Lovely hotel, great location and breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is great as well. The breakfast was delicious too! We would certainly stay again.

A small downside was you could easily hear guests and the doorbell in the next room. I'm not sure this is possible to fix however. Despite this, we would still stay at this hotel again as the staff were very nice and the hotel itself was lovely, in a great location and a great price.

We will come back if we visit Siem Reap again!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel to the full extent! The design was beautiful and the staff paid attention to all our needs and was incredibly friendly. We had to extend our stay very spontaneously for one night because of the flooding in Phnom Penh where we were supposed to go after one night in the Phka Chan Hotel. The staff was very helpful concerning the communication with our hotel in Phnom Penh and it was no problem to even stay in the same room for another night. Also, the location was perfect. We could easily go to the old town by food or enjoy nice cafés close by. The hotel also provided us with lots of recommendations regarding activities and restaurants. We were really sad to leave.

Everywhere is clean and very comfortable. I used pool and gym as well. Also staff is very kind, good service and awesome hospitality!!!! l stayed there for 3night then everything is perfect. Exactly I will come back this hotel again!!!

Booked a room with extraordinary low price on Booking.com with room rate 32.9 dollar and the receptionist and the manager were shocked. After I found I lost my wallet in the hotel and called the police, they told the police that I paid very low room rate to stay in this hotel. unbelievable…

Dishonest staff

The staff opened the room safety box and took my wallet and the receptionist insist that she opened the safety box with master key but found nothing inside. Why would I lock an empty safety box?

Exceptional

This is the best hotel in Siem Reap and one of my favourite hotels ever. It's stylish, has a beautiful pool and rooms, but most of all its staff and service our outstanding. They even brought me a cake and sang happy birthday at our room door. They organised everything we needed and always with a kind smile. They organised a tuktuk to take us for sunset and sunrise at Angkor. Heng the driver made our trip extra special and we can't thank him enough for his 5* service. Breakfast was perfect and they packed us a wonderful basket to watch the sunrise at angkor wat. I fell in love with this hotel and everyone in Siem Reap.

Perfect location to explore Siem Reap and Ankor Wat

+ the location is a quite nice designed spot in Siem Reap. + the stuff was awesome. The service was more then perfect. + Also when we start to a sunrise Ankor Wat tour we got a unexpected and delicous breakfast package with us + nice located with the necessary distance to the Pub street + unexpected upgrade

GREAT HOTEL, WONDERFUL STAFF, BEAUTIFUL POOL

Staff is super friendly, they are doing a great job and making sure you feel comfortable. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are very large and modern. Pool is great and has a lot of sun, usually from morning till evening. There is tuktuk drivers infront of hotel, but in general everything is in walking distance. From Hotel to Old Market in 10min walking. Also lot of scooter rentals on the way, which is also a nice option to have for Siem Reap and Angkor. Breakfast is great too! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Good hotel close to everything

The room was big and I loved the bathroom. It's close to "pub street" about 10 min walking distance. It's easy to book tours or taxis through the hotel, there are also many places to book tours near it. There are many restaurants and bars close to it.

It has a construction on the back wich is a bit low in the mornings. Breakfast is a la carte not buffet. But is really good. Tip: asked for everything you want (food, beverage and how many of each you want) at once otherwise it would take time. The bed was a bit hard.

Amazing place

Amazing hotel, the staff is very welcoming, got a welcome drink once arrived. the room was big, clean, modern. Pool was amazing.

Breakfast I would say could be done in a buffet option.

1. Location nearby touristy area. 2. Hospitality by staff and owner. 3. Nice room layout and pool. 4. Great breakfast ala carte concept.

1. Not soundproof room. Can hear adjacent room conversation and loud music from nearby pub. 2. Bed a bit still but okay. Perhaps I compared to different hotel that I used to stayed nearby. 3. Stair no lift. If you have big luggages. The staff can assist you with. Furthermore, the hotel just 2 levels. Not a big deal for us.

Fantastic and we will be back!

Immaculately clean and very comfortable boutique property in a great location and with pool. The restaurant has delicious food (even better than some top rated restaurants on Trip Advisor) and we were most happy with the excellent attention to detail from staff who are also very warm, genuinely friendly, and helpful. Onsite massages also amazing. Overall, we would highly recommend - it’s value for money.

Relaxing and quiet.

A beautiful and quiet hotel, perfect for walking into central Siem Reap. The room and bathroom were large and airy and everything was spotlessly clean.

The Wi-Fi was a little weak and not good for video calls for work. If improved, it would encourage me to stay again for work. Also, the boutique gym is great, but could do with some more free weights or kettle bells, and a bench press.

Excellent choice - amazing staff, great pool, good location.

Lovely staff and owner, very accommodating to all requests, made a picnic breakfast for us for sunrise in Angkor Wat, plus they upgraded us for free on arrival. Breakfasts are huge and great, however limited vegan / vege options. Overall a highly recommended choice.

Great outdoor bath - however the hot water ran out very quickly making it impossible to have even a slightly a warm bath. Unfortunately the TV also only had one channel and the bed, while big, was pretty hard - a slightly softer mattress would have made it perfect!

Perfect hotel for exploring Siem Reap and relaxing. Didn't want to leave, will definitely return!

Stayed 5 nights whilst exploring the temples and local attractions. The hotel is a peaceful and stylish oasis, a short walk from Siem Reap centre. Lots of conveniences close by - ATMs, supermarkets, bars, restaurants. The food was excellent - always served quickly and courteously, and fairly priced. The staff were *absolutely* lovely! They made me feel at home and spoke great English. I enjoyed chatting to them about the local area, weather, temples, food, etc :) The room was luxurious, quiet and comfortable. Awesome bathroom! The pool was tranquil and so pleasant for cooling off. My room and the garden were very relaxing after long days out.

Gorgeous hotel.

Gorgeous hotel and room. Very clean too. Restaurant was convenient but if you have a sunrise tour in the (very) early morning hours, make sure you pick something up the day before since the restaurant opens at 7:30am (I think). Welcome drink at reception and fruit in the room.

Short walk to the main road. Almost a mile to Pub Street but also a mile from Phare Circus. It's also close to a mosque and they broadcast the prayers, I barely noticed it after a day but if you're a light sleeper it might bother you.

Best option to stay in Siem Reap

The room is very large, comfortable and exclusive. Very nice and friendly staff, always concern about your stay, if you need anything or how was your day. You feel really welcome. The pool area is very relaxing and cozy. They offer very good tours options and guides. We truly recommend Ritchy as the guide, he speeks very well english and knows a lot about Angkor and the other temples. Very good location, close to the pub street and main stores and pharmacy. Don’t miss the change to have a wonderful Khmer Massage at Real Spa :)

The breakfast has limited options, but it is worthy for the price you are paying.
