Great beach rental with easy walk to two different beach access. Grandparents, parents and children friendly. canine as well. Nice beds, 2.5 baths, laundry and 3 porches. Adequate parking, a little tight but do-able. We'll return again.

The communications were fantastic, the accuracy of property was good, and had a great time decompressing. There is plenty to do and see in St. Augustine. The internet could be better as there were times streaming was challenging.

Property was very clean and well taken care of. Owner was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. Short walk to the beach made it easy to walk back and forth to make lunches without everyone having to pack up and leave. We have never been able to take our fur babies with us.. so that was a nice treat❤️

I can't say enough about this house. Everything is as described. We loved all the outside decks to sit on. Beds were comfortable. The whole house was spotless. We didn't have a single issue but Glenn was easy to get in contact with. The location is perfect with just a short walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded and beautiful. We hated to leave and can't wait to go back!

Great property for family plus fur pet. 1 block walk to beach. Just missed not having beach chairs or chairs on the 1st floor deck facing the ocean. Would definitely stay here again👍

Large cottage, very clean and modern So close to the wonderful wide beach where you can walk for miles. Our dog loved it. The area is very quiet, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed our stay Michelle,Robert and Zoe

We loved our time so close to the beach…the dogs loved it too and the house was perfect for our escape from the cold. Glenn was super responsive, the house was clean and you cannot beat the location. It was everything we needed and we will be back.

We have a new year tradition to meet in Saint Augustin for many years. This is going to be our place for all the future gets together ❤️ Best location for both activities- beach and old Town, eating out or stay at home and have some long walks by the ocean after dinner. Private beautiful white sand beach is a sweet cherry on a top of good price and nice communication with owner. Thanks Glenn for your hospitality!

This was our first trip as a family ever and the house was amazing! Glenn was very helpful and all our questions were answered quickly. We did have a little mishap but Glenn was very understanding about it. Would recommend again and will definitely book again! ❤️

We couldn't have asked for a better beach house. It was a two-minute walk to a beautiful, wide, dog-friendly beach. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner, Glenn, was so kind and helpful. This will be our go-to home away from home when we are in the area.

Very clean, roomy, and conveniently located just around the corner from an awesome beach! The walk to the beach is only 2 very short half-blocks, with no traffic or busy roads to cross. And plenty of restaurants a short drive away.

This location is perfect for a family vacation. The house was spotless and just a short walk to the water. By short walk I mean, my two year old did it comfortably while I pulled the provided wagon with beach chairs, short. Glenn was a pleasure to rent with. He was quick to respond to questions and made sure we were all set on check-in day. 10/10 would recommend!

This rental is in a great location between downtown St. Augustine and the ocean only being a block away! It was to cool to spend a day on the beach but, great to just walk along the beach! We would definitely stay at this rental again!!

Glenn is very accomadating. Home is very comfortable like a home away from home. Was our 2nd time. Staying. We utilized both units this time for our daughters wedding. If ever go back to st augustine definitely will check with Glenn first to see if unit is available.

The villa was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. Layout very accommodating for six adults. Very short walk to the beach. Ocean view from the second story balcony. Great communication with Glenn, the owner. We had a question that was promptly answered. Would return there in a minute!

My family of four and our dog, Zoey, had a wonderful stay at this property. The condo was clean and spacious. Glenn is an amazing host who makes sure that his guests have everything they need (beach chairs, beach toys, towels, boogie boards, coffee maker, books, and so much more)! We will definitely be back. This was a perfect place to stay while you visit st Augustine. It is a 3 min walk to the beach. They allowed pets The house was in great shape. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely come back to this house. Would recommend d to others. Everything was perfect. Also the owner was very response to all my questions immediately after I would text him.

There was a problem with the AC when we arrived, but Glenn, the property manager, put us up in a nearby hotel for the night and made sure that the problem was fixed so that we could move in early the next morning. The house was fine and met all our needs. It was located close to the beach. One small disappointment, however, was that a house had been built on the opposite site of the street which blocked most of our view of the ocean. We still recommend this place and would elect to stay here again.

The house is in great shape. The owner was very responsive and friendly and welcoming. The location one block from the beach adjacent to the wide vehicle entrance to the beach was so convenient and picturesque. Great friendly neighborhood also.
