Completely fenced and screened in pool area, 100% pet friendly and children will love it. Avery's Beach Bungalow is a beachside house, fully remodeled and updated by one of the finest interior designers.

All of the living space is conveniently located on one floor, with a gorgeous outside pool. Three new plasma TVs and DVD players, WiFi internet and cable, if you need to check e-mail or do a little work. A few minute stroll to the semi-private beach access, conveniently located at the end of the block. Perfect for afternoon beach activities or sunset walks along the beautiful shores. House comes with a king and queen beds, also a convertible chair, and an aero bed (perfect for kids).

You will absolutely love this house, beach, and neighborhood- minutes to downtown and seconds to the Atlantic Ocean. You will feel at home as soon as you walk in the door!

House was nice but very dark for a beach house Pool area needs some attention. Overall the house was clean and had the basics. Close to the beach and shopping. Nice short drive to St. Augustine. Being from up north I expected to see pastels and lighter furnishings and a lux pool area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach for evening walks and short beach visits with my daughter. The pool was super nice in the heat. Close enough to town to visit the attractions and still get back for bedtime. Look forward to visiting again!

Great house with all the amenities and super clean with easy arrival and departure instructions. The pool is outstanding and was a refreshing part of the end of our beach day. Working with Glenn, the owner was simply sensational as he communicated with us with any need that we may have had. If you’re in the Saint Augustine area looking for a great house with a dynamite pool and easy access to the beach and then a great location to restaurants. I would suggest you choose this amazing place.

The house was as described. The bed was heavenly! Many vacation rentals have a MEH master bed. This one was great - very comfortable. The house is within an easy walk to the beach. The beach is beautiful as well. We had a nice relaxing few days.

The house was perfect! A quick 4 minute walk to the beach. St Augustine is very pet friendly and our Bella loves it. The house was very clean and comfortable. Our favorite part was relaxing in the pool in the evening. Glenn made check in easy and accommodated an early check in for us. Highly recommend the property.

Communications with the owner was super-fast, it was like dealing with a close friend. Very friendly. House is clean and a great location. 10-minute walk to the beach, 15-minute drive to downtown. Pool is nice but be advised, there's no heater so this time of year the water is pretty cold. Then again, I'm FROM Florida so I'm wimpy about cold anything. I will definately stay here again!

I stayed for a little over a week with my 3 dachshunds. I picked this place because it’s one story and a super short walk to the beach, and has a fenced yard. Very secure fence I might add, my dogs spent some time trying to find the weak spot but were not successful lol. The beds are comfy, each room has a TV which is a nice addition. Easy walk to the public walkovers! Washer and dryer are available to guests as well. I’ve already booked another trip!

The property is in an ideal location, just a 3 minute walk to Butler beach. The house was very clean and Glenn is a very helpful, responsive and professional host. The day we got home, we booked next year's vacation in the same spot. St. Augustine is a interesting city with a lot to offer. Thanks Glenn, you're the best!

This house was perfect for 4 adults and our small dogs. Spacious, clean, and convenient to downtown St. Augustine, the beach, as well as points south. Glen was great about communicating with us from the time we booked our trip, throughout our stay, and upon our return home. We look forward to our next visit.

We loved this property and the pool. It was perfect for our family and pets. The location was great. Recently stayed in this home for a week, for the second year in a row! Obviously we love it or we wouldn't have returned. This home is clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. Wonderful, friendly neighborhood. Close to the beach and great restaurants. Glenn is a great host and easy to communicate with. The house was exactly what it was listed as. Not far from the beach and restaurants. We had a blast and the pool was refreshing after sitting out in the sun at the beach. We enjoyed it very much and for it to be our first time utilizing a b and b it was beyond my expectations.

House is clean and in good condition. My wife and daughter really enjoyed the proximity to a fantastic stretch of beach. Pool water was still too cold to enjoy, it seems like the pool cover stored in the garage might help warm the water in the sun? Otherwise excellent home, homeowners, and neighborhood

Our stay at this property was great during the holidays. The neighborhood was fabulous and short distance to the beach and the pool look great, due to the weather being too cold we were not able to use it. However, we will go there again when the weather is warmer! Glenn was very nice and welcoming during our stay. I would definitely stay there again with my family. Til next time!

Stayed at this property 12 years ago. Just as well maintained, clean, and convenient a check in process today as it was then. Wonderful Butler Beach location, on the ocean side of A1A just five minutes gingerly walk from the beach. Only regret was it was a little too cold for the pool but otherwise perfect. Can’t recommend more strongly.

We enjoyed our stay. Beach is a short walk away. We really liked the pool although it was November. The is very nice, clean and comfortable. Location is very good. Close to things you want but just far enough to not be crowded. We really liked staying at the house and would do it again.

The owner was very communicative and checking in was no problem. We had never been to the area but restaurants, grocery store, and St. Augustine are all a super close drive and easy to get to. Beach access is just a short walk down the street (this access point was actually closed during our stay, maybe due to recent storms, but there is another one just a short walk further.) The neighborhood was quiet and the beach was not crowded at all. The house was comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels were provided. It wasn't warm enough outside for us to use the pool but it was nice to have comfy chairs to sit in outside in the screen room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The owner was wonderful and responded to any questions very quickly. The home was large and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with glassware, dishes, cooking pots and pans. There was a book with recommendations for things to see and do as well as restaurant suggestions from owner as well as prior guests. It was very helpful. Access code was given as soon as final payment was made. Just one little note that one key on the access pad was difficult to touch correctly. One member of our family has the right "touch" and could open the front door every time. The 2 car garage was great and the owner had left the remote to make it very easy to access. and the washer/dryer in garage was great, too. Overall, it was a good place to use as our base for exploring St. Augustine away from the crowds closer to downtown. We would recommend and would definitely stay there again if in the area.

We've traveled to the St. Augustine area for years and this property has shot to the top of my list! The location is excellent - the beach is a short walk and because the house is in a subdivision, away from the condos, so the "public" beach access feels almost private as there are less people on this area of the beach. The house itself was clean and very comfortable with so many nice amenities! We weren't actually looking for a property with a pool or fence, but we ended up really enjoying the pool and the fence came in handy when our plans changed to include our adult daughter and her two German Shepherds! Very friendly people and dog neighborhood, by the way. Just really can't say enough about how impressed we were with the house, the neighborhood, and Glenn who was very communicative and helpful!
