ENJOY THE GOOD LIFE! Casa Dulce Vida was completed in 2008 and built to take advantage of the breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. Located near San Jose del Cabo, the villa is in the exclusive, gated golf community of Fundadores in Puerto Los Cabos.
The villa, which sleeps up to 20 people, has hosted family reunions, corporate and golf retreats and friend’s getaways. You can spend the day playing golf at the beautiful on site courses or down at the Beach Club, or simply relaxing by the lovely pool at the villa. All of this without leaving the neighborhood! Spa treatments at the villa can be arranged.
The villa features two levels with ocean views from every room in the house and from the spacious roof-top terrace. The infinity pool, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, outdoor grilling area and large sun deck are perfect for entertaining and relaxing. There are over 5,200 square feet of living area and 2,400 square feet of outdoor living space. The main level of the villa is open and spacious with a gourmet kitchen, dining room and a great room, which all open out to the poolside patio and barbeque area.
Casa Dulce Vida has five bedrooms. Three bedrooms and three and a half baths are located on the main level. Two bedrooms and two and a half baths, and a family entertainment room with a big screen TV and a ping pong table are on the lower level.
Guests have full access to the members only Beach Club which contains an exercise room, resort pool, hot tub and full service restaurant and bar with views of the Sea of Cortez. Palapas with lounge chairs are available on the beach. Exercise classes including yoga and water aerobic Zumba are held during the week. Kayaks and paddleboards can also be enjoyed.
Located in the community, within a short walking distance from Casa Dulce Vida, are the emerald green Jack Nicklaus and Greg Norman Signature Golf Courses, which overlook picturesque mountains, hills, and the Sea of Cortez.
For your dining pleasure, you can walk down the beach to Buzzards, a local favorite. The very popular Flora Farms, a wonderful farm to table restaurant is 10 minutes away. The resort, La Palmilla, is 15 minutes away with the lovely restaurant, The Aqua. If you would rather stay in, you can hire a local chef to prepare your dinner while you sit back and relax.
The charming historical town of San Jose del Cabo is just minutes away, where great restaurants and shopping await you. The evenings are lovely for walking through town, listening to music and soaking in the local culture. Each Thursday evening from December through May, you can attend the famous Art Walk.
Casa Dulce Vida is a 25 minute drive from the airport and a 35 minute drive to the city of Cabo San Lucas.

This property crossed all the “T’s” and dotted all the “I’s”! 2 married couples, our 6 grown children and 2 boyfriends……great space, beautiful well equipped, very close to JW Marriott and also Flora Farms where our nephew got married. The home is as advertised on VRBO! Pool was inviting and spacious enough for our party, and the Hot Tub was actually HOT as it was late January it was needed as evening temps got down to about 60! All positive comments from our group and house manager and staff were very attentive to our requests and questions! If you have a mid size group coming to Cabo, we say you will be very happy with Casa Dulce Vida!!!!

This place was as advertised. Very clean, very nice. Definitely recommend overall and perfect for larger parties. We had a group of 10 adult friends and this was one of the few places I could find that had beds for all of us. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. A huge bonus was access to the Fundadores concierge who helped us book all our activities including golf, fishing, and even chef services. The house manager, Jill, was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Would definitely book again.

Great week with friends and family.
Wonderful week of relaxing and enjoying the beautiful home in the Fundadores area. The house was everything we needed and as advertised. We took a few trips outside the property but for the most part stayed at the house and relaxed. We had ten adults and had plenty of room for all. I used Alberto Sanchez, he took care of everything from groceries, transportation to and from airport, welcome lunch and drinks, reservations, to provide chef and butler, to having our rental car delivered to our house. The maids provided by the owner were awesome. We even watched our Colorado Avalanche win the Stanley Cup! The beach club was a little bit of a walk so our elderly guest needed to get a ride to the beach club, not an easy walk by any means. I would suggest renting a golf cart. Overall a 5 star experience.

A fabulous week with memories to last a lifetime
We loved our family time at Casa Dulce Vida! Everything was perfect from the pool, view, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen to the kind and hard working cleaning ladies!
We enjoyed the beach club for a change of scenery, good food and cocktails. Buzzrds is a must, along with Flora Farms and the Thursday evening art walk in old town. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable week. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely home with all the bells and whistles

Beautiful house for four couples.
The house is absolutely beautiful and provided more than enough room for the four couples in our group. Both the inside and outside areas are super spacious, and the pool, which looks a bit small in the pictures, was plenty large enough for us.
The house was super clean and well appointed, with way more than enough dishes, supplies, towels, etc. to make our stay fantastic.
The house is about a 15 minute walk to the beach club and about a 25 minute walk to the Buzzards restaurant down the beach. Getting to other places for food was a bit more of a challenge and I would suggest renting a car.
I highly recommend the house, the neighborhood, and the host. We had a truly memorable time there.

