the noise or crowds. Having a dedicated parking spot is really nice since the street gets busy. The house is the right size and setup for a family. With 4 kids, having their own space is really nice for some down time and this house delivers on that. It was a wonderful and memorable trip for us.
