About this house rental

Newly remodeled, air conditioned, 2 bedroom/ 1 bath main beach house (including living room, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and hallway) and 1 bedroom/1 bath air conditioned guest suite. Both houses are included together as one rental. The entire property sleeps 8 and is professionally designed for our guests. Enjoy a cool, refreshing drink on the front porch, dine al fresco in your own private, secluded back yard patio with outdoor dining set and stainless barbeque and sunning deck. Interior designer meticulously designed every detail, from the top of the line memory foam mattresses, luxury sheets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops in the kitchen, leather furniture, rock showers and beach inspired decor. The Seagull House also includes a well-appointed, fully stocked kitchen, wi--fi, wireless printer, flat screen televisions in each bedroom and living room, laundry facilities, fresh ocean breezes with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room and screen doors, games, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, wagon, sand toys, books, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, blow dryers, iron and ironing board, high chair, pack-n-play baby bed, stroller, car seats and ample driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Stroll 3 blocks down the street to Sail Bay, Fanuel Street Park (with a playground, bathrooms and showers) and the boardwalk and 6 blocks to the ocean. Walk a few blocks north to Garnet Street to a myriad of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and the library. We have thought of everything so you don't have to. We want to make your stay in San Diego as memorable as possible!

Place is as advertised. Very clean, tons of dish-ware, and beach toys/accessories. It’s walking distance to restaurants and mission bay. Great location close to everything in SD. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hosts. The place was immaculate. Everything you could every need. The decor was great. The location was perfect for San Diego, close to everything. The bedroom guest house was great for the early sleepers. Plenty of parking on the property. Walking distance to the beach and lots of great restaurants, markets etc. Will definitely book again when in San Diego. 5+ stars

This rental house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in San Diego. Great location close to the beach and the bay. The house was equipped with beach toys, chairs, towels, and even a wagon to pull it all. It was a perfect spot for our family. Would highly recommend.

Nice place with well stocked kitchen and beach ammenities. Nice decor. Worked well for our stay. Loved the green pan frying pans. A little further from beach than we thought it would be but bay was very nice.

Very impressed with everything from the place to the location to the owners. There were 5 of us that stayed very comfortably. I've done a few VRBOs and this one was by far the best in terms of the rental being stocked with items. You just come and stay and don't worry about things. Ralph's is close for groceries. The bay is great and the location is drivable to just about everywhere. Close to the airport. The renovations the owners made were current and very nice. If the weather was a bit warmer we would have taken advantage of the courtyard area which was expansive.

This stay was excellent! Clean as a whistle, every bed was amazingly comfortable. Stocked so well we didn’t have to run to the store things like paper towels/ toilet paper and we hosted dinner every night. The casita was perfect for our teenage kids. So much parking, 4 to 5 vehicles depending on the sizes. You can see the beach from the sidewalk. We enjoyed the beach every day and the provided wagon , boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas. Plenty of toys. We loved it, everyone that visited loved it.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seagull cottage. It was clean, nicely decorated. The host had everything you could need. Beach toys, beach towels, etc. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay with them again!

Holly was great! She let us access the house early which was much appreciated. The house was super cute and clean!! Not to mention the beds were amazing! The check out process was simple, only request I’d ask next time would be the thermostat temperature restriction to be changed as it was a little warmer than we preferred. Overall a great place and would stay again!

Fantastic place! Everything was represented correctly on the listing. Holly is super nice, easy to get a hold of. We enjoyed walking everywhere. Loved hanging out in the back “courtyard”. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. My son stayed in the extra room off the main house and loved his own space. Will definitely stay again!

We traveled to San Diego for a family vacation to enjoy the beach, take in a soccer game and look at colleges for our eldest son. We had a great time and the location of the home was ideal for us. The house was well stocked, clean and had great beach equipment for us! Thanks again!

Holly was so great and accommodating! We talked on the phone and texted several times before and during our stay. She even provided a very thorough list of things to do and places to eat. The house was perfect! The beach at the bay was easy walking distance and great for kids! I would highly recommend the sea gull house.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Seagull house. It has a lovely porch, and wonderful backyard. The kids enjoyed playing outside. We have stayed here 3 times because it is in a great location with great parking. My husband and I loved the separate cottage. The home is beautifully decorated, and the hosts are great.

We were a multigenerational group with one special needs teen. Holly was quick to respond with questions about the appropriateness of this place for our granddaughter ‘s needs. She even took pictures of the stairs .the place was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes etc. It was a pleasure to cook in. Then the small casita off the patio( also great) was perfect for the grandparents ( us) at the end of the day). The location was truly a block and a half to mission bay! Thanks!
