The large back and front yards also offer the perfect space to bring along your favourite family lawn game such as botcchi and croquet!

- Bathroom 1: Offering a separate shower and bath and vanity. Separate toilet is located off the bathroom.

- Laundry/second bathroom: Washing machine and dryer, 2nd shower and toilet.
- Parking for 3 cars on driveway, provision for small car or boat undercover. A larger boat could also be parked on the concrete loop driveway. There is a large amount of undercover space at ground level for all those essentials you wish to bring that make your holiday break that much more special.
