About this apartment rental
Located in the residence Christiania in the Alpe d'Huez (district of Shepherds next to the golf and the altiport). Close to many shops and at the foot of the slopes.
2 rooms apartment for an area of 28 m² (ideal for 5 people)
Refreshed in 2016 (laying of parquet floor, replacement of the bathroom furniture, new triple bed, ...)
High floor (4th with elevator)
The apartment is composed of a living room with sofa bed 2 people and a room with triple bed for 3 people (double bed downstairs, single bed upstairs).
The seating area is equipped with a table that can accommodate 5 people. It has a flat screen TV with integrated HD Tuner.
The kitchen area is equipped with a fridge, a dishwasher, an oven, a MW and hotplates. Many accessories are also available: coffee maker, toaster, raclette machine, ...
Bathroom with washbasin and bathtub.
Separate WC.
The heating is done by the floor with additional electric radiators.
The apartment has a small west facing terrace.
Ski locker on the ground floor.
Towels are not provided.
Quilts, blankets and pillows are available in the apartment; Bed sheets (sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases) are not provided.
Housekeeping must be done by the tenants before departure (necessary on site). Failing this, a cleaning option is possible (50 € to be paid directly to the person on site). Please specify this in your application if necessary.
The delivery and return of the keys and the inventory of the premises are provided by a person on site on the following times:
- arrival between 14h30 and 19h
- departure between 8:30 am and 11 am

Poor kitchen equipment….

We stayed at the property in February and most of all, we were frustrated to discover that the property has only 1 bedroom with bunk bed while the description clearly states 2 bedrooms. This is what caught our eye originally and make us to make this booking. The photos provided demonstrated the sofa bed in two positions so it mislead me into thinking that the open position is actually a double bed in a second bedroom, which in reality is not there.
The sofa bed is very tired and creaks at every movement. There is nowhere to dry your wet clothes/ski boots, apart from small and dusty radiators. There is a ski room at the residents but no heated racks there, just small cubicles for skis.
The worst thing was communication with the host. It took him 5 days to reply to our email, and that was the last day of our stay. His excuse was that he was busy. He did offer us a small compensation for the inconvenience.
The location is convenient, a few minutes walk to the lifts.

Contact was prettig, verhuurders waren zeer flexibel in wijzigen van data. Erg correct.
Toilet en badkamer schoon, rest van het appartement niet. Met name keuken en kookgerei vies, met veel oude etensresten.

Functional, nice location.
We had a nice stay in the apartment, it's small, but then that's known from the outset when booking. There was 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children). The location is great, a short walk in the morning to the piste, near the main Marmotte 1 and other lifts, and we had good enough snow to be able to ski back to the door via an easy slope. The ski locker arrangement worked well.
Negative points: We didn't find the pull out sofa-bed that comfortable. I wish that the shower head could be attached higher up, rather than having to be hand held.

Séjour agréable
Parfait pour 4-5 personnes, en face des pistes et commerces. Le balcon en prime pour le coucher du soleil. Bon rapport qualité prix.

L'appartement est très agréable et bien placé (à proximité des remontées mécaniques et de toutes les commodités). Dommage qu'il manque un peu de rangement pour les affaires personnelles. Sinon très bon rapport qualité-prix

Très bon séjour au pied des pistes!
Appartement très bien situé, à proximité des pistes et des commerces. La vue du balcon est sympa. Il ne manque rien en terme d'équipement et la résidence et bien entretenue.
Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec le propriétaire, et à plusieurs reprises.
Nous pourrions y retourner les yeux fermés. Nous vous conseillons donc cet appartement!

Point positif, la situation.
En revanche, aucun rangement, ce qui rend le sejour compliqué si l'on vient en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants).

appartement très propre, bien situé, bien agencé, convivial et fonctionnel. Cuisine bien équipée. Salle de bains suffisamment spacieuse et pourvue d'un évier et d'une baignoire. Agréable balcon. Literie confortable. Propriétaire accommodant quant aux horaires d'arrivée et de départ.
