About this house rental
Little Beach House is a beautifully furnished Nelson Bay holiday property that has spacious open plan, air conditioned living area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Nespresso Coffee machine , large enclosed sunroom and great size bedrooms, inclusive of linen, with the main level bedrooms having ceiling fans. This house has fantastic bathrooms and a stunning backyard with under cover alfresco dining where you can take in the filtered water views of Little Beach. This property is in a great location, just a short walk down to Little Beach Marina, perfect safe netted swimming area and easy access boat ramp.
The property features three bedrooms with linen provided (no beds made), kitchen, living, dining, laundry with second toilet all on the one level and downstairs there is another bedroom with bathroom, sitting area with TV and internal access to the garage.
The owners have thought of everything here, there is room for a boat (5mtrs length x 3mtrs wide), outdoor shower, BBQ, Pizza Oven, Ping pong table, smart TV, Wifi, Foxtel and fully enclosed yard that backs onto the Native Gardens and even a surf board rack
Park the car in the single garage as you are within one minute walk to Diggers Club and one minute walk to Little Beach Marina and the waters edge, 10 minutes walk into the heart of Nelson Bay and a one minute drive to the boat ramp, what more could you be wanting for your next getaway!
Noise from music that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:
Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday – midnight to 8am
Any other day – 10pm to 8am

The house was lovely and every detail thought of. The backyard and Cabana was fantastic and all a short walk out the back gate to the beach.

Amazing home, walking distance to beach and park for the kids. Home very comfortable great beds. Amazing out door area huge BBQ and well equip kitchen. Very homey feel. Nature Reserve on the back door step and if you don't mind a walk is do able to walk to Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay.

Great location close to beach, town, playgrounds and club. Plenty of bedrooms so great for extended families. A lot of thought went into setting up the house for the holiday maker.

Great garden!
Stayed here as two couples with three kids between us. The garden and location are the highlights, walk to water and very short drive to numerous bays. House is big, large enough to fit us all comfortably. I think it's bizarre that linen isn't included for the price (and when you pay to have it included it's not put on the beds) and a spare BBQ gas would be great rather than getting guests to go to Bunnings. But those two negatives aside, great place to holiday.

Everything you could ever need!
We had an amazing stay! The location was close to the shops, and the beach. The house itself was decorated beautifully, spotless, and was an absolute pleasure to stay in. The outdoor area was lovely, with the heater making all the difference on the cold winter nights. We will definitely be back again!

The house was beautifully presented with everything that was needed for a good holiday. Beds super comfy.Outdoor area a great spot to read or enjoy socializing. We loved the pizza oven. Close to all amenities and great walking area. Thanks for a great stay.
