About this house rental

-I have a large family luxury upper rental place in a decent area in Culver City with a pool, jacuzzi ,and basketball hoop. Big outdoor patio with Bbq area. Central AC and heating in the home.
- Near downtown Culver City . Also very close to Westfield mall and nice restaurants, 3 miles away from the beach. Great sun light and led lights through out the house ..
-My place is close to Ralphs, West Los Angeles College, Exotic Car Rental Lamborghini, Samosa House, and Culver-Palms Family YMCA - YMCA of Metro Los Angeles. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the people, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and a big group .
-No parties, no events . ( only your registered number of guests are allowed to be in the place)
- The place can accommodates 10 people. Also I offer good discounts for long term staying, just let me know how many days and I'll work it out with you.
-It has all towels, linens, shampoo, soap, kitchen essentials ,dish washer, and a laundry section. My place really spacious ,clean and unique. This rental upper place is in the second floor of the property. You need to climb stairs to go for the rental place. There is a permanent tenant live in the first floor unit under the upper rental unit.
- The place has 3 rooms . Room 1 has a queen bed and a walking closet, plus a full bathroom . Room 2 has a queen bed, and a walking closet , plus a full bathroom. Room 3 (den) has a day bed (2 twin) , a desk and a full bathroom.
-We can provide 1high chair, 1play bins if needed plus we can add a foldable bed , a queen size air bed mattress, if needed for extra people.
- There is extra $20 per night per person over 5 people.
-From our place , it takes 30 min to go to Universal Studio, 40 min to Knott's Berry Farm, 45 min to Disneyland Adventure .
- LAX is 4 miles away from this place .
-Check in info will be released a day before check in **Upper rental place Rules:
- Pool and Jacuzzi can be used . ( swim under your responsibility)
- Pool / jacuzzi hours ( anytime between 10 am - 10 pm), text please one hour before using jacuzzi to heat it up for our guests. Jacuzzi needs time -average one hour-to heat up. Phone number will be released before check in date with check in info . Check in info will be released a day before the check in date .
-NO any kind of glass around the pool area ( only plastic or paper products)
-Pool can be used under weather temperature, Only hot tub ( jacuzzi) can be heated
- No indoor smoking
- No pets
-No parties, No events ( only your registered number of guests are allowed to be in the place)
-No loud music , it’s a quiet neighborhood
- Drug free house
-Breaking to any of the previous rules will be subject of a fine of $300.
- children are welcomed however must be supervised at all times .
- Owner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury for any guests or their invitees or their personal property. .
-Guests are expected to leave the place in the same general condition as existed prior to the rental term.

The stay was cool. I did not know the property was a guest house in back of the main house. The advertisement says “a rental,” which was a bit misleading. The front bathroom was not fully functional and the mini portable fan did not work. However, the location was good for all the events.

Our family (4 adults, 15yr old and 13 yr old) stayed at this wonderful property for 1 week at the beginning of July for a vacation. The hosts, Amir and Tresa were very easy to deal with and responded quickly with any inquiries that we had. Very convenient location as the property was less than a 20 minute drive from LAX. It was also fairly close and easy to navigate to various tourist spots around the LA area. Lots of street parking was always available in front of the residence. Well kept place which we appreciated every room having its own full bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi in the backyard were nice to unwind and enjoy after a long day of touring around. Thank you to Amir and Tresa for hosting our family and we look forward to returning in the future!

We were in town to tour LA and surrounding areas. We did not know that much about the communities in LA and had heard that Culver City was a safe location to book. This location was convenient to LAX and we felt safe while we were there.

We came for our first time to LA and this place was everything they said and more (for us). It was close to almost everything we wanted to do. The managers are very friendly and attentive!! We can't wait to come back!!

Very accommodating for 6 segments of our fam! Enough area to spread out for privacy and also awesome general area to sit and converse, and the jacuzzi was such a treat every evening to wind down from our busy day! 😁. Will definitely hope this place is available when we return! Also a great location to get to anything! And the beauty and privacy of the glamorous entry makes it your own!

It was just as advertise. beautiful view from the deck. Great location for us. Clean and roomy. Homeowners were very easily to communicate with which I appreciated that very much. most definitely my family and I will stay here again.

