Spacious and comfortable triplex apartment of 100 m² in the building of Larch (quiet Dromonts).
Direct access as it is located on the ground floor next to the entrance of the building. Ski out.
Warmly decorated with the image of a cottage. Lots of charm.

Large living room with TV and dining area. Stove (wood provided).
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator.

Balcony overlooking the slopes. Table and chairs.

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed with shower room (washbasin + shower)
Bedroom 2: 1 large double bed with bathroom (sink, corner bath and wc) and 1 dressing room - flat screen
Bedroom 3: 5 single beds with bathroom (washbasin + bath + wc)
Bedroom 4: 1 single bed
1 sofa bed in the living room.
1 cot and a high chair are at your disposal in the apartment.
1 separate toilet at the entrance of the apartment.
1 storeroom to store your skis in front of the apartment.

Rental is from Sunday to Sunday for a peaceful finish without the crush of tourists with hospitality of the owner.

With a men group doing for over 40 years we had a reunion in Avoriaz an this accommodation suited very well to this purpose In the heart of the Pierre de soleil an close to shops bars and restaurants in avoriaz itself We had a perefect stay with enough room Easy ski in-ski out, perfect kitchen with supplies, heating seats and breakfast/ dining possibilities

Had no issues from beginning through to the end and the apartment was lovely and quirky and suited.” all of our needs - with nine of us staying we had space and room. The board games were brilliant for the children and we would love to return in the future…..

Had a great week in Avoriaz! The appartment is near the ‘centrum’ and the slopes. The appartment was very clean!

Location is OK but ski in requires quite a bit of poling to get you home so be aware if you have young children. Can also get pretty noisy at night due to late night revellers returning home (although we were there during 1st week of Easter hols so quite a few student groups around). Washing machine was broken which was frustrating as we had planned to wash, but we managed! Christine the hostess is very helpful and the transfer from drop off to apartment and back was seamless.

Ontvangst en ondersteuning van Christine was meer dan prima. Echter appartement zeer gedateerd en nodig aan renovatie toe maar nog kwalijker is dat het wordt verhuurd voor 12 personen maar dat is absoluut niet mogelijk. Wij waren met zes volwassenen en dat ging prima maar meer zou voor problemen gaan zorgen. Maar Avoriaz blijft een geweldig wintersportoord!!

Wohnung kann sich sehen lassen WC in EG dürfte mal renoviert werden, sonst war alles OK ! Heizung ist in allen Räumen vorhanden, Helle Wohnungen / Räume. Christne ist sehr Aufmerksam und Hilfsbereit , kümmert sich um alles ist immer zu Stelle wenn man Unterstützung benötigt oder wenn man Informationen benötigt echt TOP von ihr. Kommen gerne wieder in diese Wohneinheit! Gruß Norbert Dreher

This house is nice, clean, warm and cozy, big enough to comfortably accommodate a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. Christine (the host) is very friendly and helpful! We enjoyed our stay here, especially our home dinners (big table, all necessary appliances are present, cozy atmosphere). The location is very convenient too, the ski lifts are right around the corner. Thank you and hope to visit Avoriaz again! :)

Séjour agréable dans ce grand appartement bien équipé. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants, avec beaucoup d'espace pour les enfants. Le local à ski avec un sèche-chaussures est un réel plus! La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Notre seul reproche est lié aux sanitaires qui mériteraient un petit rafraichissement.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis grâce a cet appartement agréable, spacieux, très bien équipé, calme tout en étant au cœur de la station. L'hôte est très disponible et à l’écoute, merci encore. Je vous recommande largement un séjour dans cet appartement!!
