Our family stayed for a week in June and had a great time. Plenty of room and being right on the beach was fantastic for the little children.

Our family has headed to the beach every summer for almost 40 years now. With the location of this home, right on the sand, we decided to spend more time at the house and on the beach, and we absolutely loved it. We barbecued, built bonfires, sang songs and ate s’more‘s. It was such a great week with our kids and grandkids. Can’t wait until next year!

Great location! The house was large enough for 8 guests with wonderful views! The house was spacious and clean. Property MGT was friendly at check-in and check-out. Minor things were there were no dish towels and only 1 towel per person. Defiantly a great place to relax and enjoy the beach, I highly recommend.

We started this tradition 5 years ago and enjoy this weekend stay every year, We have been blessed with beautiful weather every year which is all this place needs for a magical experance. Our 5 year old grandson only knows this home as his "beach home" and looks forward to visiting every year.

Overall this was a very good property and location. Upon arrival, you need to reach through the cut-out in the gate in order to open the gate, and then you get to the front door. The couch is a little tired. The beds were very comfortable and new. The kitchen is well appointed but some of the cooking utensils are a little tired but function just fine. Happy to see there are 2 coffee makers (Keurig and a Mr.Coffee) There is an extra beverage fridge in the living room. There are plenty of different socializing areas for large groups.The location is amazing. Behind the gate and beach front. Just what we were looking for.

Location is everything. Made up for lack of other things. Very bare bones house, not a lot of kitchen amenities, no spices or even pepper. No ziploc bags. Keurig machine but no pods. Coffee maker but no coffee. Lots of Knick knacks, but it gave it character. Would come back again.

I took my family to the beach where I spent my Summer vacations at Rio Del Mar. This house is right on the beach. It has lots of room for those that want to read and those that want to play video games. The kitchen was well equipped. It’s fun to sit out on the deck and watch people walking by with their dogs. The view of the ocean is right in front of you. Beautiful sunsets. I couldn’t have dreamed a better vacation. It took me back to my childhood 60 years ago!

This was the 10th time we've rented 626 Beach over 8 years. Previously we thoroughly enjoyed our stays but this time, my wife was in a wheel chair and the home is not ADA compliant. Hopefully the owners can rectify the situation.

Unbelievable location!! Just gorgeous!! a result the property is not updated or well maintained. The same issues we had a full year ago haven’t been corrected.. inexpensive ones such as a broken patio umbrella with a spine sticking out that isn’t stable and spins.. to a master bath with 3 bad lightbulbs and 4 more almost going... a main Smart TV where you have to push so hard on the remote to get it to work that it’s almost not worth it.. a fireplace that doesn’t work.. a side gate so rusty it doesn’t close. BAILEY should be embarrassed - it would be SO easy to make these very minor improvements and a year later exactly the same. Definitely won’t be staying at this property again.

We absolutely loved our few days in the house. The younger children loved playing in the sand right at the bottom of the stairs. The house had enough space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. I have seen some previous reviews about the decorations. There are quite a few but they are cute and fun. I would recommend this house for sure.

My family has stayed at tis same home for 7-8 years. We love the location and the home. However, it appears that it is time for the owner to do some maintenance repairs around the home. Some things are falling apart. Such as the siding on the house. Window coverings need replacing, update and clean the bed coverings. Just a good old fashion deep cleaning would help. Our time spent there is always A+. Thank you

We had a great time staying at this location. You just cant beat staying on the sand when you have little kids. Yes the decor is a bit eclectic but really, who cares with that view? My only suggestion for improvement would be having some lounge chairs/chaises on the rooftop deck. There was a small table and a couple chairs up there, but since the back deck doesnt have enough room for any, thatd be a nice spot. What I really appreciate is that this place is available to rent for less than a full week. Due to working, we only take mini vacations so this is definitely a selling point and we will 100% stay here again because of that alone. Thank you to the owners for sharing this rental with others!

Kitchen sink backed up. Called the handyman. Dishwasher was broken. WE drained and took it apart to fix it. Manager was unkind about it.

If you are offended by some dust on the overwhelming amount of knick knacks or that the house is a bit dated - than this may not be the place for you. I was able to easily overlook that because the location was fantastic. We were quite literally RIGHT on the beach and it was beautiful. I would stay there again.

We had a really great time and the house was amazing. There was a pile of dirty sheets and towels on the floor when we arrived and no clean towels, but Bailey’s sent over housekeeping to take the dirty laundry and leave clean towels and sheets. Otherwise, the weekend was amazing and we would totally rent this place again!

A perfect place to stay on the beach. We've been staying on the island in the past, but this is so much better. Nicely equipped kitchen, large bathrooms and the bunk beds were a hit for the 4 teenagers! Plus our own parking!!!
