Nice location. We used it after a day at Alton Towers. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed.
5.0
Lovely holiday cottage, well equipped with massive garden
Minor niggle - WiFi was poor. Didn’t matter for one night though and there was 4G in garden and upstairs

Beautiful cottage, everything we needed was available. Comfy beds and good shower
Nothing to dislike

Beautiful country side setting. Comfortable homely feel.
The only thing I would say I didn’t like was the driveway, the moving slats made us all uncomfortable to be driving across.

An extremely comfortable accommodation with fantabulous ambiance and outstanding interiors and crockeries and beddings . Highly recommended to stay.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of Staffordshire. Spotlessly clean and cosy with a lovely garden for sitting out with drinks.
The stay was spoilt by a night in possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, and I’ve slept in some awful places.
3.5
The garden was nice and big, with a lovely view. Rooms were were comfy and clean. Good place to stay for a night.
We tried to cook dinner and breakfast using the oven however found it did not reach above 140° meaning it took us 2 hours to cook pizzas in the evening and meant we had to get up early in the morning to cook our breakfast knowing how long it was going to take.
The cottages are connected meaning the noise levels between each property can be heard significantly and we were kept awake until 1:30am by the people staying next door. We even had to go and knock on their door and ask them to be quiet so we could get some sleep. Of course not a fault of the host, however just something to keep in mind in peak season when the properties are busy.

very spacious, good facilities (the kitchen is the best equipped I’ve seen in a holiday let) really lovely location
parking was a bit haphazard with no defined area per cottage, so I was a bit unsure where to park as someone was already parked by our entrance. I was worried I was going to be in the way where I parked. (totally understand you’re not going to mark out spaces on the amazing courtyard though!)

property was amazing can’t comment on staff as we didn’t see any however there was communication prior to our arrival
property was fully equipped more so than what we expected was incredibly clean and tidy we had a fabulous stay
beds were a little uncomfortable and next door had a child that didn’t stop banging even at 3 am but that’s not a reflection on the stay just annoying we were there the same time as that child (yes I do have children )

The property is idyllic - settled in amongst sprawling fields and farmland and the building is so pretty, giving a proper cottage feel. Our friends who haven't really been to the rural north were blown away and loved it in the morning when they could sit and watch a neighbouring shepherd with his flock! The property is warm and has ample room. There were 4 adults in our group and it was perfect. The bedrooms were clean and spacious, one with an en-suite which we didn't expect. An added touch which really helped us was they had a selection of take away menus and had noted on the menus which ones delivered to the property which was super helpful.
The signal to the property was not great and made ordering a food delivery a bit of a challenge. They had left a little note saying they no longer had Sky and we think this extended to any Wi-Fi as there was none we could access. On the one hand it was nice to be detached from technology but did present a problem when trying to order food and trying to check in with family back home.
We didn't really notice until night time that the walls were relatively thin and we could hear the other people in the neighbouring rental property. This ordinarily wouldn't be a problem but at night we were all disturbed by a poorly child crying and coughing through the night as well as banging on the wall to get their parents' attention. As said, if the neighbours are quietly asleep it wouldn't be an issue but unfortunately for us was a bit of a disturbance.

Beautiful cottage in a rural location. Beds in triple room were very comfortable.
Water pressure was extremely low. Made having a shower/ bath difficult.
Double bed in second bedroom was not as comfortable as we hoped.

Beautiful location
Only downside - No wifi and limited phone signal , normally this wouldn’t have mattered , just my friend had some course work to submit

Lovely property with everything we needed and a beautiful garden.
Beds weren’t the most comfortable and very creaky and noisy so we woke each other up a lot

What a beautiful house, it was spotlessly clean, good facilities, excellent size for what we wanted. Views were beautiful with the added bonus of sheep coming very close to the garden.
Just amazing, will definitely stay again.
It was all perfect
