Delightful three-storey property in the heart of Salcombe, with two bedrooms to sleep four people.
Sleeping four, St Leonards is an attractively furnished three-storey property in the heart of Salcombe, only a short walk from North Sands Beach and the shops, restaurants and galleries. There are two bedrooms in total, both on the first floor: the master has a King-size bed and the second is a twin. There is one family bathroom at this property. St Leonards has an attractively furnished sitting room, a modern kitchen and an open plan dining room. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor furniture and an off-road parking space.

There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