What can we say!
There was nothing about this stay that wasn’t fabulous! The home is so beautiful and comfortable. The staff that came in every day was wonderful. Jill helped us prior to arrival with all pertinent info. We found a personal chef who took the stay over the top. Loved the Questro golf and the beach club. Our family is pushing to book again next year! Thank you Jill❤️

Wonderful place to relax
We spent four lovely nights at Case Dolce Vita celebrating my 50th birthday. The house is very comfortable and clean, with a well-appointed kitchen. We loved hanging by the private pool or down at the beach club, which my 11-year old niece thought was very glam.
We had a group of eight people and the house had plenty of space for all of us. Beds are comfy and the ACs and fountain provide great white noise for those who like to sleep in.
Both Jill, the owner, and Bianca the concierge were super helpful with everything from questions about the house and area to helping us arrange COVID testing. I highly recommend this property and would definitely go back!

Excellent property Incredible views
This property is incredible for a family looking to relax. There was plenty of room and everything you need to relax. Jill was easy to communicate with and provided great contacts to make our stay comfortable. The cleaners came in every day which was one less worry. Again we had a great vacation

Great week
This house is great and was perfect for our group of ten! We had the best week. Jill was very responsive to our needs and I can’t say enough about Hector at the beach club who helped us with so many logistics. The beach club is great and the property has everything you need. Of note, it is unsafe to swim in the ocean here, so I would rent a car if you do in order to go to other beaches.

Gorgeous house, view and staff !
We had quite an amazing trip at the house for our trip to Cabo. The house is stunning. It’s in a nice quiet community and the club house has great food. I recommend getting a chef and in house massages, it made the experience even better! The maids are also excellent. Definitely coming back.

Amazing stay with 2 families
Love this property! I would suggest getting a car or at least a number of an uber driver you can connect to directly. Uber does not service from this location, but will deliver to through the app. The beach club is amazing and a short walk but if you have littles, would be more difficult. It was well appointed, cleaning daily (and they even did our laundry... WHAT???) and we just loved it!

The neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL , SAFE and CLEAN. The house is close to the beach, the beach club and golf course. Only a 15 min drive to the most amazing grocery store, very inexpensive. A short walk on the beach to Buzzards, good food and drink. Rented a boat in San Jose marina, a must do. The staff at the beach club can help set up taxi’s, shuttles and excursions. The 2 helpers that came in each day were friendly and did an AWESOME job at keeping the house picked up. We started planning our next vacation before we left… Definitely going back‼️

Incredible!
The owner, Jill, was extremely helpful answering questions and giving information. The house is beautiful with everything you could possibly need during your stay. It was cleaned daily by two wonderful, hardworking ladies. The views were outstanding. We left the property only a few times to get more groceries and eat out a couple times. Mostly, we played card games, enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and each other's company. Thanks for a great time!

Pure Bliss
Pure relaxation. Such a gorgeous home in a serene neighborhood. From the house keeper to the chef... all is taken care of to complete a TRUE vacation. The morning walks, passing by pleasant up-beat neighbors, complimented by gorgeous sunsets on the deck with world class views do not need more explantion. Book this and enjoy. The owner is very responsive and has your best interest at heart. We ALL cannot wait to get back.

Beautiful house and property
We have been coming to Cabo for many years, but this was our first time in the area of Fundadores. This area is so beautiful and quiet compared to the town of Cabo. The house was perfect for our family of 12. We had a great time and will definitely return. The owner Jill was very easy to communicate with.

Amazing, relaxing homein a 5 Star Community
This is an amazing home. The pictures do not do justice to the amount fo room. With 19 of us plus a baby everyone still had privacy and room to spread out. The beach club access gives you the same featuers of a resort with pool side service if you don't want to do all the cooking in the fully stocked kitchen. And if you want a real treat, you can book the resorts chef who cam by and cooked a restaurant worthy 9 course Mexacin tapas dinner for 20 personally. I cannot recommend it enough iff your looking for beautiful scenery on the quiet end of Los Cabos.

