Punta Pescadero Hacienda is a stunning, exclusive Luxury Villa - the kind you would usually only find in Cabo - yet was built at our secluded high end community Punta Pescadero, a 20 minute drive North of Los Barriles. The Villa features a huge infinity pool and hot tub overlooking the pristine sandy beach. There are 7 bedrooms - 4 of which are master suites with king size beds and another 3 regular bedrooms with 2 twin beds that can be made into king size beds. Upon entering the grounds of the Villa you will be greeted by beautiful gardens that surround the main house. Once through the main door you will find yourself in a comfortable living and dining room area with a huge TV set for your entertainment and sound sytem throughout the house that you can control with the house's IPads.
To your left you will see the very well equipped kitchen with top of the range appliances and or course granite counter tops. Walking up the stairs you reach the game's room - equipped with a bar, a pool table and another TV area with satellite. From almost everywhere you enjoy unobstructed ocean-views. The upstairs is flanked by a huge balcony with comfortable lounge chairs. 
Walking through the terrace doors downstairs you will reach the pool area - the pool terrace offers various comfortable seating and lounging areas, there is a wet bar with BBQ, sun-chairs and a few steps down towards the beach a fire pit invites you to sit down in the evening, listen to the sound of the waves and relax. You will have use of the house's beach toys such as stand up paddle boards, kayaks and snorkeling equipment.
Daily housekeeping is of course included and on your arrival night we will have a full catered Mexican welcome dinner for you. We will introduce you to Chino, the caretaker, who will be available throughout your stay to assist with anything you may need - whether it is more catered meals, sport fishing excursions, ATV rentals or anything else.

Important BEFORE Booking: note that the advertised rate is for 10 people or less. The fee per extra person after 10 is $25 USD each per night. 
Transportation, fishing, car and/or ATV rental, catering/cooking/chef, and other services are not included in rate.
