pretty apartment close to all shops, slopes and walks. free shuttles for other altitudes. composition: cabin with window and 3 single beds (possibility of opening the baby bed in addition). cupboards, living room with window with table, chairs and BZ style sofa (140 cm). TV, bathroom with WC. Well-appointed kitchenette, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, hot plates, microwave oven etc ... covered and secure garage optional as well as end of stay cleaning.

Good stay - apartment was a bit unclean.. we found candy stuck to the blankets. Bedsheets were provided. Host was responsiveness and helpful.

Don't rent here! If you want to freeze to death this is your place! Not suitable for winter nor summer.
This is the things you won't find here: heat, clean floors (you will have dark feet the whole stay), linen for the mattress, towels, toilet paper, WiFi, housekeeper, amenities.
If you want linens, towels, heat you are charged extra. Not suitable for the snow.
They wait until you have paid in full to let you know that they don't have the basics to accommodate you; so you are left with no other option but to either buy it from them or stock the baggage with basic human stuff (like a towel to shower).
But most importantly you won't be able to contact the host at any time, and if you do, they are going to laugh at you.
It is offered for five, but can't evan accommodate three. Either you eat or you sleep...
Oh! and they are going to charge you for things that never happened without proof and you won't be able to ask about it because there is no one to talk to (totally thieves). Also impossible to contact via the page. And since they leave the keys under the mat for you to go in (and you have to leave them there after your stay), you never get to see them or be greeted by them... (so if someone else breaks in after you leave, you haven't any proof if something else is missing/broken).
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Tricky people.

Très bon emplacement, appartement idéal et pratique, bon rapport qualité/prix, bonne communication avec les gérants, en voyant la note moyenne je me dis que c'était surement un coup de malchance mais la propreté était à revoir... tout le reste était super ! merci et à une prochaine

on reviendra sans problème en tenant compte de ces details

sommes déçus de la non restitution de la totalité de notre caution ,alors que quand nous sommes arrivés dans le logement ,plutot vieillot, la vaisselle était encore dans le lave vaisselle(alors que sur le contrat ,il était spécifié que la vaisselle devait etre rangée dans le buffet ,j ai mis du temps avant de trouver une tasse pour le petit dejeuner),et la literie minable . Nous n avons pas du salir beaucoup , car nous n'avons fait que dormir une nuit . Personne non plus pour nous recevoir lors de notre départ.

Great location and wonderful resort
The location of the apartment is great for access to the slopes and courchevel 1650 resort, restaurants etc.
The accomation is basic but was satisfactory for our needs. The fold out bed was not the most comfy but the bunk beds served the kids well.
The kitchen hob was not great but the microwave worked like a charm.
Marina who looked after the apartment block was very cheery and helpful and communication with the apartment owner was efficient and he was always ready to answer questions.
If you are looking for a great location on a budget you could do a lot worse.

Petit appartement très bien pour une ou deux nuits
Très bon rapport qualité-prix: 100 € pour une nuit en pleine saison à Courchevel, il n'y a rien à redire ! L'appartement est propre et bien entretenu:; il convient bien pour un court séjour car il assez petit. Attention aux horaires de départ et arrivée, qui dépendent de la gardienne qui n'est pas là à temps plein. Le village est très agréable et animé. Appartement situé à 5 petites minutes des pistes, via un escalator.

Heureusement que nous avions pris un parking en plus sur les conseils de notre propriétaire, puisqu'il est tombé 80 cm de neige fraiche en 48H.

Appartement très bien situé et fonctionnel
Appartement situé dans un petite résidence très bien située. Il suffit d'un escalier à 50m pour se retrouver devant le restaurant Le Petit Savoyard, que je recommande au passage pour sa qualité, sa convivialité, et vous vous retrouvez face aux commodités de la ville, aux pieds des pistes et des commerces. L'appartement en lui-même comporte cinq couchages (trois dans les lits superposés dans une chambre à part et deux dans le BZ du séjour). Il est très bien équipé en électroménager utile et en parfait état de fonctionnement, il est également très bien fourni en ustensiles de cuisine, en couvertures, oreillers, etc. La résidence est sécurisée par digicode, une gardienne très sympathique l'y habite en cas de problème ou de conseil et elle est équipée d'armoire à ski fermant à clé (pas besoin d'emporter son cadenas).

As a couple we stayed for 3 nights in the Alps, arriving by the very convenient and economical sleeper train from Paris. The owner is reactive, flexible and accommodating; the booking process went well. We really enjoyed the location very close to the main street and ski lifts. The building was clean and warm. The apartment was well organized and had all we needed. The double sofa bed is comfortable, but you need to bring your own bottom sheets, duvet cover, pillow cases and bath towels. The kitchen and bathroom are adequate for a few days. The only thing we missed was the wifi, but you get it for free at the nearby tourist office. The skiing/boarding early March was amazing! Recommended!

Appartement coquet, propre, bien agencé et surtout très bien situé à 5 min à pieds des remontées et du centre. Ambiance chaleureuse et détendue pour passer un excellent séjour dans cette station légendaire. Nous sommes à présent des hôtes fidèles de cette location puisque notre futur séjour est déjà réservé !