Property is as advertised. It is upstairs, which I hadn't realized. I'm sure it's in the listing and I missed it. We had a few issues with water temp and locking the door, but the owners live downstairs and responded immediately to any and all issues. They couldn't have been nicer. I would definitely rent again

Smooth process from beginning to end. The owners were easy to contact. The place was great for me, a friend, and our teenage boys. They enjoyed shooting hoops. Location was very good for USC game at the Coliseum and Sofi Stadium. Would stay here again

My kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Note that the pool is not heated, but my kids didn’t mind and I loved the jacuzzi. The house is very spacious and has a fancy walk in shower in one room with a fireplace in the shower. The wi-fi was spotty, but the owner assisted with it.

The property is beautiful - just as it appears in the online listing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is only a block away from Sepulveda Blvd and easy access to LAX and everything we needed, but it was blissfully quiet at night. Having three separate bedrooms and bathrooms was a big help. The beds are comfortable, but the one we slept in was a bit creaky. Our host was helpful and friendly. They recommended a wonderful Pho restaurant down the street. Plus - added bonus - there's a very good donut shop just a block away.

The home was nice, but outdated. The owner was nice and very responsive. There were some maintenance issues that needed to be attended to, bathrooms the grout was coming off. The bathroom sink faucet in the bedroom on the right facing down the hall, was broken. There was an issue with not having hot water when one of the teenagers took a shower first, this happened two days in a row. Once we reached out to the owner, he quickly resolved the issue. We were not happy that we had to reach out more than once. After the second time, we just asked that the hot water be left on, as we were not sure at what times of the day one of the family members staying at the house might want to take a shower. The TV in the bedroom on the left facing down the hall, the volume did not work. Operating the TV wasn't easy, nor was streaming.

Communication with the hosts was great! They were very responsive and even let us check in a little early. The property was bigger than I expected. Plenty of room in the living spaces, the bedrooms, and even the closets. The location was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. My husband and I loved that the pool was gated, since our toddler is just learning to swim. Also the property is very clean! Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

My family and I were in the LA area for my brothers wedding. The property was clean and spacious. The hosts were quick with communication. My only complaint is that the hot tub never got hit enough to enjoy. Overall I would recommend the property for anyone traveling with a family. 😀

House was as described, perfect fit for 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Hosts were always easy to get a hold of nice and fast response. House had all amenities we needed for our stay. And a few other reviews mentioned you are staying in the upstairs house attached to the main house but again there wasn’t an issue with that. Parking was on the street and can fill up quickly so sometimes we did have to park down the street from the house but that wasn’t that much of an issue. Overall it had everything we needed and was a great last minute find for us

Overall, this was a well-located, clean, and spacious apartment above a residence. We had everything we needed and the hosts were quickly responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood around this pleasant house is a bit run down. The beds, as others have mentioned, were rather uncomfortable. Otherwise, we were very pleased and satisfied.

While the owners were very responsive and gracious with doing an early check-in, the location was VERY CONVENIENT, the house was well-kept and maintained - the Achilles heel was the bed(s), which were uncomfortable to sleep in and should be replaced by a better brand.

I was weary about the home because of a past experience of renting a “not so nice rental” that pictures deceived me in the past. We were pleasantly surprised to find that this house lived up to its pictures and was even nicer in person. Everyone was comfortable and commented that they would like to stay here when we come back in town.

There were some issues we had, but we just pushed through it, like the air sucked it was so hot at night we set it but it never got cooler than 79 it stayed there all night and day. The beds were horrible could probably be replaced by now or a better brand. The TV’s didn’t work that well and my main concern was the locks on the door, they were so hard to lock they kept popping open, it was very frustrating and we left a few time without locking them cause we just couldn’t lock them even after we figured them out sometimes they just wouldn’t, I only felt comfortable leaving cause of they family was there in the main home. If they work on these issue’s their place would be more comfortable, our nights were so miserable, uncomfortable beds, plus being hot, not able to watch anything and not feeling so safe cause the door can be easily opened. The only thing I loved was the location, it was convenient next to everything I wanted to visit.

The location was good for our visit. The house was clean and larger than I thought it might be. We had a small issue with hot water and a few supplies but the owner responded quickly. Weather and our schedule did not permit the use of the pool or hot tub. I would recommend this location.