Awesome!
We just spent 5 fabulous nights here and it was perfect for 10 adults and 3 little ones. The owners are very accommodating and helpful. The house was really clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We appreciated the maid service that came everyday. We all enjoyed the pool, music system with speakers, and the spaciousness. Each morning I enjoyed a walk on the nearby beach, and the beach club pool is fantastic too. We can't wait to come again!

Cabo House
The owner's vacation home is very cozy, yet provides a wide open experience. The house and kitchen amenities are above spectacular although you shouldn't need the kitchen ones if it is a true vacation. The mattresses are Ritz Carlton quality (except in the kids bunk bed room). And the view of the ocean and whales makes you feel the whales might be watching you!

This is a fantastic get away for golf, fishing, nightlife, or just hanging out. A typical day starts with breakfast outside by the pool watching whales, playing a round of golf, coming back to the house to enjoy the hot tub and infinity pool, then heading out to a local restuarant to experience the local fare. I recommend a few nights eating around the square in the local town of San Jose del Cabo (a 5-10 minute drive). There always seems to be a celebration or festival to experience. This is my 4th time back and hope to return many more.

A Mexican Gem
The house is very comfortable and has all the amenities you'll need to enjoy a relaxing vacay and still be able to take care of any pesky state side business. The view of the ocean is wonderful, not to mention the daily sun rises. When the moon phases are right, just sit in the hot tub with an adult beverage and watch a gigantic moon rise up out of the dark ocean water. Puerto Los Cabos, a gated community, is conveniently located to the airport, good food and Championship Golf Courses. I highly recommend giving this casa a try as a fun filled destination for 2 or even 10 personas.

Two weeks in Paradise!
My first visit was in February 2014 and was delightful. My girlfriend and I spent 2 weeks enjoying whale watching, working on our tans poolside, and walking on the beach. The secluded, very private beach was amazing; we could walk for 3 miles without seeing another person! The house is beautifully decorated and tastefully appointed. WIFI made it very easy to stay connected to the outside world. We were there to "kick-back", rest, & relax. This property was perfect for us and met all of our needs and expectations. We bought groceries at the Mega and used the gourmet kitchen everyday. In the evenings, we often grilled fish, chicken, or steaks on the poolside grill. The pool and hot tub have underwater lights that create a very romantic atmosphere after dark. The sound of the ocean waves hitting the beach at night will lull you to sleep in the very comfortable and accommodating beds. We also enjoyed going to the Beach Club and several of the fine restaurants in San Jose. We found a French Bistro and an Italian Eatery that were both excellent. We had such fond memories of our time together in Cabo that we returned in Jan.-Feb. 2015 for another 2 weeks!

Family Vacation, second year, two more participants!
This year our family decide to go back again to this beautiful home and could not have more pleased. We added one more child and one adult for a total of twelve, and had no problems with having enough room. As most people know this area got clobbered by last September's hurricane, but this home was spared most of the furry and looked as good as new and in great shape. The home is in a gated community with a beach club and the club did get hit hard but is rebuilding. If you like peace and quiet with five star acommodations and surroundings, you would be hard pressed to find a comperable setting. It is very clean, up to date, and well maintained. My wife and I will be going back again soon, this time with four high school couples we thought would love to share our truly wonderful previous experiences. 10/10!

Family Vacaton
I rented this home for a family vacation over New Years this last Dec.- Jan. 4th '14. There were ten of us from ages one to eighty-eight, and this home accommodated us all with room to spare. The home is beautiful and immaculate, cleaned daily, fresh linens and pillows better than any five star hotel I've visited. The home is in a gated community which has it's own beach club with a restaurant and chefs at your disposal. This feature served us well. Chef Angel ordered our needed groceries and beverages, picked them up, then delivered and stocked them, and then prepared dinner for ten at the house upon our arrival late the first night. When I say late I mean dinner scheduled for 8 p.m., but because our airline lost our luggage and the resultant delay in getting to Budget Car Rental, they informed me they rented our two reserved cars to someone else then told me they had no more cars at 10 p.m.! I insisted they then take us in their shuttle to the home and arrived for dinner at 10:30 p.m. Angel and his staff greeted us with smiles and finished the gourmet meal with out one ounce of frustration at our very late arrival. Maria at the beach club helped all week with any plans to eat and explore the lovely area. They were wonderful. The owners also bent over backwards to make sure all our needs were addressed taken care of fully. The house is about a block from a very private and beautiful beach and overlooks the ocean where we could watch whales breaching, manta rays soaring and bate fish jumping to avoid being eaten!. The house is in a very quiet community with lots of privacy and thus a car or cars are needed to get to town, ten minutes to San Jose and roughly 30 minutes to Cabo San Lucas. We did not golf this time but you will be in a golf community. We fished out of Cabo, but Porto Del Cabo is just five minutes away too. I can't say enough nice things about the whole experience, you'll just have to experience it yourself. Excellent, PLUS!

