Great location for us, short walk to the beach and a great base for exploring the area. The property is nice, has everything you need (TV, games, kitchen stuff). Kids loved the balcony too! The host communicates very well, clear check in and check out procedure. Would stay again.

The property is nice. As advertised except there is no dryer as the listing shows that symbol. Also, no fans or AC, so quite hot in the summer. But overall a nice place to stay.

The communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly. There was easy access to the beach and we took advantage of this for several beach walks. As we stayed during a rainy patch we took journeys outside of the city where we went to Old Sarum and Salisbury Cathedral on day trips.
The only negative would be the hot water for showering. It took a bit getting used to. On the other hand, having a lift to get to the first floor was a bonus with several suitcases in tow.

Flat is well furnished and lovely and clean. It is close to Bournemouth and the bus stop is just opposite the flat. A co-op store is just down the road and is well stocked. There is also a pub about 5 minutes walk away. The beach is not far just a walk down a zig zag path and you can walk along the beach for miles. We were drawn to the flat as it has its own parking space so there was never any worry about being able to park. This was a real bonus for the Bournemouth area as not many properties that I looked at had any parking . Jo contacted me a few days before the start of the holiday to ensure I had received her email with all of the check in details and useful information about the flat and the local area. We really enjoyed our week away

We arrived by megabus from London Victoria and took a good 10 Minute walk to the home. Also it's about 10 Minutes to the city center to walk and less than 10 to the beach.

Excellent accommodation
The property is furnished to a high standard and extremely well equipped. Jo was incredibly helpful, giving lots of suggestions for activities during our stay and positively encouraged us to contact her if we experienced any problems (there were none).
We could pick up provisions easily, the Co-op is a few minutes walk away. Jo had provided the necessities - store cupboard basics, tea, coffee, milk and biscuits which are always welcome after a long journey.
The property overlooks the main road, with the regular buses to and from Bournemouth or Boscombe stopping just outside although if you don't mind the walk, either are about half an hour on foot.
