Lovely semi-detached house of 60 m2, ideally situated on a beautiful property of 5000 m2, in a quiet and wooded area. Entirely on one level, it offers a living room, opening directly onto the garden, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and two comfortable bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. For your comfort, the beds will be made upon arrival. The terrace, facing south and west, is the ideal place for outdoor meals, either in the sun, under the shade of an umbrella or in the evening with outdoor lighting. The private garden of 300 m2 offers the space to feel "at home" and to enjoy a moment of relaxation under the pergola. And when it's hot, there is nothing more pleasant than to be able to cool off in the swimming pool of the property. You would like to explore the area at your own pace? The property and its gardens with pool is very well looked after and maintained to an excellent standard. It was in the perfect location for us, 5 minutes from the supermarket and fuel station. 15 minutes from the coast with Lacanau Ocean, its beautiful sandy long beaches and big waves for the surfers. Less than an hour to Bordeaux and plenty of different scenic routes available. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

Wir haben den zweiwöchigen Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen und Veronique hat uns sehr nett und offen empfangen. Unsere Tochter fanden natürlich besonders den Pool einfach nur toll. Wir haben auch sehr den Garten, die Ruhe und das Meer genossen. Lieben Dank Veronique und wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf das nächste Jahr...

Très bon séjour d'une semaine. Cette location est exceptionnelle. Tout y est. Propreté, équipement, calme. Un jardin très agréable et indépendant, très bien entretenu avec un accès direct à la piscine. Foncez y pour de bonnes vacances sans surprise.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée. Véronique a pensé à tout ! Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et du jardin. Les lits sont faits à votre arrivée et des vélos à votre disposition, les vacances peuvent commencer dès votre arrivée. Tout était parfait, encore Merci à Véronique et Patrick pour leur accueil.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Innen ist alles praktisch, gut durchdacht und organisiert. Es liegt in wirklich wunderschöner Umgebung, in der man echt zur Ruhe kommen kann. Die Terrasse (mit Tisch und Stühlen) und eine weitere hölzerne Sitzgruppe laden immer dazu ein, das Leben draußen zu genießen. Der Swimming-pool war für uns das Zentrum der Oase. Das Wasser war immer sauber. Ein Glasdach hilft, die Sonnenstrahlen zu verstärken und das Wasser bei angenehmer Temperatur zu halten. Wir danken den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern für einen wunderschönen Urlaub und kommen gern wieder. Jürgen und Rita

A lovely peaceful haven surrounded by nature.

We enjoyed the many cycle tracks which take you safely through heathland and woods to the beautiful lakes and coast - at the coast you have the choice of sunbathing, surfing etc or finding a quiet bit of coast to call your own. Back at the Gite there is a large secluded garden with a choice of eating areas - and of course the lovely swimming pool.

In één woord: fantastisch!

In één woord: fantastisch!

Een prachtig, ruim en schoon huisje. Veronique is een behulpzame gastvrouw maar niet opdringerig. Zo heeft zij en haar man voor passende fietsen gezorgd, ook één voor de allerjongste van ons gezin. Ondanks het mindere weer hebben wij een mooie week gehad in en om Lacanau. De natuur is prachtig en er valt genoeg te zien en te doen. De zee is dichtbij, er zijn meerdere meren met eigen strandjes in de buurt en het gebied is ook nog bosrijk. Een aanrader!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem schönen Haus mit top ausgestatteter Küche, in der man richtig gerne kocht, dem tollen Garten mit Pinienwäldchen für die Hängematte und zum Verstecken spielen, den netten, zuvorkommenden, hilfsbereiten aber immer unaufdringlichen Vermietern, dem nahen See und natürlich in den Atlantikwellen. Am allerliebsten waren unsere zwei Jungs (10 und6) aber im grossen Pool, den man dem Wetter anpassen kann. Obwohl August war es tatsächlich manchmal recht frisch, die Nächte richtig kalt, dafür sternenklar.Selten haben wir so einen Sternenhimmel gesehen. Wir hoffen, dass wir irgendwann wiederkommen können und dürfen. Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Ein Traum von Ferienhaus - unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen

Wir waren im Juni 2017 für 3 Wochen mit 3 Erwachsenen im Ferienhaus des Ehepaars Laguerre - Boscher zu Gast. Alle Empfehlungen und lobenden Worte der vorhergehenden Bewertungen können wir nur bestätigen. Alle, was für das Gelingen eines erholsamen Urlaubs notwendig war, haben wir vorgefunden. An der Ausstattung des Ferienhauses gab es nicht das Geringste zu beanstanden. Die überaus sympathischen Vermieter standen uns stets unaufdringlich hilfsbereit zur Seite. Der große Garten, der zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbare Pool und die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren weitere Pluspunkte unseres Aufenthaltes. Auf dem in unmittelbarer Nähe einsetzenden hervorragend beschaffenen Radwegenetz des ruhig gelegenen Ferienhauses ließ sich die Côte d'argent ausgiebig erkunden. Im 4,5 Km entfernt gelegenen Supermarkt in Lacanau konnten wir uns mit allem Notwendigen versorgen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Lovely hosts. Thank you Veronique and Patrice. A very peaceful and remote location. Lodge immaculate and fitted with everything necessary (need to remember to take your own towels). Garden was beautiful and private. The bikes were excellent and the local trails easy to find. The pool was lovely at the beginning of my stay .... 20 degrees but by the middle of October too cool for me! Main bed was very comfy, not sure about the singles. There is a good super U supermarket in Lacanau, just a couple of miles away. If you want a huge Le Clerc. 35 mins drive towards Bordeaux at St.Medard en Jalles. No hesitation in recommending Les Bambous for a peaceful holiday.