Surpasses all expectations!
This house is fabulous! Large, private bedroom suites make it perfect for couples traveling together or a large family trip (we had 4 couples in our party). No neighboring houses could see into any of the bedroom windows so we slept with the windows open enjoying the breeze and sounds of the ocean. As the pictures show, the living room, dining room and kitchen are all open and very spacious, making gathering for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening comfortable & fun. Beautiful ocean views! The kitchen & pantry are well stocked and everything is very clean. We cooked some meals there and were glad there were 2 dishwashers. The downstairs living area could be overlooked because the upstairs is so great, but it is a fun place for ping pong, cards, games or TV. No need to lug golf clubs up & down stairs. Plenty of storage in garage or area accessed through garage. Owners easy to work with. They recommended a masseuse who came to the house for outdoor massages & facials!
The golf course in the development is very well maintained. It is challenging, but fair, for all levels of play. Beautiful ocean & mountain views everywhere you look. The staff was friendly & helpful. The pro shop was small but stocked with quality & unique merchandise. My husband & I each bought a great golf shirt.
We definitely would recommend this comfortable house & hope to return to Dulce Vida soon!

Fantastic Golf Getaway
Stayed here in May of 2010 with a group of friends playing golf. Beautiful view, great pool, great time! This is a wonderful house and the golf in the area was exceptional. I hadn't realized this was such a great great golf destination. I would highly recommend this property. I will definitely try to stay here again!

I WANT TO GO AGAIN NOW!!
WHAT AN INCREDIBLE VIEW IN THE DAY AND NIGHT. FAR ENOUGH AWAY FROM THE CITY LIGHTS TO SEE AN INCREDIBLE NIGHT SKY OF STARS OR MOON AROUND THE ZERO LINE POOL. WE LOVED THE GOLF, AND COOKED IN THIS INCREDIBLE KITCHEN AND ON THE GREAT GRILL. BBQ SHRIMP BY THE ZERO LINE POOL WITH A MODELO IS WHAT I DREAM ABOUT ALL THE TIME. THE INTERNET ACCESS, PING PONG, POOL, AND THE GREAT LOUNGING AREAS ARE A BIG HIT WITH THE KIDS. THE GOLF IS AWESOME ON ALL THE COURSES WE PLAYED IN THE AREA. THE COURSES WERE CLOSE AND INCREDIBLY MANICURED. THE OWNERS COULDN'T HAVE BEEN BETTER TO DEAL WITH. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK EVERY TIME I GET THE CHANCE!!

Life is sweet at Casa Dulce Vida!
Springtime in Los Cabos is heaven! Each year after a long winter, my family heads to Mexico and Casa Dulce Vida, where perfect temperatures await us. The only problem we have is deciding whether to laze by the pool all day, or leave paradise for any number of fabulous excursions available in the area. One of us is content playing golf daily, with some of the most spectacular views imaginable, another thrives on the numerous boating activities, but I love the shopping and dining in San Jose, most especially the lively art district...it's like a mini Santa Fe! With all these possibilities, we still have trouble leaving the confines of the fabulous house and patio that bring us to Mexico in the first place! It's definitely the sweet life!

One of the most relaxing vacations in one of the most beautiful homes in lovely Cabo!
One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed! And I don't just
mean Cabo! This house is awesome! Luxurious, spacious, a view that
will take your breath away, but very comfortable and the feel of a
home well-loved! I could have sat out by the infinity pool (that looks
like you are going to swim off in the ocean) all day! But the kitchen
was calling me in because it was full of the newest and best
appliances and had a great counter for sitting and chatting while the
cook was hard at work. 4 bedrooms, each could have been the master,
and a bunk room where even the adults didn't mind staying, spacious
bath rooms, a playroom complete with everything a kid (big or little)
could want, and a large family room right off the kitchen. Great
sidewalks to walk on while you tour the neighborhood with a view of
the water at all times and close to town if you really feel the need
to leave the house! It was just a wonderful house and I plan to go
back again!

Paradise
I have had the complete pleasure of staying at this home two times. It is absolutely GORGEOUS! The living/dining/kitchen area is wonderful for entertaining. The beds are comfortable and the attention to detail all through the house is wonderful. The view is lovely from the back of the house and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. Looking forward to returning!
