At the heart of the landing beaches Juno Beach in Courseulles Sur Mer, seaside resort with a blue flag, for rent T2 of 42 m2 completely renovated, on the 2nd floor, on the seafront. Sea view and exceptional beach from the living room and loggia closed to enjoy all year.
Near the city center and shops (800 m) along the dike. The apartment is located in a secure residence with digicode. Direct access to the beach without road to cross for your children. Bedroom: double bed 160 cm, 140 cm mezzanine bed for children, flat screen 102 cm, fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, rotating heat oven, induction plate 3 fires, Senseo coffee maker, microwave ... bathroom with shower and machine to wash. Numerous cultural activities: Juno Beach museum, the Caen memorial at 30 mm, the famous beach of Omaha Beach at 45 mm, Sainte-Mère l'Eglise at 1 o'clock. Mont St Michel at 2:15.
Activities on foot: the beach, the sailing school. You can spend your coastal or offshore licenses, municipal swimming pool heated sea water on the dike open from May to September at 500 m, aquatic center at 6 km, equestrian center for a walk on the beach, fishing school at sea, daily market summer and winter twice a week, bowling, cinema, skate park, mini golf, tennis court, basketball, nightclub. Walk: coastal paths, bike ride on bike path. Non smoking apartment. No pets allowed, thank you for your understanding. Linen not provided. EDF in addition from September 29, 2018 to May 31, 2019. Deposit of 400 € and 60 € (cleaning) requested on arrival and returned after the exit.

The property is in a superb location with views of the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely to be able to watch the tide come in and out. We enjoyed the peace and quiet. Une digue piétonne, une plage immense visible à 180° nous séparent de la baie du séjour ouverte au bon air. Un bol de café fumant au petit matin, face à la mer, en écoutant la marée arriver et les mouettes au loin entourant les chalutiers qui attendent pour rentrer au port… Quel moment de sérénité prolongeant une nuit silencieuse et reposante! Tout a été prévu pour le confort du vacancier et l’appartement, un traversant, permet au lève-tard d’être isolé du bruit. Puis les courageux joggeurs, les amateurs de croissants frais prennent possession de la digue et, enfin les familles s’installent sur la plage. Les courses ont été faites au début de notre séjour. À nous, pendant une semaine, tous les lieux du Débarquement qui, à partir de la dernière semaine d’août, se vident des touristes. À nous aussi, les nombreux petits restaurants en terrasse de Courseulles (pass sanitaire), ceux de la Côte de Nacre, du Bessin pour finir par la Côte Fleurie. À l’année prochaine…

Je recommanderais cet appartement à des gens plutôt agile en raison de la mezzanine au dessus du lit qui oblige à ramper pour aller se coucher dans le lit en bas!!!

Notre séjour dans l´appartement à Courseulles était très agréable. l'appartement avait une excellente position, l'accès à la mer était à quelques pas et la vue de la fenêtre sur la mer était exceptionnelle. l'emplacement au 2ème étage est plutôt un avantage. la temperature de la mer est 19 degrés Celsius au septembre. et il est propice à la baignade, la piscine de la ville est à proximité, mais depuis septembre il est fermé. L'ameublement de l'appartement et le mobilier sont modernes et adaptés à la vie, c'est très esthétique. la propreté de l'appartement était excellente. la conduite du propriétaire était accueillante et claire. Les environs sont propices aux promenades, au shopping et aux musées. merci pour quelques beaux jours et nous le recommandons à tous ceux qui veulent se détendre. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit appartement dat heel functioneel en heel proper is en een wondermooi uitzicht heeft over het strand zowel overdag als s'avonds. De keuken is optimaal ingericht en je hebt alles bij de hand. In de badkamer is het heerlijk vertoeven onder de douche. In de slaapkamer is een groot bed met goeie matrassen maar jammer van het dubbele bed boven je hoofd dat ons een onaangenaam gevoel gaf. De locatie van dit appartement is super en het dorp ligt op wandelafstand, aan de viskraamjes aan de haven kan je de hele dag verse vis en schelpdieren kopen wat dus onze favoriete plek was. Deze locatie zal ik zeker aanbevelen aan vrienden en wie weet kom ik er ooit nog eens terug.

Practically on The beach with amazing views. Close to town for shopping. Used to sit at night watching the fishing boats going in and out of the harbour then next morning wander along to see the fish from them being sold. Centrally located for the Normandy beaches. Good restaurants within walking distance. Appartment was spacious and very clean. The kitchen contains everything you need if you wish to eat in. The showerhead powerful and roomy. A washing machine was located here. On a really hot day the doors to both balcony could be opened and a lovely breeze would sweepthrough. Would recommend and if we came back to Normandy would stay here again. Oh and only a 30 min drive from the boat at Caen.

This is a great apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The property was immaculate and the building was quiet. The wifi worked well. The bed was very comfortable. This is an end unit apartment, so there are windows on both ends that you can open for a wonderful cross-breeze. The location is absolutely perfect...right on the beach and a short walk to both the Juno Beach Centre and Canada House/La maison des Canadiens (in Bernières-sur-mer), and also to the main street in Courseulles-sur-mer. It's a perfect location for visiting all the DDay sights in the area. There is a parking spot a short walk away from the building. The washing machine and dryer rack made it very convenient to do our laundry. Grocery shopping at Carrefour Market is only a 5 minute drive away. The owner speaks only French and that's who you deal with to book the rental, but the management company in charge of the rental has employees that can speak English. You will need to have rental insurance for the property, which has to be done with a French company, but it is very inexpensive and easy to purchase (can be done in English too). The only hiccup we had was contacting the agent with the management company - the phone number given never worked for us and we had to call the company directly. We don't know if that was a problem with our phone or with his. Also, be aware that if renting linens, the rental does not include facecloths, bathroom hand towels, or a dish cloth. Overall, though, these Canadians were thrilled with this rental and highly recommend it.

The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and was in a great location for exploring Normandy by car. There was a local fish market every day near by that made for some great meals. The kitchen is updated with newer appliances. The closed-in balcony made for a great place to sit back and enjoy the view. Our host provided a baby cot upon request and that was much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this accommodation.
